“They are a good store, with various stock to choose from - no matter what product you're looking for. However, I am always hesitant to order online from them as it's £3.99 for delivery (which is acceptable) but I think that £2.99 for click & collect is a stretch.”

“What Im most satisfied about it the communication that i have already received. I had confirmation to say the order was received from New Look itself. As a consumer what is the most important is the delivery updates - iv already received 3 text messages updating me every step of the way.
