Took about an hour just to find a place that would take the order and as I waited I got an update stating that the delivery driver “Papa” had delivered when I received nothing so I called and he informed me that they did not do deliveries and they just cancelled my order and now I have to wait 5 days for it to process when none of it was my fault. This company sucks and so do their drivers… no one contacted me in regards to this and it’s infuriating. Terrible service…

I have ordered several times and had an overall okay-good experiences until tonight. I literally feel unsafe & harassed by the driver leaving me shaking & in tears. I selected door drop off, it's an option built into the app & I've used it in the past with no issues. The driver tonight called me asking me to wait outside for him (for 10 minutes!), he wasn't even on my street yet. I didn't know if he was here or not yet so started to get up right away but took me a minute to get up (I'm disabled & occasionally have a hard time getting up, walking/standing) & when I wasn't immediatelyup when he asked 'are you outside yet?! Get outside! Are you getting up!?'(I was working on it) the shouting began, which I don't understand because I later learned he wasn't even on my street.. I explained my situation to the driver which, for some reason, only made matters worse. After >5 on the phone being yelled at, & only understanding half of what was being said, although there was no way to misinterpret the tone in which it was being said in, I explained again that I am disabled & can't always stand extended periods of time but could come to the door when he's on my street. He wanted me outside waiting & began yelling more.. When he finally arrived >10 into the phone call he tossed my bag on my step without a word & drove off. It's humiliating & depressing enough having physical impairment & chronic pain I never imagined being scolded by a delivery driver for my inability to wait outside, in the dark, for >10 minutes nor would I have ordered if I knew this was a requirement/need as I know I couldn't do it tonight. I'm now left shaking & in tears from the entire situation. I contacted customer service, dropped my membership, & never plan to use them again. This was my first terrible experience but it was bad enough I don't want a repeat, no longer feel safe or comfortable ordering, & now this individual knows my address; terrible idea.. I understand everyone has bad days & he could be having one but in no way should I have been yelled at or required to do his odd request of standing outside in the dark for his arrival that took >10 minutes.. Be safe.

Placed order for 3 items and only received 1 (wrong item delivered). This is NOT the driver's fault, but was expecting GrubHub to credit me back for items not received. I finally had to contact them to get a credit. Maybe this is their policy?! But they should know when orders are not fulfilled. In MHO either GH or the vendor is skimming the extra money. GH did refund me for the two items not delivered, but had I not contacted them I don't think I would have ever gotten a credit. That would have meant I spent $43 on an $8 wrong item. As it stands now, I spent $23 on an $8 wrong item (tax and tip were based on original amount of the order, but no partial refund for that).

Ordered at 9pm. My order was pushed out several time till it was over 2 hours. When I called the customer service said it had to do with the restaurant however I called the restaurant and my food had been sitting ready at the counter at 9:25! The woman said it was cold. At 10:46 my order was canceled. There was no other place open even walmart closed at 11pm! This was my first and only order!

Previous experience with grubhub was not good. We had a driver in the area who would take all of the tipped orders and then (with then tracker on), go, park somewhere for hours at a time. Grubhub took no action. Fast forward to having a baby. We received a gift card and attempted to use the gift card. Grubhub refused entered the card onto the account and the …charged our account anyway. Again, just had a baby, and can't use grubhub gift card for diapers. Grubhub told it was our fault because we did not select them gift card as payment. We can't, and screen captured the options where the gift card was not coming up. Grubhub ignored it. They refused to transfer the balance to the gift card and will not refund the gift card back to our account. Ergo, we have a ‘gift card' we cannot use because their screwed up system won't let us, and they will not refund the gift card … meaning they basically just stole the amount. We've had to initiate a dispute through our bank and will be closing our account. Not having these types of petty issues with DoorDash or Uber Eats, and will, never, again expose ourselves to this behavior. They can't even figure out how use a gift card and think customers will allow them to screw with their families? They've just gone nuts. They think they should get to choose whether families need diapers or grubhub? Done with these guys.

I’ve had my food not delivered at all on a three occasions. The delivery driver ignored all my calls, and Grubhub did not refund my money for food I did not get. Needless to say I won’t be using their services going forward

Every second order gets cancelled. If I try, maybe I will get a response saying that the restaurant was closed. Also one time the delivery person simply never showed up. Avoid.

I placed my order at 3:36 and got told my food was already done and would delivered by 4:20, that’s usually how long I wait and it’s usually on time. the girl I had was extremely rude, I asked when my food was gonna get here because the time got pushed back 3 or 4 times and she come off rude when I asked what the hold up was and they took my order back and still haven’t received it and I waited over an hour now. really slow and bad service

I’ve ordered from them to get some subs from Jersey Mike’s often they were late. Service fee was a dollar and delivery was a dollar and I took five dollars to the driver. I ordered Mission Inn barbecue which was about 2 miles away from Jersey Mike’s for some people at my house my bill showed $60.40. I put in an eight dollar tip and the tax was five dollars and change. When I went back to search to see how long it was taking because they were very late I realize they charge my credit card and $91.50. They added a 699 delivery charge and $11 service fee. I called customer support the first time and got hung up on after being placed on hold. The second time the girl from India did not tell me where the $11 went and why there was a $6.99 delivery charge on top of the tip I was leaving. Enjoy your money GrubHub because I’ll never uses your service again and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

I used GrubHub regularly for a 1 month period. Horrible service. Late on multi occasions. Complained about 3 meals that were extremely late or the food was horrible to customer service. They stated they would give me a credit which I never received. Avoid this company.

First time using it. Placed order at 12:10 and said it would be here by 12:37, reasonable. Received update that was delayed to 1:07 pm. Ok. Then another update for 1:40 pm. Now thinking there is a issue. Called the Chipotle and they said they have not received a order - seriously?! Called Grubhub, received India- not surprisingly, and cancelled. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Update came an hour after the order and said they'd be an hour late from the notice. So 2 hours late. Then customer service ended our chat without so much as an apology. Horrible business and horrible customer service. This was our 1 and only time using them.

Problems: missing meal, missing drinks, missing dessert tortilla for kids meal, and the food was tipped over in the bag with liquid pooling in the bag. When I texted the driver, he/she was dismissive. Customer service refunded the missing meal and part of one of the kids meals but were unwilling to give any kind of credit or even an apology. The fact that I have to go out and get food to replace the missing meal defeats the benefit of grubhub. I feel like I should receive a sincere apology, assurance the driver was talked to and a credit for a free delivery/food. Otherwise, I have no reason to try this service again.

The driver decided not to deliver my food and throw the food in the middle of the road. The customer service lady was not happy with me... I don't know why. But at the end... No food and no money. I need to wait about 8 days to get my money back. Not fair. What a waste of time.

I ordered, from grubhub, online. The order was placed for food from O'Charley's. I ordered a salad and mashed sweet potatoes as sides. When my husband arrived home with the meal there was no salad and they had given us bacon-mashed potatoes, instead of sweet potatoes. There is no way for me to know whether grubhub messed up or the restaurant. Pitiful!! This is the third time I have ordered from grubhub with only 1 of 2 being correct. I was given gift cards and have no choice but to use them. I would NEVER buy a grubhub gift card for anyone!!!! If there was a selection box for 0 stars, I would have checked it!

The worst. They hook you in. Then BAAM. Fees; like hidden fees, low purchase order, minimum fee EVEN AFTER HOURS fee They're owned by seemless I'm stopping the ordering madness

Driver delivered to wrong house. There should be a system in place to confirm they are at the right address. Instacart drivers keep in contact until delivery. No phone call or nothing to me to confirm. I’m disabled and can’t drive at the moment so I’m without my dinner for tonight!

Poor delivery service Delivery driver delivered to the incorrect address and said they delivered to the address in the app. I only have my 1 address on my account. I will NEVER used them again. Driver wasn't even apologetic, but was combative. I contacted customer service and said there must have been a computer glitch and offered a refund, which I won't receive until 5 to 10 business days. I need to eat. I'm glad that wasn't my last dollar. NEVER AGAIN!!!
