Purchased a Burberry belt first week of May. However, the belt fits my waist but not my hips. Called today to exchange bc website says you can exchange. That is completely false! You cannot. You have to return and repurchase. Here’s why I’m unhappy. The same belt is over $100 more for a medium. They cannot honor the 30% coupon I used 2 weeks ago. The First Lady I spoke with was clueless. Told me I bought belt too long ago to return. Mind you it was May 4th. Then asked twice for order nbr. Then she was flipping thru screens and had no clue how to maneuver the system. I asked over and over why no exchanges. No response. Also your page states clearly “FREE SHIPPEMF AND FREE RETIRNS”. However in my return email it’s $13.75 to ship back. Hmmmm….an awful lot of confusion. I’m not trying to get something for nothing but this is not the JomaShop I’ve shopped in the past. Will not be purchasing ever again. And buyers beware as they are not honoring what’s on their pages or the emails.

So I was excited when I found some colognes for a great price, but that eventually turned in to being worried. I order a total of 3 colognes because unfortunately I was going to get charged for delivery, I received one of the items pretty quickly and with that came the price of that cologne and the delivery cost. The other two items I assumed that I was going to get them later but is been a wile now I I have not received them yet. The worst part is that I have written twice asking for status and no answer so far. Please check order below: Order: M2W59054 Thank you!

It's been four days or so since I sent my inquiry, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I ordered a full size three ounce perfume, and they sent me a little carded sample instead. The thing is I wouldn't have made the order if not for that perfume because it looked like a really good deal, so they ended up getting a big order out of me. I'm really hoping they make it right and don't try to just refund my $10. I don't care if I get a tiny little sample out of this. My order ended up being $80 or so. Either way, this is a long time to wait to hear back. Giving the extra star for having ordered without issue in the past, though I should say I usually have to wait way longer than the allotted time they claim. I once had to wait a month. As of now, I'm not too happy.

The Prada shades I received are fake and or not as advertised. The shades are non polarized but advertised as polarized. I received them in not great condition. I will be sending them back.

I purchased two Blancpain Fifty Fathoms watches from Jomashop in July. I would highly recommend spending the extra money to buy from an Authorised Dealer and very much regret buying from Jomashop to save money. Last week the rotor separated from the movement on one that had been worn maybe 20 times. Nothing occurred to make this happen. I surf in the other and its running just fine. When I called Jomashop I found customer service to be horrid and cold. They are not an AD so I cannot appeal to Blancpain for warranty issues but instead have to pay to send it to Jomashops in-house watch repair shop for a determination of whether Jomashop will cover the problem. Along the way I was blatantly lied to by a Manager who said it would go to an AD and only told the truth after speaking with his supervisor. If you know anything about watches you understand that the pin that holds the rotor in place is now loose in the movement and will forever change the accuracy and smooth function of the watch. An authorized dealer would send the watch to Blancpain and they would replace it- I know this because I've collected watches for more than 30 years. I'll now have a watch that will never be worth anything close to what I paid for it so whatever I saved on purchase price is not at all worth the experience. BTW, the average hold time for Jomashop customer service is 20 minutes...

Hi Team, The watch I ordered was automatic however the manual sent along was of a Quartz watch. The watch was were loosely packed and banging around in the box, considering it was an international delivery this might have had harmed the movement which is yet to find out. I tried contacting the team but got no response, also attaching pics herewith.

I discovered Jomashop this year and since then I've used them to purchase in the USA and internationally. Bought watches, jewelry, perfumes, sunglasses and all was good till this Black Friday when they messed up my order. I've placed the order on 11/27/2021 and since then I've been emailing with the support team and no real info was given until this week (2 weeks later) that the watch is not going to be shipped even dough I was told that it was. Now I'm trying to make things work, but their support team has limited time on the phone, and I've checked with them over the phone a couple of watches that stated IN STOCK, and they were not so even if I took them again they would not be shipped. After all of that, my order was canceled and that was the end of their support. REAL HELP LOL. Thanks.

I ordered sunglasses and glasses already more than 3 weeks i still not receive my order, I email customer service to canceled and refund my money but they didn't want refund my money this very disappointed, they told me to go my bank, if bank can help me, mostly other company always refund my money if I never received my order from them.

Dear all, service via email and whatsapp very bad! I sent a message for 2 days and until today no one has replied to me! I don't know why my purchase was partially shipped, and the second item was 2 days awaiting shipment, and when I bought it, I applied the fast delivery coupon.

I sent in a pocket watch to be repaired, I had a artist to hand in grave a strutting Turkey on1 side, and a big 8 point buck that my grand daughter killed on opposite side, 1 of a kind priceless, they tell me there’s no way I can get it back. So I can loose the art work plus be out the $1000 it took for the art work Very discussed.

I wish I could say that I was “Satisfied” with my recent purchase. The Burberry purse I ordered had a couple of stains inside and I’m still waiting to hear back from Badar in their Customer Service Dept. on how they intend to address this issue. It’s been 6 days since I’ve brought this to their attention, and I have not heard from Badar in 3 days despite my follow up inquiry yesterday. I’d like to know if you intend on giving me a price adjustment or sending me an unstained item. I don’t believe that’s too much to ask considering the cost of the item.

I ordered a watch and I never received. Calling back to inquire, I stay on hold for 35 minutes and then asked to call back the week after to start the 3rd round of calls. I however like the prices and I order another more expensive watch. I will try them once again and I hope I have a better experience this time.

Purchased a Citizen's watch and band was to small. Contacted support was told sorry they don't sell additional links for the band. I would have to seek out a jeweler on my own to get the watch band links. So much for any discount I might have saved by buy from Jomashop.

I ordered 4 fragrances at the website, 2 was shipped 4 days later, the other 2 had not shipped after more than 2 weeks of the ordered date. I sent an email to their customer service and they did not even say “sorry”. What they reply is just “they are shipping it in the next few days”. Too poor customer service. Until the moment I write this review, the items has not still been shipped
