“Hi Team, The watch I ordered was automatic however the manual sent along was of a Quartz watch. The watch was were loosely packed and banging around in the box, considering it was an international delivery this might have had harmed the movement which is yet to find out. I tried contacting the team but got no response, also attaching pics herewith.”

“I checked out Jomashop for sunglasses specifically. Ordered a Ray Ban aviator, rb3689, 62mm lens. Arrived on time, excellent price, and most importantly it was in fact authentic. Wish there could be more range of inventory, but I’m happy to have found one of the sunglasses that I wanted. They did not have certain models and sizes I was interested in from Ray Ban, but it’s understandable. 5 stars - would recommend if you can find what you wanted.”

“I liked how you can search products that are "in stock" so one knows the purchase should be delivered relatively soon. I also liked the prompt order confirmation and order update. The watch I ordered arrived in perfect condition and I love it.”

“Thank you for the lovely order but what I did not like was the lack of interest in good and clean packaging. The belt was placed in a transparent plastic bag inside a small carton. It doesn’t belongs to the luxury brand in any way, it look like a cheap request or without a price, even in addition to the absence of a cloth bag belonging to the brand to protect the belt and keep it or a carton for the brand.”

My order was a Gucci belt, and it arrived very quickly, and the same request, but what I did not like was the lack of interest in good and clean packaging.
