The product appears to be fake/knockoff. I reached support by mail with no response. Not happy at all. The product is not having warranty card and received just the men’s watch.

First, I would like to thank you for the kindness of your letter and your keenness on customer satisfaction with regard to my purchases. My order was a Gucci belt, and it arrived very quickly, and the same request, but what I did not like was the lack of interest in good and clean packaging. The belt was placed in a transparent plastic bag inside a small carton. It doesn’t belongs to the luxury brand in any way, it look like a cheap request or without a price, even in addition to the absence of a cloth bag belonging to the brand to protect the belt and keep it or a carton for the brand. Please pay more attention to customer requests so that you will be the first choice for online shopping

Defective items that should have been utilized are sold through jomashop. The backpack I bought was defective. Unevenly sewn in two places. All tags, box, bag are intact. I contacted them on the 18th of December requesting to replace it. I still have received no instructions on how to do that. Update: I requested a return via their website and it turns out I have to pay $18.49 for it. Why do I have to pay for the return if the item is faulty? I experienced the inconvenience of not having my money, not being able to use the item that I needed and having to spend time on returning it and also have to pay for the shipment of your defective item. Just called them to inquire if it's possible to replace it and not return it. Waited for 24 minutes. When the lady finally picked up she didn't sound welcoming at all. All I could say was "hi, just a second" as I wanted to turn the speaker on. I didn't have the time to even turn the speaker on and say anything when she hung up. I guess it's unacceptable for them to wait literally one second as opposed to me being on the phone for 24 minutes. Considering the poor service across the board and quality of the item sent it's so hard to believe all the positive reviews.

I recently returned an item I bought. I used a USPS Priority Mail label addressed to Jomashop which I was able to confirm that indeed it was dropped off and left with an individual. Upon calling them for the status of my return, I was told that they do not have my package and asked me to follow up with USPS. Really?!? The tracking info says it was delivered to you! Thanks Jomashop

PRICE BUT NO ALMOST NEVER MY SIZE 😂.HOWEVER ALL GOOD EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST TIME .DELIVERY SERVICE IN EU IN BUSY TIME BIFORE CHRISTMAS WAS GREAT.

I have bought many things on Jomashop, and I did like shopping on Jomashop except that I wrote to custmoer care that my order hadn't shipped yet, and got the reply saying there were no any stocks for my order items after my order was placed for some time. And Jomashop told me I could place another order for replacement, and would for me help on prices, but surprisingly no one took care of my order, and it was cancelled. Well, though I still like shopping with Jomashop, hopefully, there will never be the case again.

After reading positive reviews regarding the quality of watches and shipping, I am disappointed that after purchasing the watch 2 weeks ago, I have yet to receive the watch or an email with the status. I initially sent an email requesting status that went unanswered. Then I chatted with someone online that stated that they did not know why the item was not shipped since it was in stock and was sending an email to their manager. Today I called the 800 number and the customer service rep said the same thing. We will give it a couple of more days for an email confirmation. Beware.

I've bought two Bulova a Tissot and a G-shock watches my GF and her daughter jewelry....yeah my taste is all over the place but that's what I like about Jomashop. Always good variety and I always get what I ordered.

Buyers Beware!!! I purchased a $300 pant from the Joma Shop and received a different item that was a $100 pant in a different size. I called to report the issue and request a return. I was sent a fake FedEx label and now they will not answer my call because they use caller I.D. to screen for customers they have screwed over. All of the bad reviews point to the same issue. FRAUD

I am having really difficult time returning and item . Customer service didn’t even want to process a return. To begin with wrong strap for the watch was sent , item took forever to arrive and after watch doesn’t keep time! I was willing to purchase a different watch but after such horrible customer service over the phone I am not sure ! Now afraid for more problems to come sense they don’t want an item back !
