Yodel have yet to provide me with a copy of the signature, probably because they never got one. \r\n\r\nNeither SHEIN nor Yodel have accepted responsibility for their mistake insisting the parcel was \u201csigned for and successfully delivered\u201d. Despite sending photos of my front door and photos of the wrong door taken by Yodel, they both maintain the parcel was successfully delivered. I have been buying from SHEIN for years, but I will not be buying from them again. It\u2019s just too risky and I am annoyed at their indifference to me as a longtime customer. \r\n\r\nI definitely do not recommend!"

Be warned \u2014 they push blame onto customers. No refund, no replacement \u2014 zero duty of care. Make sure you directly for complaint forms (like ACCC, Fair Trading) kick out the unethical business."
