The product I ordered was originally stated as "Availability: usually ships in 1-3 business days." Six days later, I was notified that my order wasn't physically in the warehouse, and would be expected in 3-5 weeks. That's ridiculous. I canceled my order and had to get it from somewhere else, who delivered it earlier than quoted. Can't say anything good about my experience other than canceling my order was easy enough.

Lowest prices by far on luxury watches except Rolex of course. New, authentic, luxury watches at great prices. Customer service is a little iffy. Sometimes it’s difficult to get through to them, but when you do get through they are helpful. Best to do the live chat. Emailing they sometimes don’t respond at all.

Buyers beware, do not purchase!!! Buyers beware, I’m very dissatisfied with Jomashop. I purchased a Preowned Rolex from this company. The watch that arrived had a serial number that was different from the one mentioned on the website. They sent me an older model, different from what was mentioned. Contacted their customer service, they were very rude on resolving the issue and will not refund for return shipping. I had to escalate case on PayPal to resolve issue. Buyers please purchase elsewhere, not a reputable company, they cheat consumers.

My first experience with Jomashop. I order a watch as a gift. The item was lost in shipping for more than 10 days, and had not been scanned in 10 days. In addition it missed the intended gift date. I called to receive a refund and/or possibly order another item (the purchased item was sold out), but was told that a refund was not possible. I would have to wait 3 weeks for an inquiry to be done. I understand shipping is some what out of there control, but customers service is not. They lost a potential customer for years to come.

Still have not received my order. Placed Jan 9th today is Jan 24. Opened claimed and no one knows anything. Will not do business again.

Worst ever experience!! This company is a liar. Will send you defective products and then will refuse to take the return. Fortunately if they agree to take the return back, you have to pay for the shipping of their defective product. Idk, how they are surviving in the market with such a bad customer service!! The sales and return service team even do not reply when you want to have a justification!

Terrible as I had to chase after them for two refunds both in excess of $1500, for two watches returned. They acknowledge receipt but never credited my credit card. No way to send them a email regarding this as they do not have a question on their customer service website asking "WHERE IS MY REFUND?"... Also good luck with trying to get customs and taxes refund documents from them, they owe me about $1,000 in documents. Still waiting. No way to send things in writing to them as they want you to call them and wait in the queue. Waste of time. If you value your sanity, do no use them.
