Ordered a 1000$ dollars watch that clearly indicated a shipment between 1 to 3 days. Has been pending shipment for more than a week now. Called the customer service, no sorry, no empathy, no nothing. If the watch was available elsewhere I'd be cancelling my order.

The Shipment was late and not on time after paying extra for the expedite. Upon trying to change the shipment the shipper (Jomashop put a lock on the shipment with FedEx) preventing me from making changes to the delivery. Concerned that the package would be stolen as I was leaving out of town for several weeks, I called Jomashop asking to have this lock removed. They told me it’s Fedex. So at this point knowing i was getting the run-around, I asked for cancellation, This too was denied. Based off this i will never shop with this poor customer serviced based company and will recommend others stay away as well.

I purchased a Hamilton Watch. Have only had it 3 months hardly worn and wanted to trade it in on an much more expensive watch an Omega. I was told to take pictures and they would review. After sending the pictures they said is no value for trade and I could sell it myself. If they knew that in the beginning why was I told to send pictures? Why do they offer a trade in service, when they do not stand behind what they sell. And they just list a $5,000 sale.

Although Jomashop professes to have an easy return/refund policy, my experience was not that at all. Within the 30 day guideline, I attempted to contact Jomashop first by initiating an online return (the site refused my invoice number), then a number of times by phone (no reply after lengthy waiting) and finally by chat (only robot replies). By the time I located an email to use, I was told that I had gone past the 30 day deadline and that there was nothing I could do. On top of that, they claimed to have no records of my having tried to contact them. That may well be because they were never available to answer the calls or chats. I am now going to have to sell the watch on eBay. Let me add that they were weeks later than their promised delivery in getting the watch to me in the first place but, I guess, they are ok with that double standard. Never again. Buyer beware.

I am still waiting for my watch to arrive. I ordered abot 8 days ago and have not received a tracking number or any form of confirmation that the item has shipped. I have a feeling that it is back ordered. It would be nice to get an update or explanation.

The products available are excellent but Jomashop should offer Duty Paid purchase. After my currency conversion appeared on my credit card, it was just over AU allowance by a couple of dollars so I was stung for duty and a fedex admin charge etc etc. it added $300 onto my purchase!!!! Other stores offer duty paid purchases.

Very slow service. I received a tracking number for my order but it doesn’t work. I contacted customer service after a few days and it’s only then that my order got shipped. Wish the service is faster.

Purchased a Tissot watch, arrived with a damage button and Jomashop will not replace! Terrible customer service, do not buy here!! No warranty either even though they market that on their site, fraud!

Everything was quick and easy but Gucci wallet was definitely fake! I was skeptical bc it was cheap but also I couldn’t find the bag anywhere on Gucci’s site. Lastly, SKU and serial numbers where completely made up. I compared it to one of my real Gucci bags and there is no comparison when it comes to the stitching. I figured I’d take a chance since it was only a wallet. Sent back immediately. Hopefully there is no issue with being refunded.

Yet another Buyer Beware review. I purchased a decent Seiko watch and paid $25 extra for one-day shipping. I received a confirmation email, checked my card account to see if they had charged before shipping — and of course they had, not too unusual, entirely automated even if it’s a dubious move given they may have to actually source the watch — and went on about my life for three days. No updates from Jomashop via email and so I logged into my account and was surprised to see that I had no order history. Nothing ordered despite something ordered and email receipt and credit card statement to prove it. Cute. I don’t mind having to dispute charges with a bank, really. And I’ll no doubt have to do so as — just read the other reviews for this surprise ending — customer service doesn’t answer (three calls made, each one with hold music for 30+ minutes and no response). They don’t reply to emails or chat requests, either. I’m willing to give them two stars rather than one. I’ve heard firsthand accounts of their quality and have no doubt they probably nail it on occasion. And there’s a global pandemic and, I’m guessing, limited staffing. An inexpensive Seiko watch can be found elsewhere for a comparable price. I’m not accusing Jomashop of theft but, rather, mild incompetence. Slight inconvenience. It was to be a gift but alas. The lesson: be careful, buying public. You may not want to give money to Amazon or Macy’s or, if you’re buying seriously high end, Company X... but is Jomashop really a good alternative? Some guy is wrote about being out $5,000 thanks to the company’s butterfingers. I’ll count myself lucky.

I bought a watch online at Chistmas and cancel it both online and email at the second day. However, they still charged me 20 days later. I called the service number and they told me that it was shipped and let me return the box to USPS with a receipt. I did it and have to pay for the shipment fee if I ask for a receipt. It is totally nonsense. I advice people NOT to buy watch in this web site. The experience is quite terrible.

I’ve purchased 4 (maybe 5, can’t remember who supplied my FOIS) watches from Jomashop and over time each experience with their customer service is worse. Started great when I purchased a Tissot and the chronograph sub-dials did not return to zero. They gave me a return authorization but also offered phone support to tell me how to reset them. It worked perfect and was a great experience. A couple of years later I purchased a Glycine Airman (pre-Invicta). Again all went fine. Then I ordered a Zenith El Premiro that they never fulfilled only said if they get one they can sell for the price they sold it to me for they would ship it. Customer Service was useless. After 5 of 6 months I cancelled. The last watch, a month ago, was a Breitling Premier Bently which I know would not come with factory warranty card, but this did not have a Bentley Tag, nor Jomashop Warranty card, and no COSC card which is watch/manufacturer specific, not dealer related. This watch could be a return a refurb or anything especially without paperwork, tags, etc. This effects the price I’ll get when I sell this watch in the future. All of a sudden it’s less than grey market, it’s watch, box and no papers. When I talked to customer service it was tuff luck, they don’t supply it, I can return it if I don’t like it. I did ask for them to give me my Jomashop Warranty and send a Jomashop warranty card. They sent me a letter giving me a number of days to go online to a specific web address and register my watch for warranty. When I tried to do that Microsoft indicated a fatal Security violation on this IP address and the sight was not Jomashop and had issues with its security credentials. My other grey market dealers supply the full set with tags attached and two of them supply the balance of the manufacturers warranty and dealer stamped warranty card. Jomashop has steadily gone down hill. I used to recommend to everyone, not anymore.

I ordered an Omega Constellation in late June. The listing said usually ships within 6-10 weeks. Within days of making the purchase, I noticed Jomashop had raised the price in the listing by $300. When I called to ask about the status of my order, they simply said it hasn't shipped yet and wouldn't provide any additional information, they weren't helpful. So now we're at ten weeks and I'm waiting to see if Jomashop will deliver my order or make me wait until I cancel so they can sell it at a higher price. We'll see. If they deliver, I'll update this post.

I ordered a new genuine Longines Watch. When received there was no corrector tool or warranty card to register the watch for warranty.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on May 22nd. It's now june 28th and I still haven't received my order. When I called to get a status the representative said it will be another 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. 2 months to get a pair of sunglasses seems very unreasonable to me. I won't be using jomashop again.

Poor customer service, I ordered a watch that was supposed to ship on Thursday before Father's Day, it was a gift but nothing yet. I still have not received the watch. When I called, the customer service representative could not tell me an exact date. I called again, and another rep told me the watch would ship today and it did not. Very disapointed!
