Appalling customer services. I’m having to constantly email about a purchase I made and no goods have been sent. My money had been taken and Robert Dyas accept no responsibility for the purchase and blame the suppliers who they have a lack of contact with. Would never recommend buying anything from this company. Avoid at all costs.

Suppliers after 21 days have not even gave me a delivery date. Took my money quick enough

Ordered a shed 5th May, was told a delivery date on three separate occasions and guess what still not delivered. Even though we purchased from Robert Dyas, they hold responsibility with Shire who apparently dont tell Robert Dyas what is going on. The communication between them is next to nothing and have still not had any joy so have cancelled the order after waiting over 10 weeks. You call Robert Dyas who say call Shire, you try and call Shire and get no response from them either. All rather frustrating. If I was told at the beginning that it would take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. I gave the benefit of the doubt on two occassion due to Covid and understanding it was difficult times but after the third one that was it :(

I order an electric grill on the 3rd June which upon arrival stopped working on its first use. After several attempts to get hold of the company via their customer service website (note -they do not have a contact no.) I eventually decide to personally return the item to their Bristol store which was closed however I found a contact tele. no on their window. (tel 033310366770 if you need it) After several frustrating communications -live chat/email and telephone I have just had confirmation that the money has been sent back onto my account. It beats me why Theo Paphitas of Dragons Den fame would want to buy into this business which I can honestly say has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT buy anything on-line from this company -you have been warned!

Shocking and appalling service - have been lied to since June - AVOID THIS COMPANY - Purchase a playhouse for my son arrived in June - emailed ASAP due to damages - informed that they have raised as priority with supplier and waiting on their response - blah blah blah after always being asked by Robert LIEAs customer dontcare team for 2 days etc while they wait for the supplier to respond - 6 emails later and Twitter DMs they tell me to contact the supplier direct - which I did to be informed that Robert LIEAs have never even contested them. I have since forwarded on the emails to the supplier, as they could not believe what I was telling them. Poor poor show.

Ordered goods 23rd June 2020, items shown in stock, 4th July, sent email to them as no goods received, they said they would contact their warehouse, and have not heard from them again. Tried telephoning them several times but gave up as no one answers the extensions. I feel they have taken my money by deception, and will not send the goods or refund me. Perhaps they are going bust. Thank you Theo Paphitis. Retail group.

Appalling. I have been waiting for an item to be delivered since April (it's now the middle of July). The customer service is horrendous. Keep palming me off with the message that they are dealing with their supplier. "Thanks for your patience." GIven I have waited three months for an item that had an estimated delivery of 3-5 days, I would say I have been more than patient.

Absolutely a joke of a company of been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my order and it still aint arrived..it said I would get it in 3 working days but that never happened...and when you phone they have you on hold for nearly one hour to tell you that you have to wait 72 hours before they can get a response to see whats going on with your order...this to me is ridiculous..i just feel like I'm stuck

Awful customer service ! Condition of delivered goods were dreadful with holes in carton and damaged goods inside !

A complete rip off. Went into Robert Dyas on Sunday 5th July to buy some halogen light bulbs as I have been doing for the past 6 & a half years. The packs of five they used to sell are no longer available. You could buy two packs for £15.00. Now, the bulbs are £4.99 each or two for £9.00. I needed them, I needed four. so had to pay for them. £18.00. A complete rip off!! Never again. Buying online from now.

I ordered a gazebo which arrived & was extremely heavy didn’t unpack it as we felt it was unsuitable for our newly built decking .. after 3 phone calls & messages left 6 emails it was finally randomly collected 10days after requesting now I’m still waiting nearly 2 wks later for my refund of nearly £400 .. I would never use this company again! Very bad customer service contact available I know we are going through difficult times but if these company’s are offering a online service then they should be available for refunds..

Nightmare company, who do not care. Just give generic answers to every frustrating email I've sent. Been waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund for a damaged swing seat. I have never experienced a company like this. It really is shocking. After over 10 emails I have sent over the past 6 weeks the same similar replies come back, "we are waiting on our suppiler to confirm your refund". This has mentally affected me as it just seems like they have your hands tied. No phone number, chat doesn't work. Only emails and it takes them up to 72 hours to respond, I've experienced longer or no replies at all. I dont know what else to say other than please avoid this company if you don't want to end up in my position. I wish I had read the other reviews before buying from them. Still waiting for my refund.

Item left without signature by delivery company, not there when I got home, live on a main road so ????,and conflicting advice from Robert Dyas. So now no item and £150 out of pocket, told over a week ago a refund was coming and would be received in 3 days, guess what no refund still...........,,

One of the worst suppliers I've ever ever used. Wish i had read the reviews before hand they are true. Had to wait ages for gazebo to turn up and one part missing, no phone number to call them on only email and as of yet still waiting for a reply. I would say go straight to the people who are supplying Robert Dyas and order it direct which i did with the missing part which i received in a couple of days. Don't use Robert Dyas.

Such a shame as I chose to use Robert Dyas because I always thought of them as a reputable company. Broken ironing board was delivered. I informed the company immediately that this was the case and over a week later they agreed to collect and refund. After many many emails with various members of the customer service team I got confirmation that the courier had been booked, I was sent collection details and a date. The day came and went with no sign of a courier. Eventually after failing to get a response from Robert Dyas I decided to call the courier directly, who were very helpful and confirmed that they had never been booked for collection! The courier arranged my collection from me and my item has now been back with Robert Dyas almost twice weeks. I have tried to contact RD a few times since and they are still to date unable to even acknowledge if they have received my returned item. All together absolutely terrible experience all-round. Avoid using this company.

Having waited in all day for a £560 shed to be delivered by Shire Garden Buildings, bought through Robert Dyas with a regular delivery slot of 8am to 8pm, promised between 2pm to 6pm and ordered weeks ago, it’s now 9pm and not a single call, update or apology all day. The Customer Service is appalling with little or no interest in the people they sell to. I won’t be using them again, you have been warned! Oh and don’t waste your time trying to contact them, no ones there!

Terrible service from start to finish. Refused refund at the beginning finally received after copious emails with various customer service staff. Never ever have I experienced service so bad.

Ordered a companion bench for present.Said it would arrive by 11th June, still not arrived. Unable to contact anyone by phone, no one responds to messages. Disgusting service. Have instigated a chargeback with American Express. Do not use.
