Iceland foods fulfilled a fraudulent order and refuse to help me.

I recently bought a packet of baguettes from Iceland, which were well in date. On opening them they were covered in mould. I emailed them, with a photo, but they didn't even have the decency to reply. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Do not go by promotional posters that say 3 for £10. They told me it was no longer on promotion and refused to honour it and had to pay full price. Customer services at the headquarters were even more unhelpful.

Online delivery was not delivered , i then cancelled it and was told I had to wait up to 14 days to get my money refunded , absolutely disgraceful

Failed to make my delivery. They made no contact at all. No response on the phone, a generic response via their customer service e-mail and nearly a week later are not responding to my messages chasing up the refund. I have not ever encountered such poor customer service in a UK based business.

Where do I start 🤨 many reasons not to shop there again . The latest was too much . All my frozen items were thawed out . After a hopeless customer service call I hung up had enough . Shopping is in the bin and I'm 50 pounds worse off . I've shopped from Iceland online and in store for a total of 25 years . I used online since lockdown . Never again . You total what we spent online in 5 years I could have bought a really good car instead .

I live in Stapleford and that's where my local store is literally 5mins away.so I ordered like I usually do but they'd sent me something I didn't ask for I wanted willow spreadable in a tub they sent me 2 blocks of willow butter but didn't say they'd done this no email no text I'm just meant to lump it now had I wanted willow block of butter I would of ordered it don't substitute peoples orders in future and there was a price difference too....put me off using Iceland ever again if I'm honest I don't want somebody making my decisions for me I want what I ordered not what somebody else wants me to have rang up about it lady was rude and u helpful ended up putting the phone down on her not happy atall so Iceland you've lost a customer of over 15 plus years just down to this fiasco Thanks for nothing Iceland

Food is stale,Old Kent Mansngner is dodgy sells stale fruit stale food its a corrupe store stoped shopping there.

Items either missing, wrong or partially defrosted on delivery ! Fresh items ridiculously close to use by dates & 7 days for a refund “due to method of payment” you can only pay one way online !! What if you can’t afford to do a 2nd shop wait 7 days to feed your family ! No wonder they are closing shops.

There food is akways out of date .Old kent road store veg ,and fruut is alwats srake.Mean Manangner bought a quilt there it wasnt hesting up they all know me the store bern shopping there fir 5 years brought a bank statement he refused .I stoped shopping there was spending 60 pounds a day by by icleland stsle fruit old good sale by dates.Im taking your company to court fraudees I shop at Tesco ,and Lidl theif shop.

My delivery was due between 11:30am-13:30pm. It is now 22:05pm and it still hasn't arrived. I have been trying to call the store all afternoon but the line keeps ringing or is engaged. I got through to someone on the customer service phone number but they said there isn't anything they can do and that someone will call me about my delivery. I am so annoyed. The money has been taken from my account so I don't have the funds to do another food shop. I have no food in the house and I'm appalled that I haven't received a phonecall or message. Disgusting service.

Merthyr Tydfil store 72. Items missing on order. Told remainder would be redelivered and given a time slot. Did not turn up. Told they kicked it off the van because they were busy. Refused to then redeliver it.

Delivery not arrived due to technical difficulties on 10th November (over£100), money taken out of my account on 13th and after speaking to someone from their company 3 times I am still waiting for my money back

Don't bother banking on your delivery turning up every time I have ordered in the last 5 months it is ridiculously late or doesn't even arrive what is the point in time slots don't keep booking deliverys if you can't even deliver the ones already booked

Meal didn’t have protective film on top of container, inside cardboard sleeve. Meal left inedible due to chance of contamination. Given drawn out runaround from Iceland complaints department.

Third time this year the delivery has been late. Supposed to be here between 5pm and 7pm, typing this close to 8pm. The van was showing up as being on the next street, why can't they do all the deliveries in one area instead of zig zagging all over the place in a 5 or 6 mile radius? I have agrophobia and can't go to shops and rely on deliveries. It's time they bucked their ideas up a bit.

I don't know where to start on just how poor Iceland is, I really don't. It beggars belief that they can expect to turn a profit when they are so atrociously poor in basic delivery of service. So I will just list it - make up your mind: - they never process your refunds - your money is lost in their pockets forever - If you order items and they don't have the majority of your order and of course then charge delivery! - They rarely honour their offers or discount codes - Their customer service is super poor. They are not there to help you, even when for the most basic things - it's always 'computer says no' - They rarely pick up calls, and drop the call if you dare express your displeasure - The delivery drivers are so unhappy - thankfully the ones I have had are nice folks. - Anything you return, for any reason, even if incorrect will never be replaced or refunded. This has happened multiple times - so it's no exaggeration. Let me conclude with this: It is false economy to order from Iceland, you will lose more than you will ever gain.
