Us a new costomer I has bed experience with you, becouse your not exceptable construction of offers: you have a copon extra deal sales, but it's not clear why client must mark and only after have this cupon sale. As a new client I payed more 10$, becouse did'nt mark in the place of marking, but if you mark anyway each client have this your sale. After I ask give me back my overpaying 10$, or give me a gift cart with 15.99 $ to use in my next order and have free order and get bach my 10 $ but your asistent only replied that you use only one copon and don't satisfy my asking

Take your business elsewhere. Over the years, ordered 4 watches from them (including Walmart, where they do business as Watchsavings); 3 of the 4 had real problems. They sell junk. They charged me to send back a watch that didn't work right. Pay a little more and buy from someplace better.

Bought two watches. ETERNA ETERNITY QUARTZ DIAMOND PINK MOTHER OF PEARL DIAL LADIES WATCH 2800.41.76.1743 ETER-280041761743. The watch stopped working in two months time. Also bought Armand Nicolet M02-4. The pin holding the belt keeps coming off all the time. I'm sure to lose the watch, one day, as it falls off. Jomashop does not reply to your correspondence and don't care for their warranty, maybe because I'm far away in Australia. Buy at your risk from this company!

Ordered three watches; I received one within a week in an Amazon package (I guess they have a storefront there), still waiting on the other two watches (both are gifts... one is already too late and the other needs to get here this week) and it's been almost three weeks with no updates. I asked for an update yesterday so we'll see if I get a response.

I called on a Thursday to see if my item would ship on Friday it was paid for. I was told yes. Didn't ship until Tuesday. When it did arrive it was inop. I believe it is the battery and was credited for it Still as a first time buyer from them I have to agree with some of the negative comments. On top of that at some point the covid19 'crisis' was blamed. Pretty sure it doesn't discharge watch batteries. Shouldn't have shipping doa, especially if it sit in their warehouse a couple of extra days.

I ordered a GC bag for my wife, the outside package box came in good condition, however the inside GC original box has a small crash. It is such an important package but they just ignored the damage. probably will not chose this website in the future.

The watch I received did not work. I asked to refund it. First they asked me to pay for the shipping cost back, second they did not even refund the full price!!! This is not acceptable in the 'Amazon age'!

The product was of good quality but the customer service was rude and less than helpful. I had to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to rectify a billing error. The hassle was not worth the few dollars saved at the time of purchase. I will definitely buy elsewhere in the future.

I have bought watch it has scratches like it was used, I returned it and asked for new they sent me same again. I have must to pay 2 times customs fee in my country.

I purchased a watch that was "guaranteed" by a certain date. It ended up being very late and I returned it. Jomashop eventually refunded $200 of my $250 price. I understand the return policy does not cover shipping costs (not sure how regular shipping cost for a watch is $50) but what is the point of a guarantee if they won't stand behind it? I was also not able to get a breakdown of how they came up with the $50. I contacted them several times with no response. The lack of response is the most frustrating part.

Bought a Tissot watch and the digital screen began to fade weeks after wearing it. Reported this to Jomashop and they said it wasn’t covered. I will never purchase anything from this site again.

Returns are on you and even if you keep over $600 dollars worth of stuff they still stick you with paying for the other items to be returned.

I am disappointed with the way my price adjustment request was handled. The end result was "No" they will not honour because the item was marked down for Black Friday and to give me the discount or match the new price would be below cost. This is very curious- people who order the same item on Black Friday would be able to do so with no issue- while others who order prior cannot because it below cost ??? This in no way honours the price guarantee. I hope that you/Jomashop will take note of this fact and change the way the price guarantee is written.

I bought a Tudor Black Bay Steel and Gold. The watch arrived with tarnishing on the bezel, sizing roughly a quarter of an inch in length. This tarnishing is between the 10:00 and 11:00 indices and can be seen more prominently at different angles. I did not notice this blemish before removing the tag. After contacting Jomashop, I was told the watch could only be returned if the tags were still on the watch. The representative offered a few hundred dollar discount based on a current coupon code on their site that was not available when I purchased the watch. I was also offered an extra $100 off for the blemish. I had to initiate the majority of conversations with the representative, speaking both over the phone and via email multiple times. I am left wondering why I have tarnishing on my "brand new" watch--I do not know how it was stored or handled. I am frustrated with my experience and thought Jomashop would provide more customer service for sending me a less than perfect luxury watch. Because of this experience, I will never buy from Jomashop again.
