Terrible quality. After a battle I was not going to lose, I finally got a 'goodwill exchange' from Sofology, for the two sofas I purchased from them that literally fell apart one bit after another in the 18 months we had them. The replacements (which I paid 30% more for in the hope they were better quality), have been reasonable (still have some gripes but hey) until today when one of the seats has decided to collapse. No doubt another faceless communication will follow my email to them requesting an urgent repair, where they will not have the parts when they arrived, or, cant repair it as its 'structural' and require me to have another 3 days off unpaid to get it sorted........ My advice - go elsewhere, and pay a premium for quality, not this shoddy Chinese made rubbish.

Terrible customer service, a complaint that could have been rectified over a phone call took over a month and an engineer visit. Would not but anything from this company again.

Shocking. Purchased a rehome me sofa with declared faults which happy with. On delivery, Sofa not installed properly and identified lots more faults which weren’t disclosed. Reported faults same day. Technician came 3 weeks later, literally ripped sofa apart and could see how cheap the wood and fabric is! Technician said manufacturer fault. Yes sofology agreed refund or credit note but had me over a barrel unless i paid double price for another sofa! Rude customer service, nightmare to get through to and they just don't care. Reluctantly agreed a pathetic resolution as we were At stalemate 7 weeks later and to just cut all ties with this ‘company’, so NO i would never ever buy from them again or recommend them. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Would actually give them ZERO stars!! Purchased a 2 and 3 seater sofa off them 20 months ago and they are appalling quality and poorly designed (a furniture technician sent out by them said this)! He said the best thing for them to do would be to replace both sofa's but they have emailed us to say they have ordered parts for the 1 sofa and not the other even though it has exactly the same problems and the wait for the parts is 10-14 weeks. I then rang them to ask why they are only going to repair the 1 sofa and just got fobbed of with 'we're really sorry you're not happy with your furniture'. The operator said this to every question I asked her and wouldn't discuss replacing them or refunding us. They are the most expensive sofa's I have ever purchased but once Sofology have your money they couldn't care less and their Customer Service is shocking. I'm left with 2 rubbish sofa's that are an embarrassment and are only worth throwing away. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wow guys, thank you all so much for taking time to write reviews on Sofology. I’ve literally just read the first ten or so, and there isn’t a single good review! It’s all hassle, poor quality, bad service and rubbish sofas! I’m so glad I’ve read about your experiences before parting with my money. I need to finally change my 30yr old Multiyork sofa but I will make sure I drive straight past Sofology! Sorry to hear you’ve all had such a terrible time of it 🙁. Sofology need to get their act together!

Customer service is beyond appalling. The store are always helpful but it doesn’t count when you have a problem and have to deal with customer service. They won’t admit their mistakes or when they have lied - you hit a stone wall with customer services and they refuse to help. Stay away from this company because if you have a problem, there is a closed shop at customer service and nowhere higher to go to complain about them. I will never buy from them again.

Purchased from sofology in November 2018 the staff in the show room were very helpful and polite. We received our new suite in April 2019 with 25 years guarantee on the frame and 2 years on the filling/seats. In October 2019 I made a call to sofology as I was not pleased as the seating had started to sag and gather, they ordered for a technician 😂to come out in a few weeks. The 'technician😂 turned up and the outcome of his visit was it's because you are sitting in it too much ( REMEMBER 6 MONTHS OLD) was told to keep moving seats ( remember you set your TV in certain places for good viewing) as he said sofology will not do anything as he found it not to be a manufacturing fault and would report back as this. Sofology gave me a call a few days later and said they would send out a new inner as a gesture of goodwill but this is where it ends. Their 'technician 😂 is due out to fit this inner '15 jan 2020 let's hope this lasts longer than 6 MONTHS. . What ever you do DO NOT fill in your feedback till you have had your suite/sofa for a few months. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SOFOLOGY TO ANYONE. All they are interested in is taking lots of money for something that looks old in 6 months, because as we was told (DON'T SIT IN IT) HOW MANY OF YOU REARRANGE YOUR ROOM TO SIT ON YOUR SUITE 🤔 THINK BEFORE YOU BUY! By the way no kids or pets and out at work!!! So you can tell how robust their products are 🤔

Sagging of leather cussion on both chairs after 15 minutes of use, complained waited for tech chap, who said leather does that? Not after 15 minutes of use it shouldn't Ok so he packed it out with foam, that is when I saw the very poor wood they use to make these chairs & sofa plywood and cheap soft wood, staples & nails. Stick to your guns take these people to a small claims court, you will soon see a change of heart in how they treat you. Also pay by credit card only that way you can get your card involved if you have issues which you will. Best advice is avoid at all costs in the first place.

Bought a new sofa before Christmas... the sales guy in the shop was DETERMINED that we buy the extra insurance and scotch guarding treatments etc... refused to have any of these - and just paid for the sofa. It arrived on time and without hassle. That was until I sat on it. It absolutely stank of noxious chemicals. To the point whereby I physically couldn't sit in the same room as it. The smell hasn't gone away - its still extremely strong. Called up to arrange to return it - and now told they can take it back will will cost me 30% of the purchase price as a re-stocking charge. Utter disgrace. Won't be using them again. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I parted with my money.

I paid almost £3000 for a leather suite from these horrible people but when it was delivered it looked nothing like the display model, the leather on the arms of chair didnt match the rest totally different texture ,the back of the chair moved about an inch ,later found the mounting bolts were cross threaded, i went through the complaints procedure but they just fob you off every time ,my advice is to steer clear of these chinese tat sellers

Just as the reviews directly below - Online advertising stated pre-Christmas delivery, called up and ordered over the phone and the words were that they guarantee to have it there before Christmas. 2 weeks ago, given a slot to be delivered on the 19th, on the 18th I was given a 4 hour slot between 10:45 and 14:45. At 4 it wasn’t delivered, called up and phone went dead, called up again and informed they spoke to the driver but couldn’t hear very well. Didn’t turn up... Called in 8:30 20th to find out what was happening and like below I was told it went to the wrong depot and was never with the courier.... Told it was going to be 23rd but didn’t receive a 4 hour slot, called up numerous times today (23rd) and reassured me every time it was going to be there 100%, the drivers number was input as zero so they can’t get hold of them, the system that generates the 4 hour slot is down, apparently they were informed to tell all customers it would 100% be delivered by 8pm and it’s rare to be delivered outside these hours. Nevertheless, I would get a call an hour before they arrive. 8pm now and no phone call, no email like I was always promised and I wonder if the zero phone number is code for its aint happening’ the system for eta’s sound like boloney too as no driver is trusted these days to be given their jobs for the day and not be tracked. One customer service asked if I had spoken to a Scottish girl, but what difference was that going to make when they can’t make internal calls - only external to drivers and supervisors mobiles. What are they going to do as the £80 delivery fee they already offered doesn’t seem to be anywhere near the level of compensation I think I’m owed baring in mind my wife has had 3 days off and I’ve had 2 half days. Not even a call back, just sounds like they are given a load of stock replies. I can’t believe a company of this size can sell sofas until 10pm, their delivery drivers are delivering until 8pm, customer service closes at 6:30 but the delivery team close at 5:30 - come on, post sale is important you know - or you not bothered about repeat customers (3rd purchaser). I would want deliveries to run like clock work, access the tracking system etc. Come on Sofology, we want some answers!!! I’m sure all of us with an issue here are only reporting due to the lack of communication and the fact we will be without a sofa for Christmas!!! Answers please....????

Fell for the oldest trick In the book 'delivery before Christmas' after they were due to be delivered last Thursday they then cancelled our slot and only informed us at 3pm in the afternoon on that day. Told us they had been delivered to the wrong depo, most likely lies. Due to be delivered again today and this time 'can't get hold of driver'. Appalling customer service wish they would just be honest and stop making us take days off work to hang around for sofas which are not coming! Do not buy from Sofology.

Guaranteed Christmas delivery...what a joke!! Waited in all day for an expected delivery 12-4...nothing! Contacted customer services....was told that they do delivery till 8pm, so waited patiently all day till 8:15pm...nothing! No phone call, no email, nothing! Called customer services....closed!!!! Rang first thing Sunday 22nd December...’we can book you in for a delivery Friday 27th December’....so much for guaranteed Christmas delivery! Waste of space! Will not use Sofology ever again!

Avoid Sofology at all costs, poor quality furniture using cheap materials that look really good in the showroom. The seat cushions on our 18month old suite have softened meaning it is now very uncomfortable, we bought a suite with firm cushions due to back issues. Sofology are not interested, natural with usage according to them, was sent a cheesy video showing how to 'plump' them up again, not possible with this suite, £3.5K not well spent. Chair arm has already been repaired, engineer showed me inside made from cheap wood and hardboard. Recline mechanism has now gone faulty too, been advised parts will be 10 - 14 weeks for delivery. Local firm can repair much quicker.

Where do I start..we bought our sofa from sofology, was delivered beginning of oct 2019. Middle of Nov noticed zip was burst on seat cover. We contacted sofology and they ordered another seat cover. Had to wait around 4 weeks for this. New seat covered arrived and as soon as i opened it, i could tell this zip was burst too. Was not happy to say the least. Contacted sofology but they are not willing to get this fixed and have said it would take 10 - 14 weeks for another seat cover. I promptly refused. They have offered us a credit note so we have decided to order the same sofa again. We really like the sofa. You won't believe it but the top back cushions zip has burst also. Im so shocked with the quality of there sofas. I will be asking for a full refund and cancelling my order.

So, it looks like we fell for the oldest trick in the book “delivery before Christmas” I do wish they’d be honest and stop F#£&ing people over, you shameful disgraceful scum bags. Well done you arse wipes keep chipping away at decent honest people and like Corbyn you’ll fade away as joke. Well let’s hope the standard of the sofa will be the same it was in the shop. WHEN it eventually arrives, Wait out, wait out.
