Tried to set up an account. Waited 6 days and then got a message saying that my application had been unsuccessful. I phoned them and was told it was Experian I needed to speak to as it was related to my credit. I just checked my Experian account online and my credit score is 999 - the best credit score you can have. So the suitcase that I was ordering for my son will now never arrive and I'm now going to have a really upset 4 year old boy as this suitcase isn't available to order anywhere else. He has been so excited about this suitcase, asking every day when it will arrive. I suspect that Studio only wish to exploit people with low credit scores who are likely to miss payments. This way they can get interest out of them. Shocking company who should be ashamed of themselves

About a month ago I have registered with Studio looking to buy a birthday gift for my toddler son. I received a message that Studio is assessing my application and they will get back to me soon. When I hadn't heard from them for a week, I called them only to be told that I should wait another week for the application to be processed, and the only way for me to cancel my order is to receive it and send it back. This has set a pattern for my conversation with Studio's customer service. I've asked several times to cancel both, my application and the order and I always receive the same response. They all seem to be reading a script. Nobody is able to explain the delay in my registration or suggest how I can cancel the order. The Studio can't decide if they want me as a member, yet I'm already held responsible for an order which cannot be processed. My son's birthday have come and gone. My phone calls to the Studio meet with the same response. I'm resigned to the fact that years from now I will receive the unwanted order for which I will be then forced to pay. This is a warning to others to stay away from Studio.

I received a letter from Studio.co.uk welcoming me to their services. The only problem is I have never heard of them nor requested any communication. I sent back all correspondence asking for an explanation as to why they sent me same. Predictably I have not received a reply despite making 2 phone calls at my expense to the Phillipines complaint about their appalling service Do not use this charlatan company at any costs

reported fraudulent activity on my account on the 5th, orders continued to be processed, sent out AND delivered!!! NO Contact from 'Investigations Team' and informed today (18th) that due to a backlog they haven't even started yet! NO fraud prevention/detection seems to exist spending habits/title change/TWO different delivery addresses(1/2way across the country) raised NO red flags And I am NOT alone there seem to be quite a few like me with the same problem recently

My 90 year old mother sent a cheque which was cleared immediately. Only part of the order arrived. They said the rest was out of stock. Studio have not refunded the remaining money and are now refusing to answer my emails saying that it will only communicate with my mother - who I've already explained is very elderly. I wonder how many other people have lost money to this unscrupulous company.

Once again another call to studio. This time telling me that my fridge has been delivered on the 27th. IT WASN'T DELIVERED TO ME!!!!!!! the person on the other end just rambled on if I wanted to reorder and if I did I would have to pay the full balance even though I've already paid money towards the original fridge. I'm starting to think this is a scam company!!!!!!!! So unhelpful they couldn't even tell me where it was delivered or who signed for it. O and on top of that I still owe them the remaining balance for something I HAVEN'T RECEIVED!!!!!!! Absolute disgrace of a "company" if you can even call it a company!!!!!!

Unsolicited goods received, then multiple attempts to invoice me, Used complaints line, no response now passing this issue to the FCA, they appear to be acting in a fraudulent manner through a call centre in the Philippines. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.......!!!!!

Ordered an undercounter fridge around the 20th of December. I was promised over the phone and on the posted invoice that it would be delivered before Christmas. It is now the 4th of January and I have still not received it. After a couple of long conversations they said it's not in there hands any more, it's in the couriers hands so if it's lost I will have to take it up with them. In other words it's like they're saying it's not our problem so deal with it.

I purchased items in the middle of November and did not realise I would have to open an account. I attempted to cancel the order (which had not been despatched) but was advised I would have to wait until I received the order then return it and I would be given a full refund and the account would be closed. Studio have failed to collect the items on three separate occaions and everytime I contact them they tell me the same story e.g. keep the items and we will refund your account immediately this has been ongoing since beginning of December and as yet I am still awaiting a refund, however, they have managed to close my account. I have now furnished Trading Standards with my complaint and will also be contacting the Financial Conduct Authority to make them aware of my complaint with Studio. I will have no hesitation in persuing a claim through the small claims court if necessary. I would STRONGLY recommend AVOIDING this company at all cost,

Placed a Christmas order in October and never received parcel.studio say I signed for it.?.then invoice turned up for parcel never received .A chip fryer was added that I never ordered. Had a letter from investigation team to provide my signature .Numerous phone calls and email to studio have never received a reply. Another invoice has just turned up demanding payment for 2 more parcels I never ordered been on phone for ages I've got no where.Been a loyal customer for over 20 years.im utterly disgusted how I'm being treated.

They lost my payment of £29.93 which I had paid early at barclays bank. They sent me a bill for the above amount plus fines. I was on the phone for 25 mins and they still could not find it, they said and I quote; "you better still have the receipt". I did have the receipt and after keeping me on the verge of a nervous breakdown for 2 weeks they found my payment. There was no apology, nothing whatsoever. I have now closed account and WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THIS EVER AGAIN. They seem like a bunch of clowns.

More to the point, what went right. All I can say is keep well away from them. I have spent 6hrs in total on the phone trying to sort out my problems and still haven’t resolved anything. They are the worst company I have ever used.

Ordered some Christmas bits and pieces. Had to set up an on-line credit account which I didn't really want but went with it anyway. One week later there had been no communication at all from Studio so I logged into my account. My application was still being processed so I called them to cancel the order as it was going to arrive too late. Advised that because my details were still being processed, I was unable to cancel the order or my account. I've just got to wait for them to get round to opening my account and then sending me goods they know I don't want....but according to them its no problem because I can just send the goods back. Never mind the hassle of returning them and the fact that I've paid for a delivery I don't want. I have never experienced customer service like it and will avoid them in future.

horrible approach to business - unhelpful and rigid attitudes, non responsive to messages and calls-not respectful of data protection requirements - no way to cancel or abort a transaction prior to delivery (which takes many days if not weeks) this contravenes distance selling regulations also. I'd avoid like the plague. in my view sharp practice bordering on illegal

Worse company I have ever ordered from. Can never speak to anybody who works there unless it's through Twitter. Poor customer service and extortionate prices. Am still trying to resolve delivery problem one month after order. There's so many other fantastic websites to use for a fraction of the cost and much better service. AVOID

I recently placed first order with Studio - received one item but not the other due to delivery issues, delivery company then returned item to Studio. Six weeks later the value for returned item is still showing on my balance, even though I have contacted them several times to query this, and being assured that the issue will be resolved, nothing is done about it. I have been told that the reason it has taken so long to take value of returned item off of my balance is due to the upgrading of their computer system, which to me is a weak excuse. No other company I have ever dealt with takes 6 weeks to take cost of an item which has been returned to them off of a customer's balance. They don't seem in any way interested in resolving matter, are quite happy to continue charging someone for something which they didn't purchase, and they don't seem especially keen to provide a service which supports the customer or fosters any sort of trust in them whatsoever. I will never be shopping with them again due to this issue, it has been the worst experience I have had with online shopping and also the most abysmal customer 'care' I have ever experienced. A one star rating is too high, but unfortunately you can't give zero.

I placed an order for the first time over 2 months ago. I then received a letter in the mail 3 weeks later telling me I needed to pay the balance upfront before they dispatched my order which I called and paid over the phone. The payment was processed and then the company cancelled my order. I found this out when again calling 3 weeks later to see where my order was. The woman I spoke to then said she’s not sure what happened, it was a mistake and she would refer it to accounts for a refund. I have now called an additional 2 times in the past 2 weeks to only be told that it’s been referred to accounts to be refunded and they can’t tell me anymore, insistence that the careline team does not have a way to transfer me to accounts and in fact they do not have a phone number for them or any way to contact them! I still do not have my refund. I would beware of this company as it seems to be a scam or amazingly incompetent, I’m not sure which!

My account was hacked by someone and the company does not care at all. Full details below: So I made two orders last week for some Christmas stuff (table cloth, etc) as it was a good value. Everything seems ok until yesterday. My advise is STAY AWAY from this company as I had my account hacked yesterday and someone made three purchases (two apple headphones and a perfume) totalling £397.94 on 11/11/2017, 23:01 in my name on my account. I have only set up my account last week and did not tell anyone - so I find highly suspicious how someone got into the password protected account. Anyway, I right away phoned the costomer service on 12/11/2017 - 8am to report this and told them to cancel the orders and block the account. They would not send me any confirmation email that they done it...further, promised to call me as a matter of urgency but no one phoned yet. I have now reported this to the Fraud Agency. So guys, this company is not worth the trouble. Go shop elsewhere where your data is better protected and where they actually care about their costomers. I am giving this company 0 starts out of 5.
