Sofa I bought only fit for a skip, £3000 for a corner sofa which at 12 weeks old is in a shocking condition. As I was unwell at time of delivery I am now out with their 30 day warranty period for complaining about a sofa which has a hole in leather of corner section, also a height difference of love an inch from rest of sofa, their resolution is to put new leather on corner which will result in a 2 tone sofa as fo height difference the remedy for thàt is to build it up with blocks or spacers !!!! If I wanted a lego set I would have gone to argos and saved myself a fortune. Backcushions witch hae gone flat and seat cushions are soft and uncomfortable it was not advertised as a soft sit sofa describe6as firm and supportive. Please do not buy a sofa from this company as the sofa are overpriced C**P.

We had a bad experience with DFS got a full refund and went looking for a replacement suite ,so we went to Sofology,little did we know it was owned by DFS ,the leather suite we bought was over £2000 and 6 months old and the same again sub standard furniture from China seats sinking its a recliner so the cushions are fixed and you get told to plump up the cushions ?? how do you plump up cushions that are fixed then they cancelled my complaint 1 hour and 45 minutes after we phoned them without even coming out to see the couches .We are absolutely disgusted how can these companies sell this rubbish furniture in our country and charge a premium price for substandard furniture, please take not and do not buy from Sofology or DFS.I can't give them no stars if I could I would avoid ,avoid ,avoid ,or you will be sorry, we are, at least DFS came out to see the fault , Sofology fobbed me off without even coming out to see the fault,beyond belief.

I purchased a Chiltern 4 seater sofa and chair 12 months ago. I have just had to have the armchair repaired as the arm rest was broken. I was surprised to find out that the frame was covered in cardboard. Poor quality. If this happened after 12 months how long before it happens to the rest.

Never buy from this company. They will deliver a sofa that doesn't match what you bought in store and then when you complain about it they do nothing because they have already taken your money so don't care

Ordered a sofa from clearance sale ,payed that day two weeks later arrived with three men.When inside house pointed to them all the bottom ripped and no chrome legs.They tried ti fit plastic legs from van which would not fitand wanted to leave sofa with me with no legs and ripped underside and would send a repair engineer out,i refused then told it would be back in afew days. Now two weeks phoned to find out what is happening, to told legs on order and can not deliver until two weeks.I had payed for delivery and now what my money back ,at this time still fighting.Now contacting card company.

I bought a sofa from them, which had a problem with a mark on leather they changed the panel it the seams weren’t lined up to my liking, but it wasn’t a problem they exchanged my sofa which I have had over8 yrs now, it’s still going strong , but I’m looking for a new one and will be going back to them for definite.

First time I have purchased from sofology and would not do it again or recommend that anyone else does, the suit I picked looked amazing and the within 14 months you could feel the wood blocks in the arm rests, the cushions had sunk and most of the feathers had gone and a staple stuck through on the foot stool, When they came out to repair I couldn't believe what was underneath a very expensive sofa and what they repaired it with (cardboard) £2500 grand for cardboard, they didnt even offer a courtesy clean or anything, as i say first time iv bought from there and would not fo it again, cheap and nasty materials and no quality,

BY FAR THE WORST!! i always thought sofology was the best place to get a sofa.. i was so wrong... firstly it came after 12 weeks, was really faded in the places it would of been faded like head and seat.. i rang them about 20 times as they kept blaming everyone els, it was like my £1700 sofa was an ex-display or something,, they reassured me is wasn't, then the out come was sun damage (1 day into delivery) my lounge dont evan have sun light.. so they stated we have put the sofa outside (in march) England hasn't got nice weather in march... then actually looking at the sofa there about about 10-15 threads that was hanging out.. the people who came out just cut them of with scissors... im sure this will make it worse? our poofy we got was missing 1 little rubber thing to stop scratching and stuff on the floor.... i didn't notice this until 1 week down the line i have a huge scratch on my floor thats 2 weeks old!! im totally fuming by then.. the damages department offed me £50 pounds for this damaged... and that was it.. i cant not say enough do not go with sofology!!! there was sooooo many other issues but im bored of writing now. just everyone stay away .... terrible communication bad sofa.... avoid!

BUYER BEWARE Sofology is by far the worst furniture company i have had the misfortune to deal with. Delivery late without the courtesy of communication On delivery the product was damaged and taken away by delivery people No communication regarding product for 6 days until i contacted them. After numerous minutes on numerous telephone call the issue is still not resolved with Sofology offering to deliver the product damaged while they wait for a leg. I am still not convinced that when eventually delivered that the legs are correctly set and I believe the product is not fit for purpose. Will have an independent to check!

Appalling. I agree with all the other bad reviews on here. DO NOT BUY FROM SOFOLOGY! I bought my recliner two seater two years ago. It has only just gone out of warranty. The seat is stuck in the recline position and cannot be fixed as they "no longer liase with the suppliers , and therefore cannot source the parts required to fix it". I am therefore paying £2,000 just to sit on a regular seat. I still have two years left to pay on direct debit. I am disgusted. The customer service team gave me the impression that they couldn't care less. I even had to chase them up myself as they didn't have the courtesy to reply to my email expressing my concerns. Two years use out of an expensive sofa is not value for money. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID!!!

Sofa was damaged by the delivery drivers when entering my home. Sofology sent the wrong material and had to wait over 10 weeks for the correct material to arrive. A shoddy and messy repair was completed, the material is rippley and not what I expect when paying £1300 for a sofa. Sofology see no issue with the repair and are refusing to correct the issue. AVOID AT ALL COST.

We received our sofa in October 2018 and after 3 month the metal hinges from the back / neck rest were poking through the leather. Our 3 seater recliner is the most uncomfortable sofa we ever had! Sofology sent an engineer to review our case. He was very encouraging after sitting down on the sofa he said that the sofa should be advertised as a large 2 seater. He offered to patch up the hinges, but advised that this will go lumpy after a short while. The engineer handed in his report, but to our surprise it said there is nothing wrong with the sofa. We were told that this is the way the sofa is manufactured / Case closed! After 2 weeks of email exchange our case was finally escalated to the "Priority Support team " Here is the email we received on the 25th May Your reference for this complaint is : xxxxx Your request has now been referred to our Priority Support team. Your personal direct dial number for this team is : 03444 81 80 32 This means that your support has been prioritised. I wasn't given any documentation or shown the sofashield terms, conditions and limitations prior to buying. My advice. Dont buy it. Its worthless.

Items delivered were not to the standard we were promised . Tech arrived and examined sofa, yet to receive any feedback . Have chased on a number of occasions either via email, no response and telephone can never get through despite being told I am number 1 in a queue. Poor customer service so far .

Recliner stopped working within 2 months. To book an appointment to fix, you want account holder to call. We bought in a family, my husband, account holder cannot make phone calls at work most of the day. How to arrange someone to fix. Rubbish service.
