“If I can rate 0, I will do that. It has been 2 more weeks still heard nothing from the website. The carrier is different from the email and the information from the website. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Very good website for purchase at a great price have been a fan but the experience deteriorated over time and company did not care about customers Orders were placed and never delivered as promised Item should be in stock to sell and customers should be correctly informed and should it be left in Limbo It happened several times Last two orders were perfect Hoping I have no problems with my third ordered placed today keeping my fingers crossed”

“Do not order from jomashop. I never received my package and I have called jomashop several times and keep getting the brush off. I'm out over 100 bucks and they have done nothing. Terrible company with no ethics.”

“I initially wanted to get a TAG Heuer elsewhere but when I realized I wasn’t pleased with the customer service, I expanded my options. I’ve previously purchased a TAG with Jomashop many moons ago and went on their website to check out their offerings. I came across something similar to what I really wanted and the ordering process was efficient as always. To be frank, I was hesitant with their delivery because as I followed the delivery l didn’t think it would arrive in Honolulu as stated but it came in on time. My family and friends have commented on my newest toy and very pleased with my purchase. Next time I want another watch, I’ll consider ordering with Jomashop again. Aloha Paul”

“Not a bad experience overall. Delivery was quick and the watch itself appears to be in good working order. Thank goodness! I'm giving three stars out of five because the Jomashop listing misrepresented various features on the watch. For example, the listing stated that the watch has a screw-down crown. It does not. My advice: double-check the specs against the manufacturer's website before purchasing from Jomashop. It's a shame that we can't trust them to get the details right.”

“Horrible customer service. Called twice to let them know I do not receive USPS. Both times representative assured me it will be shipped via UPS or Fedex. Of course , it never happened. Item shipped USPS. Called them again to ask for reshipment, apparently manager said to ship, never heard back from them. Called 5 time and was told to reorder, charged me again and now waiting....”

“I just want to buy Lancome Miracle perfume. However, I tried to add 2 more items so I can get $20 off of total $250 amount. My ordered was ok. I received 2 other items not Lancome one. They charge full amount (not deduct $20 off). Then I received email said that my Lancome order got cancled. So it is worthless if I can not get what I want (Lancome), and I can not have $20 off. It is your fault that Lancome item still aivailble on the website when I made the order. I aslo email and ask about my $20 off. They reply my email and confirm that I still received it but noooooooooo…..”

“BEWARE!!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!! I paid for a perfume and never received it, shipment notification was received three days after purchase (priority 3 day shipping). 15 days passed and nothing was delivered, the shipping tracking info showed nothing was shipped and was invalid. No support from their customer service chat, phone or even email!!! nobody could help me, they just tried to push me away, some asked me to wait another 10 days for the order to "move", when I already waited 15 days and had a shipment notification for priority 3 day shipping (which was FAKE). There were just buying time. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!”
