IHerb is a thief company. They received my order and deposited my debit transaction to only cancel my order but refuse to refund my money. They have essentially stolen $82.16 and two months later I am still fighting to get my money back. This company is terrible.

Somthing is "VERY WRONG" with this company! Buyer BEWARE as you will be charged, never recieve your product and spent so much vauable time trying to reach customer service which is no existent! I wish I could attached all my sent customer service requests (4 sent and believe me it was a hardship to send as just when you fininsh the messsage in there site, your response would dissapear) A month later, today actually, 1/11 a response which showed me clearly that they did not even focuse on my well written documented 2 orders missing...they only addressed one and it was not really addressed at all...sent only to apprease me...so WRONG! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only recourse I have is to warn other people this is a very bad company! Unfortunately, I still have to deal with them and waist more time as nothing was addressed about my 2 different orders (Missing and charged)!!!

Customer service is the worst! It’s been a week of me writing to them everyday because I can’t login to my account because they inactivated it and still no word. WORST SERVICE, do not but from there even if the prices look good

The worst ever! I ordered for Christmas, and was told delivery would be between 12/17 and 12/21. It is now 12/28, and no word from them. Their customer "service" system is set up so that customers cannot actually get to talk to a person who might provide service. One is required to contact them by email, which they say is 24/7, and one will get a response within 2 hours. I sent in my first request on 12/24, mid-morning. It is now 12/28, early afternoon, and they have ignored THREE requests for information/service. As I said: THE WORST. They could not do a worse job if they tried!

Order on 12 November, almost a month still not received yet, there’s no way to contact the customer service live agent, and never get your answer from the chats, worst website it’s ever, doesn’t order from them, it’s scams

lost my money and nerves... if you are from eu think twice before ordering from iHerb. just got the most unpleasant experience. the items i ordered arrived but then i needed to fill in number of customs declarations and to fax them to UPS franchise here in croatia...and all this to be charged some 20 euros more then! so, i do the paper work, they get the money. when i complained to iHerb because nowhere was i warned of this procedure in advance they told me that if UPS now returns my purchase they will maybe give me money back but minus all expenses which means i will probably get nothing. basically this means i will pay for the products i returned and iHerb can then sell them again...which is a great business plan. so, never again and really, if you are from any eu country, i would not recommend you ordering stuff from iHerb. it will cost you money and lots of nerves, it's way too stressful.

I've been ordering from iherb for past 4 years since I've been moving a lot (UK, South Korea, France, UAE, Malaysia etc) and they delivers to all these places. Legit site, Have made 7 skincare and 3 tea orders through iHerb in 2 years. Products are well within expiry, which you can see before ordering, The tracking system is good - I can see my orders are packed usually same day (longest was 3 days), leave the USA in 1-3 days and get to my New Zealand address in 1-5 days. Once had an item break and leak during transit. Contacted iHerb, got a real person in chat who advised me what they needed to know to fully replace it or get a refund. Have also cancelled an order and the refund showed up in my bank account within an hour (can cancel as long as the order’s at ‘fulfilling’ stage). Great service.

I made an order November 11,2020. On that day, my card was charged 193.98 Aed/Dirhams. Customer Service said it is an authorization charge but I was already deducted. As per the customer service of IHerb, I will only be charge once the item is shipped. When the item was shipped, I was deducted again 196.41 dirhams which is a different amount from the total charged. I was charged November 14,2020 for amount 196.41 and 193.98 aed. So, what is the 196.41 that they charged me? I always checked my funds before and after I order and I know you charge me guys! I also checked my bank afterward. You double charge me IHerb. During this pandemic, every bit of cents is important. I was a first time user on IHerb and this was really a bad experience. I thought I can save money by ordering from IHerb but it seems I didn't. This is a waste of money and time. BAD EXPERIENCE ON IHERB! I am planning to buy more on your website but I CHANGED MY MIND.

I placed a good size order. Then a few days latter an email comes saying I need to contact my financial institution to get an authorization code, which I did. Sent an email back to iherb telling them they the code needs to be gotten by them, not me. Shortly after the whole order got cancelled. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON, so you waist time trying to get some kind of response, which never comes. I needed those items for my son who is suffering from medical issues due to an accident. So don’t waist your time at iherb. Plus the frustration is not needed.

Awful. Ordered two items for delivery to the UK whick are perfectly legal to delivery. For an unexplained reason this terrible company said the delivery was returned to them, not by myself so either courier or US customs. They refunded the cost of items but not postage costs. Avoid this amatuer company at all costs. They are tying to have my trustpilot negative review removed as I write this one.

I have ordered around a dozen skin care and supplement products from iherb, some of them have been repeated orders. Each time the order has been shipped within 24 hours, and has arrived within three business days for either one dollar or the shipping has been free. I am exceedingly happy with the purchases that I have made and with the way that iherb has handled the transactions. I highly recommend making purchases from them, and I will continue to do so.
