I placed an order for the first time over 2 months ago. I then received a letter in the mail 3 weeks later telling me I needed to pay the balance upfront before they dispatched my order which I called and paid over the phone. The payment was processed and then the company cancelled my order. I found this out when again calling 3 weeks later to see where my order was. The woman I spoke to then said she’s not sure what happened, it was a mistake and she would refer it to accounts for a refund. I have now called an additional 2 times in the past 2 weeks to only be told that it’s been referred to accounts to be refunded and they can’t tell me anymore, insistence that the careline team does not have a way to transfer me to accounts and in fact they do not have a phone number for them or any way to contact them! I still do not have my refund. I would beware of this company as it seems to be a scam or amazingly incompetent, I’m not sure which!

My account was hacked by someone and the company does not care at all. Full details below: So I made two orders last week for some Christmas stuff (table cloth, etc) as it was a good value. Everything seems ok until yesterday. My advise is STAY AWAY from this company as I had my account hacked yesterday and someone made three purchases (two apple headphones and a perfume) totalling £397.94 on 11/11/2017, 23:01 in my name on my account. I have only set up my account last week and did not tell anyone - so I find highly suspicious how someone got into the password protected account. Anyway, I right away phoned the costomer service on 12/11/2017 - 8am to report this and told them to cancel the orders and block the account. They would not send me any confirmation email that they done it...further, promised to call me as a matter of urgency but no one phoned yet. I have now reported this to the Fraud Agency. So guys, this company is not worth the trouble. Go shop elsewhere where your data is better protected and where they actually care about their costomers. I am giving this company 0 starts out of 5.

I am disappointed in the service I received having been a studio customer and I have placed orders that I have received, the first time I had size issues but still had hope that on my next order they would deliver so I placed an order over a month ago and was told my order was processed, I followed up on my order 2 weeks go and was told that my order was in progress of getting delivered after not receiving anything I gave them a call to find out where my order was only then to be told there was a technical issue and that my order was not processed but my personal account however was charged, no one had got in touch with me and I had to chase them several times, this was my first call and was told my order will be processed soon, after not receiving my order again I placed a second call and was told that my order could not be seen, after spending what seemed to be an eternity on the phone with a customer service assistant who could not understand me, she then placed the order again which was a process of me giving 9 order numbers as she said she couldn’t see my order on their system and to my not so surprise she sent it to the wrong delivery address I was then told that they are unable to ammend the address even though I had told the CSA that I wanted a different delivery address, also to add on to my disappointment meant they had charged my personal account again and I was charged and left with only £50 in my personal account limit from a £600 one, the call was then escalated to their complaints department and the disappointment continued, I was informed that there is nothing he can do about the delivery address and that the company was experiencing technical difficulties so therefore they would not be able to advise a suitable time when all things will be resolved, to add insult to injury he offered me £30 on my account however I am going on holiday in a few weeks and still no delivery and I have been double charged on my account. To anyone that’s going to order with Studio I would say be very careful, the prices are good but the customer service is poor and to be honest after today I’m not sure is worth the hustle, even after an hour on the phone I have no resolve

Unlawful account opened in my name, goods valued at over £200 sent that I hadn't ordered and total refusal to get in touch despite many phone calls and e-mails from my side. Sent back at my own expense, what a complete nightmare company to deal with!!!

Took a day off work for a delivery only to receive a telephone call from the driver explaining one of the wardrobes that I had ordered was badly damaged. I then telephoned Studio and was told they would re-order and would get their complaints department to call me back. This did not happen so phoned again the next day. I was then informed the new order had been put through incorrectly and that they would put a hold on my account until it had been sorted out. Appalling customer service I will never shop with them again.

Very poor customer service, many lies regarding the status of collection of faulty goods and overall a truly horrendous transaction and experience
