I would give Shein a NO STAR rating. I paid and submitted my order on 2/15/2024. 4 days later received email that order has been delivered with tracking number. Till today, 3/18/2024, I still have not receive the order. There is no phone # for Shein that I could contact. The phone # for the shipping company (UniUni) were busy from early hours till late hours! Shein is a scam company. This will be my first and last time that I'll order from this scam company! Expensive lesson to learn. Joee J

Horrible company.. They do not return emails and have no interest in communicating with you. it is also impossible to find an email. Unable to ask for a return. Dd not respond to me at all. Their glasses are cheap and not made properly. Their delivery service also sucks an provided a tracking number that was not trackable.

Beware when ordering as you will find when you come to returning items you might get a “cannot return because a promotion item” notification and no matter what you do there is no way to get a refund. This has happened to me twice, first time I just assumed I had missed seeing that I could not return when I ordered, second time I was very wary when ordering and checked carefully before placing order, also I ordered the same item in a different size and was able to return it!! In my view it’s a scam they are not to be trusted, I won’t be purchasing this company in future, a terrible way to treat customers

It's fake. They advertised for a beautiful item but when I received it, it was crappy. Pretty much lost the money. There's no way to contact them as they will lead you in to AI that will first charge you to hear your dissatisfaction and then not fix the issue, reaping you further

I have ordered from shein. But this is the second order that has gone missing with no refund. It is difficult to return items. And this is the second time I have a missing item. Be careful I will not be ordering from them again.

This is the worst site to shop for. I had been continuously asking for my returned stuff. It’s been more than a year now. It’s so frustrating, everytime I send them an email, there’s a new person and then that person doesn’t know my query. I have to explain everything from the start and then when they tel me that they would get back with few day. Nobody gets back to me. And this continues forever. It’s a scam!

I’m trying to get the promotion and now every time I get a new user it only gives me 0.01 points and that’s a shame I have had 3 new users and each time it so my been 0.001 why do you do people like that it’s almost as if you do that to keep company going by getting people to add new users but they still don’t get the 1 full diamond needed . Are you guys scamming people is this your way of trying not to give people The freebies. I have had 3 new users and each time I only got 0.001 diamond a why is that so that’s the only amount that’s on the picks . I have picked digger ones each time and still only got the 0.001 that’s a shame especially for people that spend their money . You guys should be a shame of your selves

I LOVE SHOPPING ONLINE..BUT..IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST AND HER NAME IS JOYCE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL EMAILS SHE SENDS, NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE IT CAN'T GET MY ITEMS THAT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, CONTACTED MY BANK, NOW SHEIN HAS MY REFUND FROZEN 🤔😡🤬🤔

Shein is terrible!! I bought a huge purchase of 36 items and they charged my credit card and marked it as paid then they told me to send them my ID and Bank Transaction records. I refused and they cancelled my order and I am still waiting for my money I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction.

Customer service is a nightmare. Took up to 15 emails to get an item returned. Items ordered are not what you receive and getting it straightened out is impossible

I placed an order on December 3, 2023, was to be delivered by December 16 and never showed up. Shein is using Uniuni as a courier and they are an absolute garbage courier. Trying to have SHEIN cancel my order and reimburse my money. Disappointment for Christmas.

I had to pay a return fee for damagged goods and at the end didn't get a refund at all. Tried with customer servise several times with no luck. First they agreed to pay 20% return fee , and at the end that was a refund. I send 30, 40, 50? Complains with no effect and at the end they stopped answering at all... So a damaged dress I returned cost me twice the price and I don't even have it. Or the money back. I did get the money back for 3 items but took 2 month🤔 or more . They won't see me ever again....

Its when things go wrong you realise you used the wrong company. I get a delivery, one item of 7. Its nothing like the picture so requested a return, I notice a message on my account which tells me a different product has been delivered this can be items 2 of 7. My account shows the unwanted item (item1) is to be returned. I now have a message that the undelivered item (items2)is to be returned even tho I don't have it. The customer service is not actually a service. Should you need it, you will get a bunch of options of which probably none help. Clearly my issue is not going to be resolved by a chat bot, so ask for contact. I now have a ticket which can and probably will take 24hours to gain a response. Should have stuck to Temu, had no issues with returns etc

Customer service was awful. Would not allow returns within their stated policy. I would avoid purchasing items from this company. Because they sell clothing, you need to be able to return items that do not fit as expected. I followed the instructions that Shein provided in the response, but there is no way to reach a real person. It's just an automated system. It appears that this is a scripted response that Shein uses to make it look like they are responsive to customer concerns. Please be aware that they are not responsive and do not be fooled. Shein - if you really want to resolve the issue, I would be happy to speak or chat with a representative, but so far you have not provided that option to resolve the issue. Received emails that my items were shipped from 2 different Shein locations, The tracking information was vague and did not show what carrier was making delivery from international warehouse. So I asked for that info and mentioned that supplying the carrier will assure delivery to me and said that Sheins online site was not user friendly. Next I received replies in a foreign language which I believe was Chinese and the email address I supplied to contact me was sending the replies from Shein to the SPAM folder. Then the customer service stop replying in English and no longer assisted me with my purchase of 2 pairs of shoes. 1 shipment showed UPS as the carrier and tracking number was supplied and the international shipment did not and Shein customer service was replying in Chinese not English. Very negative experience and called my Credit Card company to dispute the charges and refund my purchases. Placed the order on Nov 5 2023 and began asking for carrier info on Nov 6 2023, On Nov 7 2023 disputed the transaction and I messaged Shein that my Credit card company will be contacting them a my credit card company issued me a full refund. Will never do business with Shein and suggest others to buy online from sources other than Shein

Try to avoid this bogus company. They will steal your money under the false pretense. I have ordered 2 times within a short space of time and I am still waiting for my items. The first 0ne is Order Number GSON9S58U00MP6L on the 30th of October 2023. After making the payment, I was told that I had canceled the order. To my dismay, £103 for the items was taken from my account by Shein. The only item that was delivered was my wife's dress. If I canceled the order what happened to the money i have paid? Why did they deliver one item from the order that was canceled? Order number: GSON9S58U00MP6L Total Amount: GBP£101.61 Shipping Method: STANDARD SHIPPING Payment Method: checkout-card3ds Shipping address: 256 Springfield Road Glasgow, Glasgow United Kingdom G40 3HU Payment Date: 31 Oct 2023 The second order GSON9B58M00MY8F was generated immediately after I received an email that my first Order was shipped out. I only received 2 out of 8 items from this order. *No Purchase Made* Someone has created an account with Shein using my email address. My email is now being bombarded with order updates etc. What kind of company doesn't verify their customers email address? Enough said!
