I ordered £180 worth of items and I didn’t receive my fridge items. The basics ham, butter and yogurts amounted to £11 plus my x2 loaves of bread have a use by date of 4/7/20 when my delivery was at 10.25pm on 3/7/20!! So I have to use them in 1 day?! Stupid! Lovely delivery guy. Seemed very stressed out though bless him. Trying to get in touch with Iceland is so difficult! I’ve emailed that I’m not happy. But I’m happy to wait to complain when they open the phone lines again. Whenever that maybe. I used Iceland a lot before lockdown. But seeing how bad the customer service is online and not instant help is awful. Missing items fair enough as they were out of stock on 5 items but another 3 not added in. Not happy at all. Please get more staff so you can help your customers!!!

The worst delivery ever! My food was supposed to be delivered yesterday morning (2nd June 2020) at my front door. However, the delivery man failed to do so, as I wasn't able to go down and collect my bags outside my bulding as I live on the 27th floor. The day after (3rd June 2020) there has been another attempt. I have been called by the delivery man who asked me once again to go down. Once I was outside the building, I saw all my bags on the road with some items out of the bag, which increases for me and my family the risk of getting coronavirus. I asked the delivery man to help me to bring all my bags at my front door on the 27th floor and he said that wasn't possible due to the virus. I told him that I live on the 27th floor and he was supposed to deliver my bags at my front door but he refused to help me. Furthermore, I have been delivered less than half of the items I had ordered, and I haven't had any explanation yet about that. In addition, the majority of the items delivered was damaged and in very bad conditions (please see pictures attached). I am speechless, disappointed and upset honestly, and I really hope to have all my money back. The worst delivery ever.

As we are in our late sixties my daughter has been ordering food for us. What a stunt to pull by sending out of date milk.the delivery was on 30/05/20 and the milk was dated 29/05/20 so it was probably a week old already.is this policy to get rid of out of date products!!!!!

The lines are closed, I have 3 hungry kids with grocery missing quite shocked and the guy who came was not in an Iceland van. Now I have emailed them don’t know when they will reply when my stuff will get delivered

I received my first delivery yesterday and I was very happy with everything including a very happy helpful driver, only one item unavailable. My husband and I are both over 75 with health problems so I would like to have priority delivery slots.

I've only ordered 3 deliveries all between £45 and £85. Free delivery over £35 and not charge for delivery time slot. Prices are good but meat is a pricey for the quality you get. My first delivery had substituted salmon for trout (not a lover) but ate it anyway as I wouldn't of had any fish if I gave it back. They're were also out of eggs (no surprise) but needed them! Second delivery my mayo was frozen solid. Third delivery has 6 items 'unavailable'! and no substitutes which I'm sure they could of substituted (cheese, bread, salads and salmon. When I complained about the mayo I had no reply. Easy use website, but not easy to find email for complaint procedures. The best bit was the delivery guy. He was great! I'm going to try a different supplier next.

Ordered groceries online as we are in lockdown in a vulnerable group and unable to leave the house. They delivered my groceries. The delivery note said 5 items were out of stock Which is fair enough. BUT after unpacking everything we realised 11 further items like milk, bananas, salad, orange juice, yoghurt etc were all missing but we were charged for all. We were charged £79. My online account says they have all been delivered. Their phone lines are closed. We have never had such experience with a UK supermarket!!. Many other customers seem to be having the same issue. I don’t know how to get my money back other than email them and wait. We need to get media attention on this and report to trading standards as this is totally unacceptable during such hard times for everyone.

Wow looks like Iceland are using a pandemic as an excuse to scam people out of their money by taking orders and money and then not delivering no goods to customers and even worse putting that orders have been completed and delivered on customers portals . What a disgraceful company there is no way to contact them when it happens only email that they do not reply to and they have closed the phone lines what a terrible service and they are leaving customer with no food and yet taken the money this need reporting to fraud and trading standards as they have not delivered the goods advertised . They seem to be taking their time to contact people and blaming it on the coronavirus situation shame on you Iceland how come no other supermarket is behaving like this during this time get your act together and look after your customers better in their time of need as a brand is only as good as its reputation and at the moments yours is wearing thin when you read all these bad reviews on here of people being scammed out of their money and having no delivery or contact from you shame on you

Went into Iceland food warehouse in Mold 2 weeks ago, no cleaning facilities for trolleys or hand sanitiser available, emailed head office, said they take hygiene very seriously and would inform the manager at Mold, went there 5 days later and still no trolley cleaning facilities or hand sanitiser, emailed head office again but ignored this time, every other supermarket is providing cleaning materials, Iceland obviously don’t care about their customers health and well-being in these very dangerous times, Iceland you should be ashamed of yourself. I won’t be shopping there again.

First time I have ordeted foid online. I could only get Iceland to deliver during lockdown as all the others were not accepting new registrations. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it is and cheerful efficient deliveries in a couple if days. Limited range though; no tonic water, creme fraiche etc. so I have had to subscribe to another supermarket too. I will still use Iceland for basics but suggest they extend their range of foods.

Love Iceland. Been using them for a number of years now. Have everything i need, can always get a delivery slot and deliveries are always on time if not earlier on that specific day. Drivers are friendly and courteous too.

did not deliver at time indicated but then delivery was near £50 short! Told delivery man but he said needed to complain online (WHERE?) phone lines closed & no "chat" system. No reply to my emails or formal complaint. Need the refund of near £50 urgently but Iceland not even replied or confirmed receipt of my many attempts to contact them. I suspect possible THEFT prior to delivery. Will not order from any dishonest firm that fails to reply to complaints. I am short near £50 worth of goods! Iceland do not seem to care less! 207474868.
