You may receive “used” items when you pay for a brand new one on this site. I bought a new Gucci wallet intended for a gift from this site and received an used item - visible residue on the leather, tarnished hardware, fraying edges. After a few rounds of email exchanges and supplying all the requested photos, the customer service rep. refused my request for a return (contrary to the policy stated on their website) and instead offered me $35 to compensate the unsatisfactory condition of a $570 wallet. I suspect that they intentionally ship items in poor condition to international buyers, knowing the added difficulties of shipping the items back across the border. When I declined the $35 offer and insisted on return for a full refund, they upped the offer to $40 (WOW!). When the actual condition doesn’t match product description on the website, it has zero value to me and my total loss is $570 + 30% duties paid to Canadian customs. They may claim that they have many happy customers, would you want to take the chance that you won’t be the ones who need to deal with this type of frustration?

I paid $25 for 1 day shipping and delivery on 11/30—a Tuesday—and one item was delivered 3 days later; the other 4 days. I reached out to customer service and their response was so overtly scheming, that it came off as rude. Not bothered or insulted, just probably won’t shop here often after my experience (despite the great deals).

I received a defective watch for which I paid customs duties and I am not satisfied with the purchase. They did not help me from the site to eliminate the defect, the only thing they wrote me to send them an official offer from a local service, provided that I informed them that in my country there is no official service and representative of the watch brand, and no local service to offered me an official offer, provided that the missing part must be imported from another country, and the estimated value of the repair is higher than the value of the watch. Well, now I will wait for the money from the purchase to be returned to me, but only after they get the watch back, which will be no earlier than a month. And the fees paid by me are at my expense. And you sent me a damaged watch.

I had placed an order in March. The order split into two shipments; one arrived safe and sound, but the other never came. The tracking they provided, which only available through the order details on Jomashop website, indicates that the shipment at Zajnbb in Jun, and it stuck there. I contacted Jomashop in August for still not receiving the shipment. They asked me to wait for someone to contact me for investigation, and they also indicate that it may take several weeks for someone to contact me. I waited until October, and no one does. I contact Jomashop again, but they told me to contact carrier instead. Since it can not be tracked on DHL website ever since March, I asked the representative what should I do if DHL cannot help me on this. She kicked me out of the live chat. I contacted DHL in October, and they replied me that the tracking is not in the system. Thus, being desperate enough, I contacted Jomashop today, which is December; the representative told me that the missing report had been declined since August is so late that DHL was no longer holding information for this shipment. The insurance and missing claim cannot be filed since DHL no longer holds it. If this is the case, I wish they can tell me since August instead of keeping me hanging and asking me to go round and round.

Fast shipping and good products. However getting answers from customer service is non-existent. Also packaging on products is not very nice, at least that was me experience with certain jewelry.

I ordered an $800 item on 11/28. Spent 2 weeks at status "awaiting shipping." Finally yesterday Jomashop put through the charge on my Paypal account. I was excited. Less than 24 hours later they canceled my order because it was out of stock with a note not to worry because we never charge till shipping. Well they did charge me just 24 hours before cancellation. I am still hoping the mistake is the cancellation and the charge means it did ship. Otherwise, Putting this through as a complaint to both Paypal and BBB. However, it is a Christmas present and no longer anywhere to be found. But they sent me a $5 off my next order- not to be used with any other coupons or promotions of course.

I discovered Jomashop this year and since then I've used them to purchase in the USA and internationally. Bought watches, jewelry, perfumes, sunglasses and all was good till this Black Friday when they messed up my order. I've placed the order on 11/27/2021 and since then I've been emailing with the support team and no real info was given until this week (2 weeks later) that the watch is not going to be shipped even dough I was told that it was. Now I'm trying to make things work, but their support team has limited time on the phone, and I've checked with them over the phone a couple of watches that stated IN STOCK, and they were not so even if I took them again they would not be shipped. After all of that, my order was canceled and that was the end of their support. REAL HELP LOL. Thanks.

I’ve found jomashop in the last month or two and have since ordered like 4 items and each time the product was gorgeous and much more reasonably priced then anywhere else and shipping was fast and easy. Highly recommend!
