“I have ordered a lot of things from Shein over the last twelve months. Every item has been beautiful and the perfect size. Always delivered on time. i will keep on buying from them as I am very happy and the quality is very good. Never had one problem.”

“I order a dress, a belt and a necklace. I received all them today and I do like. The dress fit well, because I gain weight, so it is show my belly a bit. I have to loose weight to dress look better. So, I do order again in the furure. I didn't had any trouble.”

“Wow! If I had never shopped from Shein before, id believe all the neg stuff. Im almost scared to order again now. I ordered from them in Dec of 2019 for my Bahamas trip. All the clothes were not cheap quality. Couple items I didnt like the way it fit on my since I gained weigh Yes I was nervous about the refund process. However! I shipped it back and in less than 15 days they refunded me no questions A couple of items they did send multiples of, but Im not gonna complain about that, I jus gave it to my sister..lol. Yes I do agree with knething. My daughter ordered a short set and the pants looked a size smaller with no tag in it. So im guessing they pulled a fast one since they ran out of the size. Overall! Everything looked exactly like the pic”

“I LOVE SHEIN CLOTHES AND ACCESORIES, SHOES AND OTHER ITEMS I HAVE PURCAHSE. I ONLY HAD ONE REFUND AND A JACKET DID NOT COME WITH THE BELT, OTHERWISE VERY GOOD SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND TOO OTHERS TO PURCHASE FROM. IF YOU DO HAVE A PROBLEM YOU NEED TO CONTACT SHEIN FIRST THEN VISIT WHERE YOUR BILLING WENT TO FOR A REFUND.”

“I have ordered from here quite a few times and almost every time I am completely satisfied with my order. Sometimes the picture is deceiving so you have to check customer reviews and pictures. Overall, I really like this place though and the shipping takes about a week or week and a half”

“I have order from them several time, a couple pieces didn't fit, I didn't have any problems returning or getting my refund. The sizing, variously but the quilty is good. I will continue to order from them.”

“i was nervous about my order arriving on time after reading all of these reviews but my order actually came early! i ordered my package late on the 10th (at like 11 pm) and they arrived the 19th! everything came out exactly like the pictures and fits perfect based off of what i read in the reviews, i’m already starting my next order!”

“I actually thought I wasn’t getting my refunds from returns from a lot of orders of clothes that I ordered that just didn’t fit, until I realized I wasn’t reading my credit statement correctly. When I went back and looked at the credits there they all were. It’s actually unqualified clothing and I did get all refunds”

“I placed my order on the 18th I even changed my sizes before it was shipped, I recieved half my order today 7 days later... I repeat 7 days.. and OMG I absolutely can't not be any more impressed.. everthing I orded fits the way it should.. I am about to do another order..amazing amazing.. highly rate this company.”

“I've been shopping with shein for years, i never had a problem ! Only con is The sizes are off sometimes but there are always helpful reviews & pictures to help you decided which size is the best option . The shipping is pretty fast . I live in Illinois & it never took more than 2 or 2 1/2 weeks to get to me even during the pandemic. I would compare this brand to forever 21 .”

“SHEIN wasn’t bad but I was very hesitant When I seen bad reviews I wasn’t goin to order but I wanted to try it . I’m from NY It wasn’t bad at all it took 8 business days for it to deliver but it came from California I thought it would be from China .”
