“I received a defective item, the screws are too tight in the band so it cannot be made smaller to fit my wrist. You will not take it back since it has been opened but until the wrapping on the band came off I could not try to have it adjusted. That is by a watchmaker, not a Walmart or something. Gevril sys they will warrant it IF it has an approved vendor's signature on the card so I am still working on having it fixed by the factory. If not I have a $500 paper weight and will have to go to the bank to protest the sale.”

“Ordered a watch and handbag on 28th December. Received the handbag but no watch. Have sent several emails and messages on messenger and no response. They seem happy to take your money then ignore you if something goes wrong.”

“I have been a very happy client of Jomashop.com for 3 years now. I have purchased high end, beautiful time pieces (3) and recently a beautiful designer wallet for holiday present for a loved one. They always ship rapidly and products arrive as promised. There was one purchase they stopped before shipping as it was damaged- they caught it which is much better than making a customer deal with that stress. Extremely reputable, good customer service!”

“Customer service sucks. They are rude and the manager is no better. When you ask a question they tell you it’s none of your business. I purchased here in the past but I just cancelled my order and will buy somewhere else. Safe yourself a headache specially if your USPS ding quit a bit of money.”

“I took a risk and purchased a watch during the holiday season, I was not familiar with this site and was a bit skeptical. “Fake advertisement, fake products, fake return policy, terrible customer service. I ordered a sunglasses and pay express shipping based on the 100% authentic warranty and I ordered the same ones on Macy's to be able to compare if they were fake or not and I had a kitchen scale to test even the weight...they weighted way less than the Macy's one, their material sucks they were super light and opaque...of course comparing directly with the original...i contact the company for a refund for fake advertisement and they still besides than they discount the shipping they charge a porcentaje for returns so save your money, energy and time and buy somewhere else.”
