My review is based purely on their response to the latest Covid regulations. Chelmsley Wood store today - so many customers not wearing a mask and nobody at the entrance asking or advising them too. BUT, shockingly, amongst their members of staff who were stocking shelves, three of them were not wearing a mask while rushing around in and out of customers and shouting to each other. Both myself & my partner are at acute risk of picking up infections . . . . . we can shop elsewhere if the store isn't going to do better.

Went into Cheltenham high st store this morning..saw on shelf Small baileys in a box with candle..priced on shelf sign £3...checked my receipt. I was charged £5...so lovely girl on till said it's wrong sign up there it's really £5..as I paid by my bonus card..the manager came said its £5..but it's your mistake..says £3 ,,he wouldn't let me have it for price said on ticket..so I said I will have my £5 back..don't want it..caused a problem because I paid by my bonus card..he eventually gave me £5 cash back..wouldn't let me have it for £3..even it was there mistake..I'm in that store nearly every day..will never save on bonus card again..

If you got two x four pints of milk delivered late on a Tuesday morning would you expect to have to use it all before the Friday because the 'use/best before' was midnight Thursday? I complained to Iceland Foods and got the following message. Hey Frederick, Iceland would class 2 days or less as short dated. As your order arrived in a 10 - 12 slot we would count the 28th as a day therefore you do have 4 days on the milk and would not class this as short dated . - Holly Actually the delivery was almost lunchtime Tuesday so up until the best before starts at 00:00 Friday is 2 1/2 days (Tuesday PM, Wednesday, and up to midnight Thursday). I think Iceland use deliveries to shift items with short use before dates. I got milk from the corner shop this morning to use from Friday, and including today that has 10 days life on it!

From ur Leigh WN7 store, bought BIG VALUE PACK of Sheperd's Pie. After cooking my husband asked where was the carrots peas etc with minute amount of meat & 99.9% of potatoes. On examining the contents there were no peas & carrot could just about cove a little finger nail & was nothing like the packaging foto. Please review ur quality control as i rate ur pie as disgusting & wont be buying from u anymore & go to Aldi.

After trying several times to pay for an online shop, and getting a message saying "check you have available funds" (the implication being, I didnt), I panicked, and checked my online banking, plenty funds, I did a shop with asda, without any problems, I subsequently received an email from Iceland saying they were having problems with their online payment system, when I complained about their lack of customer service, they said I should have paid by PayPal!, if their system appears to be compromised, I would not give anymore information, there are plenty of other options out there, and I will not use Iceland again

Oldham Town centre storeVery poor customer service from staff members been mistreated on a numerous of times.yesterdays experience was very shocking when I got told of the cashier that she really didn't like me. In the past I have had dirty looks given to me off the same member of staff. I have been called a weirdo off a former security guard No support for people with disabilities such as autism. My shopping experience should be a pleasant one. I should not have to feel uncomfortable everything I go into the store & should not be discriminated or treated like a second class citizen

Poor Quality Products which are NOT FIT for Human Consumption I have been shopping at my local Iceland (Lower Marsh) for decades. Yesterday, I purchased one Banana and one Chocolate milk (Best Before Date of both: July 2021). When these items were opened, I found the content NOT FIT for human consumption. Warning to all Iceland customers, please be careful and be vigilant. Today, I brought the matter to the attention of the store manager. Unfortunately, I found the individual to be ignorant, incompetent and a manager in name only.

Spent over £150 on 2 orders. The gammon or bacon joint was too salty and we left it for the seagulls. Complained to Iceland who wanted the Original packaging. We had sent the Invoice. Sorry but we will not be using Iceland again+

Deliveries don't make an effort to make it known they are knocking, consitentl going to the wrong address, never a note left by the drivers to say they have called, prices have gone up, meat (steak primarily) is disgusting and never trimmed recently. Refunds taking over a week so far and still no sign of the 90 quid unpaid to not have my folks delivered. Catterick garrison store is the worst and I wish I could pick the Darlington store

NO never a bad experience. I love Iceland Store. Today I bought Iceland own mince beef pies. Appearance 10/10. Price 10/10. Volume of filling 10/10. Pastry 11/10! However the mince has a garlicky flavour instead of plain mince and ruins the expectation of this comfort food. Please leave out all but old fashioned mince & onion pie flavour. Thanks. RSVP.

Delivery drivers don't try to alert you they are there. They leave a note through the door and leave immeditaely, without trying to get anyone's attention in the house.

We have recently stopped buying from Iceland after years of enjoying their varied choice product ranges. Over the last 12 months things seemed to have dropped dramatically in quality,(not sure if covid19 is the excuse) but it is certainly concerning enough for us to shop elsewhere for our monthly shopping.(Christmas 2020 being the deciding factor) The quality of the frozen mostly "eastern European origin" chicken goujons, dippers, strips, and roast chicken breast packs have dropped & and are inconsistent in quality as if the supplier is using (e.g.) non breast meat, or aged birds, as most times the texture is very tough, fibrous and stringy, yet previously the various products had lovely tender breast meat that certainly made for repeat buying. Iceland have a bad habit of changing/ceasing ranges of products that are popular, such as the lemon chicken & black pepper fettuccini that was always nearly sold out to say the least, Now the website states "NOT IN STOCK", but a particular favorite of ours that we always bought multiples of, and in particular there is a lot of internet blogging about this item loved by many people trying to it purchase elsewhere. Another product "The Xmas special chocolate ice cream champagne bottle" as an example that was always popular, but now never to be seen again for the last 3+ years, and Iceland have taken it off sale due to having other seasonal ranges introduced, some good and some bad alternatives. We spent on average £200-£250 per month with Iceland, but now we are using alternative stores of whom have their own competitive frozen food sections now that compare very favorably and in lots of areas more superior to Iceland. Judging by the reviews on here, this company must be loosing tons of sales revenue simply by the very fact that like us, most people spending £200-300 monthly are buying/moving elsewhere for their frozen food , and Iceland need to step up their act otherwise they will suffer greatly from their serious lack of customer focus, and care for their customers needs.
