If anyone is thinking of buying anything in leather from here think again, I have bought 2 3 seater sofas from here and they are both marked, had the technician out to look at them and he has said it’s natural scaring, so they will do nothing about it also only had them a week and the seats have started to stretch I know leather gives but not after a week. It is an absolute disgrace so please please think again before buying would not like anyone else to throw away good money

Abysmal after sales service. Couldn’t organise a p*ss up in a brewery. Feet were wrong colour and the arm was a different size on the chair, numerous phone calls, 10+ emails, corresponding on FB, 6 weeks later & still not sorted. Hopefully this week a technician will arrive and we will see if it finally resolved! I would not recommend Sofology to anyone despite them having some nice suites

They mislead clients in their delivery charges. They provide a date of delivery and when you call to delay for a day or two due to holidays they want to charge you £40 storage costs. So the delivery date they provide is non negotiable. Really poor service.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!! I bought 2 leather 2-seater sofas 15 months ago at a cost of £2000. I first complained about the quality of the foam within a month of receiving them & stated that the sofas you receive are nothing like the showroom models. They finally sent a technician out on Wednesday to examine them. Nice enough bloke but I soon realised we was working to a well rehearsed script. He took photographs outside & then internally. He told me that we had to keep changing seats when I pointed out lumps & sinking of the foam (we have actually swapped the sofas over). I told him this was a load of rubbish and that I have been buying sofas since well before he was born. I pointed to a leather chair I have bought ( not from Sofology) & asked him what you did about that. His reply was "Well, chairs are different to sofas ". Even at my age it seems you learn something different every day !!!. I also asked him to compare the foam & he said that the foam in the chair probably had less air in the foam. I could tell he just wanted to get away. He was so fast that he managed to leave about 30 metal staples scatterd over the carpet. He said that I would hear from them within 24-48 hours. Within half an hour I received e-mail :- Following your recent visit from our service technician, we have now received the technical report confirming that the issue with your furniture has been resolved. We hope this means you are now feeling at home on a sofa you love. (NO. WE HATE THEM) We will therefore consider this matter closed. It has been our pleasure to help and we hope to have met or exceeded your expectations. With regard to the chair, I was a bit unhappy with the foam in the seat but it was nothing like the Sofology fault. I e-mailed the company last Thursday & the upholsterer came yesterday & put new foam in. I have told sofology that I am not at all happy & that I am sending a file listing loads of comments like mine from this & other sites to BBC Watchdog & The Daily Mail. I don`t suppose that will bother them one little bit though as they already think that they are more powerful than the BBC. Anyway, as my wife says she cant`t live with the sofas any longer, we are having to buy new. I suppose Sofology would think that 15 months use for £2000 is great value for money. They lie, cheat & steal your hard earned money !!!!!!.

Very poor after sales service. Do not buy from here. They will direct you to a premium number that costs a fortune for any correspondence after purchase and still not resolve the issue.

We pas almost three thousand pounds fora corner unit it looked nothing like the one in the store it also kept moving apart so they had to a new set of brackets, A year on the padding is flat and the cushions look really old, We have been told move around more on the sofa Thats it unless I want to pay £150 for someone to come and look at it Really this is ridiculous

Terrible company. Bought 2 insignia sofas and seats sinking after a few months. Have gradually got worse. Someone came out to look at them and said normal wear and tear!! Now 3 yrs old and only fit for scrap!! Managed to put other people off buying from them as they are not at all interested. What a colossal waste of money. We both now have back ache permanently. Having to buy new, obviously not from Sofology

Our 2 x 2 seater sofas and storage footstool arrived today. We asked that our delivery was 8 weeks from order as we were completing renovating the room and that is exactly what we got. Our furniture has been delivered on time. It is beautiful. Just as well made and presented as the suite that sold it to us in the showroom and it is leather. Let me tell you that my furniture isn't uniform or perfect. It is unique. Leather is a natural material it should be unique. If you want a uniform piece of furniture then real leather isn't for you PVC or similar would provide the finish you are looking for. I've been all over this suite. Its absolutely beautiful, not perfect, and yes there is absolutely a difference. I can't promise to give it extra special care so I chose Alaska leather. It feels wonderful. There are a few pleats and marks but its a natural material. Get over it. Its unique. A natural material. If all the suites looked exacly the same they wouldn't be leather. Its not the exact same same size as the on line measurement, there's a cm or so difference. Well this suite was individually made for me. It hasn't come off a production line, and I love it all the more for having the proof of that. It is as promised supremely comfortable and most definitely a sofa I want to come come home to. Delivery was superb on a very warm day. They were so pleasant and helpful. Just got on with the job. I read all the negative reviews after buying my furniture. I was very concerned. I have bought leather before. All I would say is if you buy leather it will never look uniform or exactly like what you see in the showroom. If it does it isn't real leather. If furniture is slightly not the exact size it only goes to prove it was individually made for you and didn't come off a production line. Thank you Sofology. You have given me two sofas, both different in their own ways, and a footstool that I absolutely love! If you want something in leather, unique to you, go Sofology. If you want uniform, perfect production line go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. once you have the sofa in your home they accept no liability and say nothing is wrong with the sofa. You are then stuck with a non fit for purpose sofa. Actually sick of phoning to try and resolve. I have been trying to get the sofa removed from my house for months as I no longer want to deal with sofology. DO NOT BUY!!

On the 25th May, ordered a Lamp and a Rug at the Norwich Sofology Store. Was told should be two weeks.!! Today... 30th June, having spoken to 5 (Five), separate people at the store... NO Lamp or Rug and no idea when they will be delivered. A complete sham with poor feedback and No resolution... Next step is getting money back... Why do I think that will be a task.... Not a happy potential customer..

Was given the wrong measurements for the sofa which led to a non fit. These things happen - o.k - lets do a refund. Have been passed from pillar to post with each dept not willing to take ownership of the resolution. They have great customer service until something goes wrong. Abysmal.

Bought the marmont sofa and have had 5 months of issues, starting with the wrong legs being fitted and parts missing. after 5 months of stress a lady told me yesterday that they won't replace the sofa because there are known issues with the marmont sofa. she told me it had to be collected within 7 days in order for me to get a refund. This is by far the most appalling service I have ever received. Just to let people know that they are still selling this sofa on their website despite there being known issues. I wish there was an option for no stars on this review. I agree with other buyers, these are definitely of a different standard to the ones in the showroom.

despite sofology trying to rush me to leave a review on another well known review site i hve waited till i've lived with the sofa 6 months. it is without doubt one of the worst pieces of rubbish I've had the misfortune to own, poorly made of what I suspect is sub standard materials, wearing badly and withut doubt the most uncomfortable sofa I've had the misfortune to sit on. nothing like the showroom model which begs the question do they make high quality showroom models that are nothing like the retail versions which is something I suspect. waste of time complaining to sofology. DO NOT BUY A SOFA FROM THESE.

Sofa I bought only fit for a skip, £3000 for a corner sofa which at 12 weeks old is in a shocking condition. As I was unwell at time of delivery I am now out with their 30 day warranty period for complaining about a sofa which has a hole in leather of corner section, also a height difference of love an inch from rest of sofa, their resolution is to put new leather on corner which will result in a 2 tone sofa as fo height difference the remedy for thàt is to build it up with blocks or spacers !!!! If I wanted a lego set I would have gone to argos and saved myself a fortune. Backcushions witch hae gone flat and seat cushions are soft and uncomfortable it was not advertised as a soft sit sofa describe6as firm and supportive. Please do not buy a sofa from this company as the sofa are overpriced C**P.

We had a bad experience with DFS got a full refund and went looking for a replacement suite ,so we went to Sofology,little did we know it was owned by DFS ,the leather suite we bought was over £2000 and 6 months old and the same again sub standard furniture from China seats sinking its a recliner so the cushions are fixed and you get told to plump up the cushions ?? how do you plump up cushions that are fixed then they cancelled my complaint 1 hour and 45 minutes after we phoned them without even coming out to see the couches .We are absolutely disgusted how can these companies sell this rubbish furniture in our country and charge a premium price for substandard furniture, please take not and do not buy from Sofology or DFS.I can't give them no stars if I could I would avoid ,avoid ,avoid ,or you will be sorry, we are, at least DFS came out to see the fault , Sofology fobbed me off without even coming out to see the fault,beyond belief.

I purchased a Chiltern 4 seater sofa and chair 12 months ago. I have just had to have the armchair repaired as the arm rest was broken. I was surprised to find out that the frame was covered in cardboard. Poor quality. If this happened after 12 months how long before it happens to the rest.

Never buy from this company. They will deliver a sofa that doesn't match what you bought in store and then when you complain about it they do nothing because they have already taken your money so don't care

Ordered a sofa from clearance sale ,payed that day two weeks later arrived with three men.When inside house pointed to them all the bottom ripped and no chrome legs.They tried ti fit plastic legs from van which would not fitand wanted to leave sofa with me with no legs and ripped underside and would send a repair engineer out,i refused then told it would be back in afew days. Now two weeks phoned to find out what is happening, to told legs on order and can not deliver until two weeks.I had payed for delivery and now what my money back ,at this time still fighting.Now contacting card company.

I bought a sofa from them, which had a problem with a mark on leather they changed the panel it the seams weren’t lined up to my liking, but it wasn’t a problem they exchanged my sofa which I have had over8 yrs now, it’s still going strong , but I’m looking for a new one and will be going back to them for definite.
