I have never had a problem with this company. There are a lot of negative reviews but I only have positive things to say about Fashion Nova. I made an order Friday night and I got it the following Tuesday (with regular shipping.) They are my go to when ever I want an outfit that can stand out. I live in Southern California and their shipping it’s great here ☺️

I don't know whether to blame Fashion Nova anymore or FedEx. I recently made a purchase with a gift card that I had from them? Why did I use a gift card? Because the exact same thing that is happening this time happened last time. My package sat at a facility in Ellenwood, Georgia for well over a month after I specified Express shipping. This time I chose priority shipping and it's taking even longer than when I selected Express shipping. So tomorrow I'm calling FedEx to see why this keep happening. Their products sit in LA for half a month and then Georgia the other half of the month with little or no movement. It's honestly ridiculous. I don't have the time to file lawsuits like they did the last time, but it really ticks me off that they offer a service that they can't deliver and then only want to refund you via gift card so that the company doesn't really lose any money. People, we've seriously GOT to stop giving business like this our money. Their clothes are ok but they really don't last that long and aren't that great quality that we can't find somewhere else to spend our hard earned money. In reality these review don't accomplish diddly squat other than being a channel for us to vent. This was the last time they're getting a penny from me. I'm deleting their app off of my phone as soon as I finally get this last order and blocking all of their advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.

Got a pair of white cargo pants that had grey/black stains all over them prior to even opening the package! I might not have written a bad review if i could have returned for a refund, but the refund process was a loop in their website and was not ever able to find a way to actually return them. I hate negatively affecting businesses but i was very disappointed and will never shop with em again, and i would be hesitant if i were you too.

Don’t deliver on time pay for express shipment still haven’t received 2 orders. Customer service stated will refund shipping fees still haven’t received that either.

I used to love Fashionnova and I never had any issues with them until my last 2 recent large purchases in 2022. I don’t who what delivery service they switched to but my package was delivered to a house that wasn’t even in my subdivision! And 3 weeks ago I made about a $400 purchase, returned $81 worth (of course had to pay $7.99 for the return label) only for them to receive my returned items and not send my credit. I emailed about this multiple times and they keep sending me some stupid email About how I need to check my spam and junk folders for my e gift card… so why is it that I’m getting this lame response just fine, but the email that “supposedly” had my gift card is somewhere in cyber space Smh. This is ridiculous and they ought to be ashamed! It’s not like we’re getting cash back or credit cards refunded, it’s a store credit which forces us to have to still shop For something on their site after Sour experiences unless you just want to throw your money away. I know now to never spend my money with them again. They have gotten Horrible with customer service these last few years. And no one with the company seems to give a …….

I'm requesting a refund if my items went arrived by Wednesday. I ordered on the 28th of March. It hasn't even shipped yet. This is violating the FTCS, MAIL, internet, or telephone merchandise rule. They were sued for this in 2020. I won't ever shop there again as I spent hundreds just for an event that I won't get to wear any of what I ordered because it hasn't even been shipped!!!

The customer service is very bad! No way to call them! They refuse to issue refunds back to your credit card, they give you a voucher instead. Price mismatch, from final order to whatever you saw initially.... I called my bank for a chargeback.

My delivery was two weeks off totally missing my son's birthday. Thier discount codes do not work ever. You have to pay for returns. And when you do returns, they only give you in store credit. When you contact customer service, they respond with what sales they're offering at the moment. This is the worst company to buy from.

Clothing runs even small than they say...size charts has nothing to do with bust size. I ordered XL I wear a 4-6 bottom and a 8-10 top. ran extremely small returned I tried to get their return label but never got it so I then paid myself the 7.99 return then a fw days later they also charged my account 7.99 I told them and they basically aid to bad...then once they got my return I wanted credit back to my account and they issued a gift card...ugh just wrong all around. one I get me new items order three times larger if they don't fit I will chalk it up as a loss. Bad

Out of the last 5 orders I’ve made, one order for $418 never arrive and this last order of $245 still hasn’t arrive and still no details from the carrier. I ordered it 14 days ago. On the $418 order that was lost, they didn’t even refund the full amount. I was out about $30 for nothing. I’m done ordering from fashion nova, I’m tired of wasting my money with them. They aren’t good anymore. I order every month a bunch of stuff for the past 3 years or so but they mess up so much and you can’t even speak to customer service and when you email them, they don’t even answer questions, they just sent a 5 or 10 dollar gift card. I emailed them for about a month before they finally admitted to losing my order and refunding some if my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Think twice before u used this company, I have experienced very late orders. Recently ordered items on March 10th, showing a delivery date now in April. The product been sitting in Concord NC for about a week seriously. I can't get a hold of customer service. I think I may need to contact my bank for a refund. When u call the 800 number, u can't speak with a customer service rep. So, if something goes wrong , what can u do, I have sent three emails to customer service , no response but one time when I asked for a refund on the express shipping costs. The CEO needs to cascade effective efficient behaviors to his team. This is ridiculous. So no refund, no order! U cannot get anyone for help! Bad branding!!!!!! Great items, after u pay , they say the hell with u!

I ordered these shoes on February 27th and still have not received them yet today is March 27, 2022 FashionNova's policy is once it leaves their company they don't care from there, FashionNova uses the delivery company LaserShip who is known for package stealing, they claim they take photos of the package at your door but when ask to produce the photos you get nothing and if that's no bad enough PayPal has changed things it doesn't work for you but the the company as long as a shipping label has been made Pay pal doesn't care if your purchase hasn't been delivered I refuse to pay for shoes that I ordered for myself just to end up on some unknown persons feet, I also refuse to sign a statement say they were stolen in the 7 yrs I've lived here I've never had a package stolen.

I paid $9.99 for EXPRESS shipping on March 18th which clearly states 3-4 business days. It is Thursday 24th and I haven’t received as much as a TRACKING ID. This is one of many offenses, lies and deceitful behavior expressed by this business and I have had enough. The only reason I ordered again after past irresponsible behavior is because of the EXPRESS shipping as I have a special occasion for tomorrow night now I have to go out tomorrow to try and find a dress to wear after I paid $93.15 to Fashion Nova to deliver my clothes before or on March 25th. I can see now why the CEO of this company lost a case for blocking negative reviews . It is clear these people run this business on a bed of lies. I was on the phone with capital one IN TEARS reporting the amount paid as fraud. They have recommended that I contact their legal department and I am doing as advised. I have emailed my attorney and If I do not receive a FULL refund, I will proceed with legal action.

I placed a first time order with Fashion Nova online after hearing about them from a friend. The product quality was very poor - threads hanging off everywhere including unfinished surged seams, and one item had puckers on the rear because the fabric hadn't been properly matched up before being stitched. When I processed my return online one item couldn't be returned because it was "final sale" although this was indicated when I purchased it and still doesn't not display on my order. After my return was received I was given an e-gift card. I contacted customer service because I did not want an e-gift card I wanted a refund. They said they don't do refunds. What?!?!?! I would never have purchased from this company (without having the option to try something on first) if I'd known that - also not conveyed anywhere when I placed my order. Today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I am so angry I didn't check this company out first. All I could recall was all the Fashion Nova name dropping. I had no idea!! I recently placed my first order from this place. After getting the idiotic "within shipping guidelines" email, I had to tell them it was BS. The shipping timeframe is for SHIPPING time. Literally, the time that it's en route to me. Not sitting somewhere waiting to be shipped! Although it's probable that my items have not been processed yet. Now I'm realizing that I may not get my items nor my money back. After being fined millions for lying about shipping time, withholding bad reviews, etc this company seems fine to continue with their scheming practices. But hey, the owner just bought a new home for over $100 million. Sooooo, he's good.

When I first began using this online store, shipment and returns were great !! NOW shipment take weeks and in some cases are not even shipped. E-gift cards for returns take mutiple emails with customer service telling you to check your spam for the e-gift cards days to weeks after the supposed credit was issued. How ironnic that the email response to the query comes to your email but the e-gift credit somehow is LOST in cyberspace.. The redundant email from customer service telling you to check SPAM mail implies the customer who has written 3-5 emails telling them after checking SPAM mail the e-gift credit has not been recieved must be a LIAR ILLERATE, BLIND, OR DUMB. After 5 emails I am still waiting on refund...... Altough, Fashion Nova have some cute items the hassle and frustration is no longer worth the products.

I purchased clothes and some shoes from Fashion Nova for a vacation that I had planned. As soon as I went to put on one pair of the shoes, the clasp on them broke. I was basically told by customer service that there was nothing that they could do for me since this was reported after 14 days. This is complete BS, I never even got the chance to wear the shoes and I will not purchase anything else from this company because they don't stand behind their products.

Not worth it if you’re overseas. Shipping took AGES!!! When my shoes finally arrived they were too big… This is for my wedding, btw, so no pressure. Fashion Nova did not have them in stock in a smaller size (because of 2 months waiting for them to arrive) and their policy is to only offer store credit. Furthermore, returns are NOT free… cost of shipping is $21.00, but cost of shoes is $20.72… so not worth sending back. I am stuck with these oversized shoes, and looking for a different shoe to wear on my wedding…
