“Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Freshpatch experience. The past 3 shipments have had VERY yellowed/ dead grass when they arrived. I wrote with customer service, and they think it's to do with the ship date (which they changed to Monday's instead) hopefully this resolves the issues I've been experiencing.”

“I love how convenient this service is. Account is very easy to manage. I am very unhappy with the grass. It is great for about 4-5 days and then it's completely dead. I have a very small dog that uses it as a second option. I feel like I need a new one once a week but I would never pay out that much for this grass. I used to buy grass patches at home depo and those are much much cheaper and last a lot longer. Just not as convenient”

“It is obviously easy to use and very fresh. It smells good and my dog gets excited every weeks hen there is a new one. It is much better than taking him to go pre down three flights of stairs whenever he finds it convenient.”

“We keep a patch of grass in our garage for those times when the Utah weather gets too extreme (snowy/scorching/windy/lightning) to take a potty break outside. It has been a lifesaver!”

“I have two tiny dogs in my apt. I have a doggie door that goes right out to the balcony with the fresh patch grass. Both my dogs went naturally to the grass to use it and love it. I have grass sent to me every two weeks and it is super convenient! The website is easy to use for any changes I need to make to my acct and when I need to call, the customer service is great! I cannot say enough good things about it!”
