“Originally ordered shoes, instead i received an XL men's t-shirt. Had to then take the item to my nearest New Look as i needed to reorder the original shoes. Upon arriving at the store i was informed that there was now no stock of the original item. I had to negotiate them paying the postage costs for an item i never wanted or ordered.”

“I love that New Look cater for larger women and are still trendy. The only problem is the order can take some time and I live in the country..but I have been pleased with the quality and style.”

“Very fast delivery to the shop ready for collection. They never sent a text message as requested during the checkout process, which I could have done with as I was already in the shopping centre, as it happened I had to return the next day to collect. Other than that everything was great and the store staff were great when collecting.”

“They are a good store, with various stock to choose from - no matter what product you're looking for. However, I am always hesitant to order online from them as it's £3.99 for delivery (which is acceptable) but I think that £2.99 for click & collect is a stretch.”
