“Been ordering from shein getting on a year now, good quality clothing for price, delivery use to be within 10 days, but at present 3 weeks. Just had 4 bags delivered today. Any issues had, always got refunded as long as you upload pics. No trouble contacting customer service at all. Golden rule, measure yourself, read product reviews. I am size 14 tops, but always check measurements and I range from L to XL depending on style and cut, bottoms size 12/14 if elasticated, normally size 14, again depending on cut and style can range from L to XL on bottoms, shoes measure length of foot, girth of foot, normally size 4, but ranged from 3.5 to 4.5 depending on style. Also buy menswear for hubby he has been well happy. And he is really fussy.”

“They managed to deliver my orders on the eve of CNY 2022 morning. Eventhough they did mention that there may be delay of 5-7 days. I'm impressed. This is the 2nd time I purchase from them. Will buy more in the future! Trusted brand!”

“I've made numerous purchases over the past year and I have to say that the price to quality is pretty nice. Of course the quality is not going to be as nice (you're paying a 1/4 to 1/2 of quality items) but they are still great. The sizes are always on each item and tend to be pretty accurate. I usually stick to dresses, pants, vests, shoes, and accessories. I haven't had the best luck with tops yet. I've also bought some party supplies for about 1/3 of what would cost to get off Amazon and they seem fine. As for shipping and customer service, I will say that since I have shopped there frequently, I receive my items within 2 weeks (3 around the holidays) and have had great luck with customer service. Shipping can be held up due to customs (it's shipping FROM CHINA) so you can't blame Shein too much. I have returned a few items which does take some time to get a refund unless you're doing store credit, which is usually what I do. Chats (since you're in different time zones) can take a few days but they are great to work with. I had a necklace come in broken and they replaced it for me. Quick tip: If an item is out of stock, wait like a week and it usually comes back in stock.”

“So I originally write a bad review about Shein in regards to a missing item but feel like I need to edit my last post. Shein did an excellent job correcting their mistake and quickly shipped my missing order! For those having difficulty I highly recommend the live chat via the Shein app from GooglePlay. Customer service was prompt and very easy to work with. Overall great experience. Thank you Shein!!❤”
