I ordered my meal for my family and the driver only picked up half my order and lied and said it was the restaurants fault ! Forced me to go pick up my own food ! This is the 3rd strike with grub hub !! I’ll never use again !

Placed an order fir 1 pepperoni pizza, 3 tzatziki and pita and a Grecia Delight pizza. Got 1 tzatziku and pita, cheese pizza and Grecian delight. I paid a total of $97 for my order. Grub Hub is the one who placed the wrong order to restaurant. Restaurant charged Grub Hub $37.74. Called Grub Hub. After explaining several times what was wrong Grub Hub ended up giving me a 37.74 credit (yes same as what restaurant charged) but to refund my wrong pizza and missing tzatikis. I don't feel I should be charged $20 in fees when they got it wrong. Meanwhile my kids don't have their lunch because they eat the tzatziki. Wont be ordering from Grub Hub again.

Order Chinese spent 100, received child sized food called restaurant the phone number was disconnected and the restaurant was getting torn down... so first of all where did my food come from no one could answer that tried called grub hub after being hung up on twice finally got a lady to refund my money but no one could get ahold of the driver and ask where he got my food from since the supposedly restaurant we ordered from is permanently closed. So that raises questions on how grub is receiving our information and just going where ever they want to get the food this is absolutely ridiculous so not only did I waste most of my night trying to get ahold of somebody I didn’t get to eat the dinner I bought either because I’m not eating food I don’t know where it came from grub hub is a joke I would never order from this site ever again!!!

Worst experience Worst experience Red Robin Order was missing milkshake, Burger was cold and soggy So they refunded me for the shake and burger after having to contact customer service twice. Now I still end up paying 14.00 for a side of broccoli and cold fries. I was warned about Grubhub but took a chance. Stupid me. What an aggravation on a Saturday afternoon. Now I find out they wont refund for a week AND they have blocked my ability to leave a review. UNREAL!

We will never use GrubHub again. Grub Hub Driver backed into and destroyed our beautiful 5 feet rock planters on our driveway, and Grub Hub refuse to take responsibility. Not only they are super overpriced, but they also hire lousy and uninsured drivers to deliver the food. Don’t use them. We filed a police report and they tried to reach them and the driver. Nothing! Half the stuff is not delivered anyway. They probably eat it on the way. With all these horrible reviews, I don’t know how they stay in business!

Ordered food on 9-8 and order said to be delivered in 1 hour. Within 30 minutes delivery time jumped twice an hour each making delivery 3 hours later. Can you say COLD FOOD!

Grubhub is overpriced, my deliveries are always late/food never hot and their customer service is terrible. DoorDash is a million times better!

First time using grubhub/seamless and everything seemed to be just like any other delivery service. I added in the notes to just drop the food at the door. The driver arrived at 8:53 pm at my house. She sat in her car until 8:57 pm and then left. On the order form online it said the food was delivered. I used the contact number on the order form to call her. When she answered I said " I noticed it says the food was delivered can you tell me where you dropped it as I don't see anything", she immediately went off raising her voice and telling me that she waited there for 20 minutes. I asked why didn't she just drop the food at the door like the instructions said and she said because I didn't answer my phone. I asked if she was going to turn around as I immediately called her once she left and she was still in the neighborhood. She said no, I missed my delivery and hung up!? I have cameras outside my house that show the exact time she pulled up and left. I have no missed calls or texts so I reached out to consumer support. They in turn reached out to the driver and after sitting on hold for 10 minutes got back to me with, "So the driver said she waited at her house for 20 minutes and called you, she left because you never responded. This is what we will do for you, I'll give you 25% off your next order." I asked the customer care about the refund for the food I didn't get and she said since I missed the driver and didn't answer my phone they weren't going to refund me the money. I proceeded to tell her I'll pull my phone records and video surveillance to give to my attorney to solve this. She responded, "Well if you're going to go that route then I will issue the refund for your purchase tonight." I was unbelievably upset at the unprofessional-ism of this company. I will NEVER use this service or grub hub again and will make sure everyone I know, knows how awful of a service this is.

I waited two hours for my food and my order was cancelled without an explanation I called customer service and they don’t know why my order was cancelled I will never use grub hub again

Grubhub is atrocious. If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Not only are they constantly late, they lie about why they are late. They often claim the restaurant is the problem, but after using other delivery services it's clear they don't have the driver network to complete timely orders. They also lack quality customer service and when orders are delayed there service team points the finger at the restaurant and or the driver. This IS NOT a good company. I have spent thousands of dollars on corporate lunches which were notoriously late and finally began using their competitors; DoorDash, and Postmates and found no delivery issues. I only ordered again from Grubhub because of an American Express incentive. My mistake SMH. I strongly encourage anyone contemplating using Grubhub to reconsider!! There are better choices for guaranteed and timely delivery, especially when you're buying a corporate or office lunch or when you and your family are hungry and take a night off of cooking. Grubhub is the worst of the worst, buyer beware!!

Horrible service, horrible customer service. I had an issue with my delivery time and my food. I contacted them to ask for a refund because my food was ruined and they actually blocked me!

Placed an order through Grubhub for food from the Boston Burger Company in Somerville, MA. The order was prepared and given to the driver but 20 minutes later we got a message from grubhub saying the driver would not make the delivery and canceled our order. I called Grubhub but they seemed to not care at all and would not tell me why the order was canceled.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered food, waited 45 minutes, checked for an update and the app said my food was delivered, it wasn't. Cheated with "customer service" and they said my order had been cancelled and I would get a refund. Then called the restaurant to see how long it would take to make our order and they said it was never even picked up and they had thrown it away. Grubhub made no effort to investigate and no offers to help me in any way. I guess they will learn when they eventually lose all their customers.

Attempted to give Grubhub a try this weekend and ordered repeatedly from different restaurants at different times, every single order was cancelled. Not one meal was delivered. Should be able to get food ordered between 4-6pm right? Pointless app.

I have placed order with Panera bread 3 times this past week. All 3 times my order was wrong. First time wrong size cream cheese, 2nd time same thing and today I ordered bowl soup and bagel and the driver only brought me a bagel. I had to bring it to his attention that he forgot my soup. It’s ridiculous the drivers don’t check items to make sure it’s correct before bringing it to you. 3 bad experiences in a week is so uncalled for.

Ordered my meal and it came cold and my soda was watered down and 1 1/2 hrs later after saying it would be 35-45 min. It got pushed back 3 times!!!! I got a lousy 10% off the next order!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

What they don’t tell you is they jack up all the prices so they make a profit over and beyond their delivery fees. Crooked and I will never give these jerks a penny. Judging by the other reviews not many will.

We ordered from Kobe. We noticed as soon as our driver pulled off, that we were missing two entrees. I called Kobe and they actually had already called the driver to let them know that they forgot a bag. I was informed that they would get another driver enroute to deliver our order. After nearly 90 minutes of waiting, I called Kobe back. They said they remade our food, contacted grub hub and grub hub and not assigned a driver to our order yet. I then called Grub Hub, spoke to a very apathetic male, he pretty much told me there’s nothing he can do. I’m beyond frustrated with this company. My spouse and I are both Covid positive and unable to leave our residence to get food. The fact that over 2 hours have passed by and they couldn’t even give a courtesy call, is just unacceptable. Don’t waste your time using this service, they proved how much customers do not mean to them.
