Item didn't arrive. Delivery company told me that they received the item 'smashed to pieces' so it was undeliverable. Requested a refund which was accepted by the call centre. Refund never happened. Months have passed and still no refund. £50 out of pocket. Also, most of the reviews on Trustpilot are written by Studio employees. Completely fake !

Get the bank to raise a dispute if you’re not getting a refund. They did the same to me, but when the bank get involved you miraculously get your refund because they don’t want the hassle of dealing with the bank. The crooks will still deduct postage £4.99 from the refund even though you already paid for postage when you ordered, but at least you get most of it back. Then don’t ever use them again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, if your lucky enough to get your product then you better hope its not damaged or missing parts. This company does not do customer service, 10 weeks, dozens of phone calls, hundreds of emails and I'm still at the point of them telling me someone will contact me within 7 working days, they never do. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is terrible. Been trying to get a refund from beginning of December, opened a case, someone rings you back and closes the case just because they have spoken to you. Still not refund, they dont reply to your email. I cannot leave a review about the product, do not use this company

brutal never buy anything from these sharks .you wont get your money back when you return an item .they will just keep saying the same rubbish wait more time .hang up when you call them don't answer there email .legal action is the only way you can do .truly shocking scumbags they are never again

Terrible place to shop, had items in my basket and wouldn't let me check out. I rang to see what the problem was and because I hadn't ordered in over a year they deleted my account and won't let me register a new account.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Ordered a projector for Xmas which came after 2 weeks. Quality was poor and unusable. Returned the item via the studio website, within my 30 day policy, this was on the 12th December 2021. Called every week after to find out where my refund was as the Hermes tracking advised to speak to Studio for updates, to be told that I had nothing to worry about it was ok in hand! Called last week 5th January 2022 to raise a complaint and find out today 10th a January 2022 that they haven’t receive the return and I have to claim from Hermes! All options on my account to even create a return have been removed off my account and I’m advised as I made a return myself I’m liable!! The return was done via the Studio website which they say was me doing it on my own back. Stay well clear now having to contact credit card company for fraud

Awful company ordered a toy kitchen for christmas and never got it. Phoned up twice and was told twice it was canceled but still no refund. 2 months later got an email to say its shipped and to arrange a return they are trying to charge for the courier.

Placed order for 3 LED Christmas stars on 6th December which included £4.99 for delivery….still not arrived and still not had a refund and today is 8th Jan 2022. Terrible service and not happy at all . Would not recommend

Items paid for beginning of November 2021. 4 January 2022 rang because I have never received the items or a refund. After several calls and them saying they have refunded the money I spoke to my bank. No record of refund after speaking to the bank. Called Studio again and they cut the call off. Absolute disgraceful customer service. I will never use this company again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Just on the clothes and footwear sizes differ soooo much and reviews well eg: really warm tight fitting leggings . I got paper thin like silk and if they did strech they would be see through .. Why do I bother.. its the same with the work out leggings . No more clothes that's for sure kids nightie is the limits

I ordered an iPad on 27/12/21 that shown in stock, 4 days later no dispatch email or anything so I contacted them to ask when will it be dispatched to be told it’s currently out of stock and there was a glitch when I ordered it. I told them to cancel it immediately as Currys had some in stock and they said they will try and cancel it but can’t guarantee. If it hasn’t been dispatched and it’s out of stock why can’t they cancel and refund me? They will make me wait a while now and then dispatch it and I’ll have the trouble of returning it back to them at my expensive and it will take a long time to get my money back. Such a stupid company. I will never order from here again and would advise anyone else not to either. They like to mess their customers around.

Totally agree with other peoples experience. Ordered 2 boys personalised tracksuits in October on the 7/12 said no stick so had to cancel.. so I preferred 2 alternative tracksuits. 7 days later all 4 turned up, I’m trying to get a refund for the 2 tracksuits studio emailed to say we’re cancelled, I don’t need 4 tracksuits and only ordered alternatives through studios mistake. Customer service useless… was the delivery a house? Sorry you only received 2 coats? Lol no one knows what they are doing… they are reading off a screen or a customer service book and cannot deal with issues outside of the content. Absolutely useless. This was my first time and last… I have also wrote a blog regarding my experience to warn others off purchasing!!!

Bad customer service as none of them seem to know how to actually solve anything, seem like they follow a list of 'set' questions. Had some returns waiting for collection outside my house for about 7weeks now and each time they contact me and assure me they will be collected by a certain date and they are never collected. Meanwhile i am probably paying for the items as well as interest. Now waiting for a call from a 'manager' Also waiting for a call from Resolution centre that was arranged for about 5 weeks ago Other than this i have had little issue with them in the past, probably covid!!!

Brought a digihome 32in smart tv .just out of warranty it tottaly died .the tv was hardly used .ive emailed studio several times was told in so many words tough its out of guarantee a complaint has been made not heard anything.di not buy this brand of tv total rubbish surely a tv should last more than 13 months

Shocking customer service paid for item then told via email the items weren't in stock then they sent other items which were the wrong size and wrote on the invoice out of stock for other other terms all in all I received none of my items at all all other than the incorrect ones I gave them the benefit of the doubt and try to order again recently and the same incidents happened again therefore never using this company again
