“I was having trouble placing an order online so had to phone customer services for help. The girl that answered couldn't have been more helpful. She did my order for me but we chatted about Christmas and other things and she was very friendly and happy. It made such a nice change and definitely brightened up my day.”

“Originally ordered shoes, instead i received an XL men's t-shirt. Had to then take the item to my nearest New Look as i needed to reorder the original shoes. Upon arriving at the store i was informed that there was now no stock of the original item. I had to negotiate them paying the postage costs for an item i never wanted or ordered.”

“I love that New Look cater for larger women and are still trendy. The only problem is the order can take some time and I live in the country..but I have been pleased with the quality and style.”

“Very fast delivery to the shop ready for collection. They never sent a text message as requested during the checkout process, which I could have done with as I was already in the shopping centre, as it happened I had to return the next day to collect. Other than that everything was great and the store staff were great when collecting.”
