Their customer service is a joke. I purchased a game from steam, It wasn't loading. steam directed me to Ubisoft as it was their game and they should be able to handle any issues with it. The main issue was, I bought it on steam, and it was demanding a product key for ubisoft. So I made the help ticket and explained the situation. No less than SIX different customer service agents commented on it at various points throughout the day, all asking for screen shots. screen shot of your account name, screen shot of the receipt, screen shot of this folder. which all was fine, i understood. until the 3rd person asked for screen shots already provided, person number 4 repeating the question from the first response asking for more screen shots of the same things i've already given screen shots for. in the end it was literally SIX people asking for nothing but screen shots, until they said they couldn't help me and would "escalate" the ticket. at that point i just requested a refund from steam, I got it, then I sent Ubisoft the screen shot of that. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service.

Ubisoft, the doctrine in game development that you follow right now will lead to bankrupcy. Gamers would like to have working games that are fun to play. I know I know, you have to make your billions of profit, and thats why you make the games annoying so people put money into it. Your reputation is gone since 10 years ago, and if you not choose to change yourself you will go under and that rightly so.

Ubisoft is the worst company to ever exist, they lack understanding of their customers and don’t give the public what they want, seige is the worst game I have ever played I have no clue why they decided to BUFF shields and make it to where you can’t mele back to prevent yourself from getting absolutely touched. Bring back 1.5x and listen to customer reviews more often to make your games better. I also wish that you decide to fix your xim and Cronus problems instead of mousetrapping controller player like myself,BECUASE ITS SO GOD DAMN DELEYED AND I CANT MAKE MICRO ADJUSTMENTS. If Ubisoft actually wanted people to spend money on their game they would pay attention to more customers for real time reviews. Still play siege tho.

Everything, Ubisoft connect is the worse thing that was ever made. Games won’t open up and there’s always something new everyday that won’t work. It’s crazy how bad this is

I’m playing rainbow 6 siege and I keep getting payment penalty’s for 2 days even though all the games I play I play fully and I only team kill when playing with friends, is there any way to either change the abandon penalty and make it less sensitive or rather make the game be more understanding when I’m getting off for the day
