“Ordered 2 watches from Jomashop and only received one. The one I received took 7 days to receive although their ETA stated 3 business days based on my location. The other watch that I haven't received is in status of "pending acceptance" with USPS at the same location of origination. I don't understand how I received one watch that was ordered a day after the watch I haven't received. Long story short shop elsewhere from a more reputable vendor. I have disputed the charges BUT since they only insured the package for $100 and they "claim" it was shipped I'm probably out $500. ( The watch was $600). Just shop elsewhere that has better shipping AND communication . Once they have your money they could care less where your package is”

“Watch arrived on time. However it was not secured inside the box during shipping and the protective film had been removed. So it was bouncing around inside the box while being shipped halfway across the world. It arrived undamaged, but that was just extremely good luck.”

“When they deliver the product you order, it's an excellent place to order from, but the reason I gave it three stars is because they are incredibly inconsistent. I've had to cancel four orders out of the eight I've placed due to not having a product in stock, as they claimed on their site.”

“They had a really good seal on Paris Corners Ophidian Mango Bliss Cologne. Ordered it and was delivered within 5 days or so. Came well packaged and was exactly what I ordered. Cologne was amazing! Let it mature about a month and man it’s gorgeous!”

“I received a nonfunctional watch. After numerous emails back and forth, they finally approved the return for a refund. The return was delivered to Jomashop almost a month ago, but I still didn’t receive my refund. I tried emailing them to get a status update but every time I get the same response: “when the appropriate department will receive it, they will update it”. I gave up. It’s hopeless. Jomashop never again!!!”

“My first time using JS. If you make a purchase over $100.00, shipping is free. If you choose to return the item, it's $13.29? The fee is over aggressive. I don't mind paying a fee to return the item if the fee was more reasonable. Overall, I would not use this company again.”

“I have ordered a lot from Jomashop and twice I have had damaged items. The first time they asked for the item back, I sent it back and they took almost a month to investigate it. I had to call to get an update. The second time I reached out about an item that took over a month to arrive and arrived damaged, I immediately reached out they asked for pictures and never replied to my pictures or follow up emails. They used different sellers so be careful on what you order here. I am still waiting for a reply on my last email and it has not been over 1 month since reaching out. (Their hold time on the phone is also ridiculous)”
