Pricing was fantastic, I found my watch in a so called discount outlet in Australia, after price checking online I purchased the same watch from Jomashop for $169 which also included express shipping from America to Australia, I also saved $430! The quality is absolutely awesome, but what impressed me the most is the delivery time! I ordered from Brooklyn America on Sunday evening and received my watch on Friday morning, I ordered an additional two watches a couple of weeks later and the delivery time again was the same. It is obvious that Jomashop truly care about service, and supply a great quality product at heavily discounted prices, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

Arrived when they said it would and they honor a military discount which is awesome. I will say that I expected papers with the box, but not a deal breaker. Thanks Joma!

I ordered a watch in the beginning of December. The description said it will ship in 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later I was still waiting. I was informed at that time that the watch was out of stock but more were coming in. I canceled that order and ordered another watch that said it would ship out right away. Again, two weeks later I was still waiting and when I inquired about it I was again told that this watch was out of stock but more on the way. I finally got the watch and noticed that the manufacturer warranty card was not filled out by the seller. The card must be filled out before the warranty would take affect. I inquired about this and was told that Jomashop would warranty the watch with the same time frame as the manufacturer. They also told me that Jomashop was NOT an authorized retailer (that’s why they didn’t fill out the card). I then asked to get something in writing with my name and all the details (serial number, model number etc) that they would indeed honor the warranty and I got crickets, nothing, no response. Customer service sucks.

I enjoyed the wide selection available and found the watch I wanted. The watch was packed carefully and delivered promptly. And the watch was everything I expected. I keep a watch now on Jomashop's website and expect to do business again in the future.

I ordered a $1600 Nomos Orion watch as a wedding present for my fiancé. The delivery company attempted a delivery while I was out of town and, instead of leaving a missed delivery notice, either signed for it themselves or used a signature of someone not at my address. They then left the package outside of my apartment, near the sidewalk, where it was promptly opened and the contents stolen. I came home from out of town to an empty box in the bushes and a shipping receipt crumpled in front of my door. I then emailed Jomashop three times to ask what the process was for filing a claim for a missing package. They never responded. I called their customer service number and sat on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. The woman who answered opened a claim with the delivery service without asking me for any information and then insinuated that I had done something wrong and that it was my fault the package was missing. I don’t actually blame Jomashop for the stolen watch but I am very unhappy with their unresponsive customer service, and then the rude, borderline victim blaming that happened during the call. I have no idea if Jomashop is taking this issue seriously and had to file a grievance with my credit card company for any real response. Other retailers with real customer service have gone to bat for me when I’ve encountered delivery issues, even when those issues are beyond their direct control. I’m surprised and disappointed by what I encountered here.

On previous occasions I have bought watches and I have been satisfied. On this occasion I bought perfumes, which was not the best experience, I still have not received information about the shipment of the other items, the entire order was sent in parts, of 1 or 2 perfumes, when I bought 10 in a single order, in addition I used a discount coupon and it turns out that I did not see any discount.

Order a watch on 12.30.21, it’s 1.18.21 and no update on when it will ship. The site says today for the same watch that it is in stock and will ship in 2 days. Very frustrating to order a gift for someone and not have it arrive for 4 weeks or have an update on when to expect it to arrive. They need to do a better job at providing accurate information on products they have in stock.

Simplicity from start to finish! I am so happy with my Seiko Flightmaster! A classic in its own right made better by Jomashop! Price, quality, service all exceptional! Would definitely shop with them again!

i ordered a handbag. my credit card payment was approved. the next day i received an email cancelling an order because they claim the price THEY posted was an error. (it was in line with other discounts on the site ). i bought it or a git, and the item i would have purchased i i had known i didn't actually purchase this one was no longer available by the time i received their email. the site cost me over $1000 extra to purchase the git. horrible experience. basically , don't count on getting what you ordered until it arrives.

I order a watch came I didn’t like it I called the center to return they received and I called them back they told me you use the watch I had it last then 15 days plus the watch wasn’t working they Refuse to return it I will never order from them bad company I give last then one star very bad customer service

I bought a Cartier, a Chopard, and a Tag Heuer from Joma over a short period of time. Very shortly after purchasing them, each developed a. Major problem. Joma was unable to fix any of them. It was shortly after purchase and well within the warranty, so they blamed me for the problems. The Chopard, with diamonds for my wife kept getting moisture under the glass ( it is supposed to be waterproof, the Cartier will not keep good time, and the Tag has an arm frozen in place! Sent the Cartier back twice and the Chopard 3 times. Never fixed them. Didn't bother with the Tag. If I had to guess, they're getting second quality items thats how they can discount as much as they do. I went directly to the Omega store and replaced the Cartier . Ill never use these crooks again.

I was looking for another Seiko Solar powered Prospex wristwatch, and liked this SSC757J1 Chronograph. The face just seemed to be the least busy of others. Price was good from Jomashop. It came very quickly. Thanks Jomashop. My only complaint is not with Jomashop, but with myself for not researching this more. I ordered a Strapcode bracelet designated for a Sumo non chronograph watch. Strapcode DOESN'T include this model number {SSC757J1} as one that will fit, but I ordered it anyways. The end link fits width wise (20mm), but the holes for the pins don't fit, they stick out and don't align with the holes on the lugs. Looking on Strapcode website under "Watch case dimensions", the SUMO styles listed (SBDC031 for instance) has a "Pin to Pin" distance of 47mm. Measuring my watch shows it's approx. 45mm or so. The endlink holes stick outside where the holes on the lugs are. The endlink top mimics the contour of the watch body great, but where the holes should line up for the pins to fit, they don't, end of story... . So... BE WARNED ! If you want a new Strapcode bracelet watchband for this Seiko Sumo Chronograph ~ SSC757J1, you'll need to purchase one of their "Straight End" style ones if you want it to fit. I'm in the process of returning the one I purchased from Strapcode for a refund. My lack of attention, NOT Strapcode's fault or Jomashop.

Prices are great for what I purchased. I paid for two day shipping for two watches. Received the first watch in about 4 days from when it was purchased. I still haven’t received my second watch after 2 weeks.
