“I ordered two pairs of shoes for a hen do. One pair turned up with one size 6 and one size 5 and were completely ruined, scuff marks all over, so not only were the sizes not checked but the quality was no checked either. They were shoes that I would have chosen to keep and when I went to re-order they were out of stock, very disappointed. I had no choice but to keep the other pair as I didn't have time to find something else for the hen do, and this pair had the soles coming away, even though they were brand new. I had to pay to have them stuck down, so not such a cheap bargain after all from Newlook. The upside is the customer service was great, but I will be aware from now on that you certainly get what you pay for, and on top of that I don't actually consider Newlook cheap anymore, so even though the prices have gone up, the quality hasn't. Will not be purchasing shoes from there again, annoying as this was my go to for reasonable shoes.”
“Good selection of clothes, but had to wait 20 minutes for to be served. The queue was growing and at no point did another server help. Also the cashier did not apologise for the wait. I will avoid this store.”
“I brought 2 dresses online. When they arrived they did not fit properly. I returned them to the slough branch. They were very helpful and gave me a gift card, as could not give me the money. The service was great but I am just a bit upset that I lost the delivery charges on both deliveries”
