I ordered clothing from Fashion Nova on Monday June 21st which amounted to $367.44, however the order did not go through. So I ordered the same items again and it went through just fine - so far so good. I reached out to Fashion Nova on Wednesday June 23rd after I noticed that I received 2 charges to my account, one in the amount of $367 44 and the other in the amount of $92.86 - I used QuadPay to break up the second payment. They ensured me that the order was canceled and I would be issued a refund - cool, no sweat. However, due to this error on their end, it caused my account to go negative and I ended being charged almost $30 in overdraft fees - not so good. I reached out to them again yesterday, June 27th, after receiving not only my order that went through, but also the order that was supposedly "canceled". When I reached out to them to explain the situation and to state that my refund not only didn't go through but the order was never canceled. After going back and forth for a while, I offered to return the items from the canceled order and asked for a refund. To which they responded that they will NOT be giving me the refund, instead would only give me store credit and they will be sending me 7.99 for shipping to return the items. I have NEVER had a good experience with FashionNova. Whether it be items arriving damaged, order gets lost, items are found to be "out of stock" AFTER I have already paid for it, this situation, and I'm over it. I will NEVER be returning to them

The whole store credit is BULL. Will never do business again here. Store credits forces a customer to keep doing business here. Cheap quality material. I have filed a compliant w/The BBB and the Attorney Generals office

I use to buy from Fashion Nova but stopped the last year due to complaints I heard. Well decided to give them a chance. So I put in a order 05-23-2021 and was said my delivery would be delivered 05-29-2021. I was waiting for the order because it was stated guaranteed delivery that day. I contacted this company they deal with named LaserShip and was told by them my order wasn’t sent to them yet and still being processed. Mind you this was the day I was suppose to receive it. I mentioned to LaserShip I was looking for the package because I will be out of town 06-02-2021. All I received was a sorry and reach out to Fashion Nova, when trying to they have a recording now so you can’t even speak to a rep. Anyway I left town 06-02-2021 but my cousin was still at home. I received a text message that my order was being delivered. I called my cousin to tell her to look out for my package. Received a alert it was delivered but when my cousin checked the package was not at the door. She looked around and even checked around the doors of everyone in the complex and still nothing. I get packages on the daily almost from Amazon so it’s no way it was stolen. Even had packages stay out the whole night. She even checked the mailbox to see if maybe it was put there and still nothing. I contacted LaserShip and was told it will be investigated, that has been a week now and I haven’t heard anything or received a email. I tried to reach out to Fashion Nova and I was emailed a message Stating (Unfortunately, we are unable to locate your order, please provide us with further information so we may quickly resolve this issue.) All I was offered was a 25%off code from my next order that last till 06-30-2021. Are they serious?? Why would I order again when I haven’t received my order in the first place? This is beyond a mess not only that I used the QuadPay option and still have to pay them regardless. I will never support or order from Fashion Nova again all the bad reviews and complaints are true

I ordered $143 worth of clothing and paid for expedite shipping. My clothes were supposed to be delivered yesterday and wasn't. I have an upcoming trip in a day so of course freaking out! I emailed fashion nova to see what the issue was with the delivery and it's like an automated response and it's absolutely no help and they refused to refund me the cost for my expedite shipping. NEVER again!

I have still not received my package even though it's marked as delivered from Monday!!!! I have ordered from FashionNova before and never had a problem but with this new shipping company, they are not delivering the packages, they are keeping them! I have spent over $132 ordering from here and have nothing to show for it! Went on the tracking company's website and they have a section that says "click the camera icon to view the delivery photo" and there's NOTHING there!

I paid for expedited shipping so i could get my order at by Friday latest but the order just shipped on the day i was hoping to get it. That’s called scamming people! Just don’t have the option to expedite if you’re doing to deliver it the usual speed anyway. I’ve been a regular customer for years but never have i used expedited and i finally do, and this is how y’all act! So annoyed by this!

This was my first time ever having issues with FashionNova shipping. I used the free shipping method because I purchased over $100.00 worth of items. They now use this fraud company called Lasership. I needed my items for a trip I was going on. My items were set to arrive just in time. However, on the delivery date, my package stated that it was delivered; I looked outside and there was no package at all. Lasership and FashionNova both provided me with two different delivery times (an afternoon and late evening time frame). I contacted both companies; FashionNova said I had to wait 7 days, but also mentioned that they are not responsible for the shipment once it’s shipped out of their warehouse; Lasership said I had to wait 3 days to see if the package arrives. How about the package never arrived and someone from Lasership called me saying that the photo the delivery person took was a blurry picture of them holding a bag and it doesn’t look like they were in front of my home. I never seen the picture on my tracking information, and Lasership refused to send me the photo. They claimed they were going to investigate the matter, but I know it’s a lie because I haven’t heard from them anymore. They also sent an email to FashionNova asking them to give me a full refund, but FashionNova did not respond back. I loved FashionNova; it was my place to go for trendy, up-beat styles. I will not be shopping here again!!! I have been seeing way too many bad reviews dealing with their shipping. What happened to them using USPS, UPS, & FedEx? I bet all the celebrities get their packages faithfully and without any hassle!!!! Oh yeah! How about FashionNova gonna tell me next time I should choose expedited shipping services and I won’t have to worry about my package been lost or stolen…YES, they said that to me in email!!!! They are some BS!!!! It seems like all they do is take people’s hard earned money and knowing it’s nothing we can do about it. Luckily, I disputed that transaction and got my money back through the bank! I will never set myself up like that again. I guess I can’t trust online shopping anymore; I may have to go inside the store and do my shopping now.

Looks like many people have the same issue as me. Ordered two items that they claim was delivered and I never received it. Contact customer support and they do absolutely nothing about it. Had to go back and forth just to get a lousy $15 gift card when I spent over $100. They can keep their $h1t gift card I’m never buying from them again. Don’t shop here unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered 2 bathing suits and a cover up for a trip I was going on. I needed the items as soon as possible so I paid to expedite the shipping. Come to find out the order says it delivered but it never arrived. So, I contact fashion nova and fedex as I order it for a second time. I also expedited the shipping again so I could get it in time for my trip. I get the second order finally & in time for my trip. FedEx contacts me and says it has been delivered. Well I don't see it so I continue to contact the provider because it's their responsibility to make sure I get the goods they're providing. I go on my trip, I come back and I still hear nothing from fashion novas so called "customer service team". I continued to keep making claims of a lost package. A month goes by and they finally contact me to say since the package states it's arrived they're nothing they can do about it because of their "policy". Well your policy should be to make sure your customers get what the hell they ordered. Why would I order two of the same $#*!ing thing if got the original order. I'm mad because now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully they realize what a $#*! up fashion nova is. I was a very loyal customer and now I will NEVER shop here again simply because if something gets lost in transit they will not go to the lengths of making sure I get it or even refunding my money. I hope as I write this you all take my story into consideration because this is a lot of hassle when you can just avoid it by choosing someone else to do business within.

placed an order yesterday with fast shipping, I have not yet received a confirmation number let alone a tracking number. I tried calling but they no longer have customer service just an answering prompting you to go to the site and request help. I cannot request help because I don't have an order number. This is absolutely ridiculous, there's def plenty of other alternatives to FN. I paid to have my order delivered by Friday but it seems unlikely... hope I get it at all since I don't have a confirmation. Side note to FN, letting go of all of your customer service reps just to save money will cost you more in business

Don’t get expedited shipping it never comes on time I would only suggest getting from here if your willing to wait a while. I’ve ordered for here a few times and normally get with in 1-3 weeks but I ordered on Boxing Day and spent 275$ and I heard nothing for two months and got in contact with fashionova and they told me to contact DHL. I’ve only just received a refund gift card. I was trying for ages but was no use not six months later they have refunded me

Order a some items a few weeks ago, I kept asking for updates no information was provided the AU carrier RR donelly was useless. They confirmed they had delivered my order the day before I had followed it up? So they blatantly lied. I have been home for the last few days so there is no way they delivered it... really disappointing as this was the first I have ordered from them! Will not do it again and will also let people to not use them.

I spent 363 buying clothing from them on Thursday and also got overnight shipping because it said i would get my package Saturday.. on Saturday it changed to Monday.. never ordering here again Terrible customer service and misleading that extra shipping payment was just a waste of money because I won’t even have my package on the day I need it. i should’ve never bought it in the first place. Smh

On Tuesday, I purchased a dress needed for Saturday. I paid for expedited shipping as it stated "receive by Friday". On Thursday I checked back to get the tracking number and it showed the order was still in process (hadn't shipped) and ETA for delivery was Monday. I emailed customer service and was told that the order would be processed by Friday and then shipped for expedited delivery. I requested the order be cancelled since it wasn't processed and I was told that couldn't be done, and that I would have to wait to receive the product, then return the product for store credit only. No thank you. You tricked me into spending extra money and then find a way to not give me my money back. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a $100 dress for the first time from fashion nova and i waited almost 2 months. The item said delivered on the tracking however the house number had not been updated due to the automatic system where it corrects the address added. I emailed them over 10 times and they finally responded and said they can't do anything about it as it says delivered. They didn't offer a refund or replacement. I am so beyond disappointed...

Still waiting for store credit e gift card to be sent to email. I have waited for over 20 days for a store credit to be sent to my email address. I have been in correspondence with Fashion Nova and was told the credit would be sent to the email the purchase was made from. I used the same email to converse back and forth with customer service and still have not received the received the e gift card. At this point, I'm very disappointed with this company and do not plan to purchase from them again. I still would like my credit because it is money that belongs to me but other than that FASHION NOVA IS A NO GO!

Fraud. Don’t do it. They won’t refund u anything and the customer service sucks. U won’t talk to anyone and it’s like it’s a generated computer system.
