Hello! It was my dream to buy one more sunglasses by Tom Ford, only this model, which were previous collection. I was so happy to find out it in this web side. I think that you are best shop ever. thank you so much!unfortunately, is so long to wait, but i understand the transport delivery is not so fast!

I purchased two Blancpain Fifty Fathoms watches from Jomashop in July. I would highly recommend spending the extra money to buy from an Authorised Dealer and very much regret buying from Jomashop to save money. Last week the rotor separated from the movement on one that had been worn maybe 20 times. Nothing occurred to make this happen. I surf in the other and its running just fine. When I called Jomashop I found customer service to be horrid and cold. They are not an AD so I cannot appeal to Blancpain for warranty issues but instead have to pay to send it to Jomashops in-house watch repair shop for a determination of whether Jomashop will cover the problem. Along the way I was blatantly lied to by a Manager who said it would go to an AD and only told the truth after speaking with his supervisor. If you know anything about watches you understand that the pin that holds the rotor in place is now loose in the movement and will forever change the accuracy and smooth function of the watch. An authorized dealer would send the watch to Blancpain and they would replace it- I know this because I've collected watches for more than 30 years. I'll now have a watch that will never be worth anything close to what I paid for it so whatever I saved on purchase price is not at all worth the experience. BTW, the average hold time for Jomashop customer service is 20 minutes...

Me enviaron un paquete y nunca lo recibí, llame al servicio al cliente me dijeron que se iba a demorar para averiguar qie paso después llame a la empresa USPS quien envio el paquete y no me dan solución, pésimo servicio

Waited two months for my order, they refunded it. Fair enough. Tried to order it again, they upped the price by 309 and said I had to purchase it from the new price. Disgusting business ethic.

I placed an order for two Cartier watches on 3/22/21 (yes, about one year ago) and the status of the order was "Pending Shipment" for this entire time. I called the company about 3-4 times and chatted with them once and every single time, they gave me the same answer: that they don't know when the status would be updated because they are still working with their manufacturers. Ok, I understand that there will be delays, especially with Covid. But fast forward to today - I reached out to them again and they gave me the same answer. But this time, I asked them to help me escalate my order since it's been almost one year, so they did and the "solution" that the manager came up with was "since the order is now too old, we will have to cancel it and you will have to place a new order". Both watches are still available to order on their website, but both have gone up in price for a total of $1,480 more than what I originally paid for. This was obviously their mistake but they forcefully cancelled my order (I never asked for it to be cancelled) and kept telling me to place the order again because the order is "too old". Since both watches were never taken off their website, they obviously have inventory but just don't want to honor the original price that I paid. This was blatantly their mistake but they shamelessly want me to pay for it. Customer service was completely useless and kept repeating the same thing - that their manager already signed off on the solution, so that's final. This is obviously NOT a solution but I guess their business is run based on lies and deceit. I went back and forth with the rep for 10 minutes before she finally agreed to let me speak with a manager but comes back to say the manager has (conveniently) already left for the day. This company is EXTREMELY DISHONEST - stay away at all costs. They couldn't care less about their customers and will not own up to their own mistakes but instead, they will force their customers to swallow the loss for their lack of competence.

My second purchase of watches. Nice price (big sale offer), unexpected fast delivery to middle Europe within less 12 days (door to door including customs clearence). I recommend that shop.
