“I like the grass patch but it dies fairly quickly due to the dog urine. It's something that would need to be replaced probably every month. I'm looking into making my own version with a wood box, sealant and sod from a nearby company. This is more conciennt than that though, so it's good for convenience and potty training. We live on the second floor of our apartment complex and have a fairly large balcony so it's very easy to let our dog out and use the bathroom with this .”

“Buying the fresh patch helped out a lot when we first moved into our Apartment, but with the sun beating down on it we noticed that it dyed to quickly, so we switched to fake grass. The fresh patch does attract bugs and flies which is understandable. Overall, it helped us out a lot and I would refer this to a friends to help the training process for their animals.”

“Hello there! I do like Fresh Patch and we have had a subscription since March. It's helpful for our little Maltese especially since it can rain a lot where we live. For the last three weeks, the grass has been poor quality upon arrival. One patch even developed a layer of white mold after a few days. Now that the weather is better, I'm thinking of suspending our subscription and just take our dog out more. Customer service has also been hit or miss. I called/emailed a bunch of times on the weekend to get the link to reset password and it sounded like there was just one person dealing with customer service issues which was surprising to me. Overall, I love the concept and it has been helpful to train our dog but we most likely will be putting our subscription on hold. Thanks!”

“this seasons grass is very bad. my grass for the past 4-6 weeks have been stringy and yellow. i undersdtand shipment from california may cause it.. which in that case they should have a new york distributor, but with the other types of grass, it usually comes green, and a short condensed looking turf. only reason i didnt give lower was that the customer service has been good with crediting me for last weeks freshpatch.... ive been a loyal customer, but may consider seeing what the competitors have if the quality doesnt change soon..”

“Shipped fast so it wasn't too dried out when I received it, just gave it a quick spray and it was good! Customer service was great! I ordered the XL which I needed for my 55lb Pit mix but the problem was that she's such a good dog, she considers the patio indoors and I had problems getting her to use the patch! She would lay on it but not use it for the bathroom. I tried everything. That was a huge downfall for me. If I could get her to use it, I could see myself ordering fresh patch consistently to give my pup an option to go out whenever she needs to in my apartment.”

“Experience to manage orders online is great , customer service not that much... 3 recent deliveries came with over wet, boxed for more than 5 days grass patch.. why would i pay 27$ for such grass and delivery that takes 5 days”

“I have a little Miniature Pinscher by the name of Rosie. She is the love of my life. My Mom took care of her while I was in Africa for a few weeks. Normal I take Rosie to the yard to potty on a leash , this keeps her out of the cat food. But I knew this would be difficult for my Mom. So I fenced in a area and added your grass for a potty spot for her. All my Mom had to do was to open the door for her. It made her job so much easier. Thank you so much. Lana”
