They charge to me and did not deliver my food and then they couldn’t get a hold of the driver and it’s a disgusting service. First time I use them and never again! Don’t use them

This is the worst service ever. I ordered food on 7/17 and the restaurant did not open until 5pm so I had to place a preorder. I received several texts each moving the time of my delivery until I received a text stating my order was cancelled. This was 1-1/2 hours after I placed the order. I went onto chat on GrubHub and was told the restaurant cancelled my order please place it again. I went onto GrubHub a second time and placed the order again. This time it was after 5pm but there was no option on the website for ASAP delivery. The only choice was preorder. I placed the order and was told it would be picked up as soon as I placed the second order. Another 1/2 hour went by and I was told to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant and GrubHub called them and cancelled the order the first time and the restaurant had my food ready, they were just waiting for the driver. I called customer service this time and was told "sorry for the inconvenience but I have to treat this as a preorder" and they could not send a driver out for another hour. I told them it was their fault, not mine but they would not go pick up my food for another hour. I told them to cancel the second order. I will never use their service again. Terrible. There is no call for this treatment or service.

I did not originally order from GrubHub but an employee where I work did, and when the little pregnant girl came and delivered it, we asked her to please put on a mask that we require masks in the building, and her reply with my place of work doesn't require them so there. Was very snotty and then just walked out this happened in Thornton Colorado. would just think that she would want to protect her and her baby as well as everybody around her.

A Yelp search for a local sushi restaurant routed me to Grubhub to place my oder. Which I did, and received a confirmation email telling me my order would be ready between 20 and 40 minutes. Once we arrived for pick up the restaurant was closed. These days many look closed but will come to the door when you're picking up. Rang the bell, no answer. Called, no answer. Checked the website and it said they are closed Tuesdays. That's right it was a Tuesday. Frustrated I called Grubhub customer service. I'll spare you the laborious details. It will take 3 to 5 days for them to refund me for their mistake. Never again!

I am a business owner who uses Groubhub as one of the online ordering platforms along with Postmates & Doordash. Grubhub owes my company 2 checks for service in february and march. We are now in july and still didn't get those checks. My husband called multiple times and we were promised the checks will be sent to our business address and still nothing. This is extremly frustrating because we need to get paid ! I would not recommend this company

I have ordered from Grub Hub twice now. Once a month ago, and again yesterday. The first time without notice and not until after 9 pm they cancelled my order without explanation or notice. I called the restaruant and they didn't have any answers for me. I thought i would give them another try, After carefully reviewing several restaurants, we narrowed our choice down and ordered our food around 7 pm. We were SOOOO looking forward to our dinner. I believe the ETA I received was 8:15-8:45 pm arrival time. No problem, I didn't expect it right away. Around 9 pm I went into my account and it said the food was delivered at 8:15 pm. We ran outside looked all over. Went to the neighbors house, nope, no food. Then I went and had a chat with Grub Hub. They got back to me and apologized that my food hadn't arrived. They said they tried to contact the driver and were unsuccessful. At this point it is close to 9:15 pm. Clearly too late to order from anyone else. I asked them why it said the food was delivered, and what happened. They said they didn't know and officially cancelled my order. I will NEVER order from them again!

I have a track record for using Grubhub services twice per week, on average. I have been a consistent and loyal customer of Grubhub and I have yet received any consideration from them to rectify the poor service, incorrect deliveries, slow drivers, and mediocre customer support. These issues occurred even prior to the recent acquisition by Just Eat Takeaway and I anticipate will continue to perpetuate even under this new European brand. This is why I am officially ending my membership and business with GrubHub. The competition in the food delivery space is increasing exponentially and it baffles me to see such mediocre care for good customers by GrubHub knowing the insurmountable risk that surrounds the company and its workforce. After over 8 years of consistent customer loyalty I hereby discontinue and disengage from conducting any form of business as a customer and as of this upcoming Monday I will dissolve all my GRUB stocks. I encourage you all to follow my direction.

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with this company ~ first my food was placed at my door (contactless delivery-which is fine) without any notification that it was delivered 😡....Today my order was placed under pickup when I never made the change ...and why would I use a delivery service to place a pickup order!! I was rudely told by the customer service rep Alejandro that I’m the only one who has access to my account 😡😡😡....when I go back and look at my settings they are marked as delivery and so I’m confused as to why he felt it important to COME for me instead of looking at my acct. I’m not sure why the order changed to pick up however I’m certain I wouldn’t use a delivery service to order food that I have no intentions on having delivered!!! I am beyond done with this company!!

Order was canceled immediately after driver Clarence C picked it up. Zohn C said that Clarence C is keeping it because he canceled it. The restaurant is now closed. If you want to waste your time with a business that runs like this go ahead im just giving you a heads up. They said ill get my $60 back within 5 business days

This is the SORRIEST form of service… This is the SORRIEST form of service that I have ever encountered in all my 44 years on this earth!!!! I don’t trust putting my bank info online but I tried it and this is what I get... 1. You take my money off my card 2. Sends me 2 texts confirming that you’re on your way/running late 3. Then wait until I start calling around an hour later to check on the delivery status 4. No one has my order 5. Taco Bell doesn’t close until 2am and I ordered at 9:12pm 6. Call Grubhub to not only become DISGUSTED with their service and lack of communication but to be told that the order has been canceled I. AM. FURIOUS!!!! 7. Then I’m told I can’t get a refund until now and 5 days. 8. So I have no more money to order thru the RELIABLE “Door Dash” because my funds are being held hostage by Grubhub. 9. So I’m suppose to go hungry for the next 5 days?????

We ordered through Grubhub and had fraudulent charges on our credit card. Some employee must be giving out our credit card information. We will never use Grubhub again or go to any business that uses this service. Wish I could give zero stars

I HaveTried Them Twice I HaveTried Them Twice. The first time the app changed the address and zip code automatically and they never apologized and I got my food extremely late and stone cold. The Service Sucked. I finally tried them again about 2 years later. I changed and put in the correct address again. I watched the app car tracker & after it said it was on it’s way, the car never moved for 17 minutes. The it went the wrong way. The driver called me finally from a number that identified from clear across the country. I thought it was one of those Robot Calls. Finally after a very very long time I called the driver from the app, because I checked and the address switched again completely. I told the driver and waited. An an hour & 15 minutes have gone by now. Finally I get a call from his boss. Now I speak 2 languages and I am very used to dealing with people how are speaking with a heavy accent. No worries I’m patient. Well the boss was extremely hard to understand. He also called from a number from clear across the country but this time I answered because of before. He informed me that they would not be bringing me our dinner at Call. It now had been an hour and 40 minutes. But I could start the process all over again 😱😡. He was very rude and I wouldn’t get my money back for 5 business days. This was a Special occasion on a Friday Evening. Now We didn’t have enough money in our account to have dinner 😤. Other Times We’ve used DoorDash and They are Fast, Kind & The Food arrives Piping Hot & Fresh🤗. I deleted The GrubHub App!!!!

Ordered my food an hour later they cancelled on me because they were closed I even talked to the manager of the restaurant that night there didnt seem to be a problem I had to call the driver to find out the problem should have only taken 10 minutes to get my food ready I was sooo mad

I placed an order at 6:04. It said out for delivery at 6:35. I Got notice the driver was picking up the order at 6:40. I watched the car on the tracker go past my house, make another stop 7 miles from my house and then travel 10+ miles away and stop. I received an updated delivery time of 7-7:20 then 7:30-7:45 then 7:45-8:00. I called the driver and no one answered. I sent a text and 10 minutes later received response that he just received the order from Grub Hub 3 minutes ago. I was unable to track any further. Then 8:20 I received another track with a different drivers name and my order was delivered at 8:36. A full 2 hours past the original time. Tried to contact the company through help and it said call the driver Deleted the App!
