Talked to young man in shop, extremely helpful, got the product I wanted (Flapwheel sander set) & he accepted payment at the till for me. Have to say Screwfix round the corner refused to help unless it was Click/Collect, so massive credit and future custom to Toolstation. Much better service at Toolstation. Thank you.”

“Visited tool station london Road Derby on three occasions within the past week and hands up to Amy, absolute star when it comes to knowledge of products and exceptional customer service, this employee (Amy) certainly does go above and beyond with customer satisfaction and has certainly won my custom over from a large DIY store just down the road, both service, product knowledge and pricing is just beyond superior, since shopping with Tool Station i have already saved myself £44.19 on products from further down the road, not having to wait for deliveries and having everything I need in stock makes for a great experience at Derby, London road, Tool Station.
