half my orders lately have been cancelled or items are cancelled. i dropped my grubhub+ and will never be using this company again..

I gave up trying to order after having to call customer service twice and reaching India. First when I put in my order, it said nothing about a specific minimum for the restaurant. So after I entered all my address, notes, credit card info etc. and place the order, I was surfing the web a bit. My coincidence I read that the place I ordered from had a $20 minimum. So I call grubhub to see whether I needed to reorder or what. I didn't want to be charged. It would have been nice if when I chose the particular restaurant I was told about the minimum order. So, I started the order all over again, reentering everything but adding additional food, thinking I can save some for tomorrow. This time when I sent it, after a while it flashed on the screen that one or more items were not available so pick other items. But the message just flashed and didn't stay on screen. Great communication!!!!! Also, no info. on which item was not available!! Kind of ridiculous because these are very standard items I order all the time. They said "call the restaurant". Good lord, I could have walked to the place a couple miles away, gotten the food, and walked back rather than go through all this. Maybe some of this is the restaurant's fault, but the Grubb Hubb site is lame and lacking in basic info and features. Not to mention paying at least triple by the time fees and tips and extra food I didn't need are added in. Jeez, I'll just find something in the frig, what a nightmare.

I just spend 90 minutes on a chat with GrubHub that was so bad (that I--a frequent GrubHub user will not be using this service again. It's Doordash and Slice for me!

Here is another company I have given 7 months before I added a negative review. I have never ever called a company so much every day for 7 months just to change my email. It is an entire company of misfits running this company. If you love Tylenol, ibuprofen and headaches, doing GrubHub. We cut all ties. I could take talking to another misfit. You can cc all, call, call, call, call, call, call, call, call, call and more calls and they will never ever get it right. There must be a Candid Camera hidden there somewhere to see people's response to their incompetence. Good riddance. We use DoorDash and UberEats now, exclusively

Grubhub sucks, I have tried them twice now and both times was a horrible experience!!! I mean, come on!! over 2 hours late the first time and it's been an hour and it keeps changing time of delivery. I am completely disappointed and will make sure to spread the word!

Yet again my order was TOTALLY wrong. Reviews to Grubhub are useless. Service has not improved. While food prices increase and I order and am charged for the expensive food I usually wind up with less expensive food items. Grubhub will tell you they will give you a refund but that is a big, fat lie!!!

You're better off just picking up your food. A $10 item turns into close to $30 (If you tip the driver well). Then you risk receiving either someone else's order, or discover that your shit is wrong, and or, your missing items. It's too much of a convenience to get overcharged, only to get fucked. I'll just drive a few miles to get my food just for the piece of mind that my shit is correct, and all accounted for. GrubHub, eat a bag of dicks.

Waited 2 1.2 hours for food that never came. Reordered food and never came. Bojangles said that they don’t even take grub hub only door dash. So grub hub never mentioned that. They just charged my bank acct for 2 meals I never got. No car no food. Terrible company

cancelled an order because it was coming late, never got to eat lunch, and horrible customer service. they could have cared less that they never delivered. might i add, the order was done at 923 am, for noon delivery, and they didnt ever show up!

JUST DON’T DO IT!!! Placed order at 6:36pm, received confirmation the food would arrive by 7:15pm. Order finally showed up around 8:05pm…barely warm. Paid WAY too much for this sh*^#y service. Lesson learned the hard way. Never again!

Ordered on digital gift card to be emailed to my son, paid $100 yet my son never received the gift card needed today. In chat, they said they had to escalate the problem to another department. I told them my son needed the gift card now, they couldn't fix the problem, I asked for a refund, they said no. So now I have to protest the charge through my bank. Will never use Grub hub again, don't waste your time buying a digital gift card, they are totally incompetent. Just ordered the digital card from Door dash, arrived to my sons email within 5 minutes, screw you Grub hub, you lost my business forever and my bank will refund my money since my son never received the card. Terrible customer service.

This is 3rd time I ordered Grubhub and they waited until items were almost delivered to tell us not everything was available! The worst delivery company ever!!

Ordered sandwiches from Subway and no one would accept the order. Worthless and lazy. You would be surprised by the additional tip at the door. No problem, doordash came through.

Horrible- I ordered a salad and I got cheese fries and a burrito plus the receipt clearly showed the wrong address, contacted grub hub for a full refund of merely $18.00 and no response.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The driver dropped off a $100 worth of food to the wrong address. It is not the first time. It takes, of course, up to 5 business for a refund. So, no food and no money for days. It is an awful experience. Customer service has no empathy and no recourse for inconsiderate drivers who just drop off your order wherever they please. They Grubhub driver who was responsible for the delivery of this order is a JERK and I hope they see this post.

I HATE being lied to. I pay a monthly fee for free delivery but several times I have been charged a delivery fee. Upon phoning I was told that restaurant does not participate. I then went back online and saw "free delivery". A second call to a different person got me an admission that it should have been free. I supposedly will be receiving a refund in 5 days. I also wonder what the "service fee" is.
