Brilliant from start to finish I think it’s better if you buy from a trusted or professional seller. Only then can you return your item !! I bought 2 Chanel bags so beautiful matched discription I want to sell one of them so not to sure how that works

Ordered twice at Vestiaire, and both times really disappointed, also with the support. First time I bought an item it was a long dress. however to my surprise I discovered upon delivery, that the item was completely see-through. That was not visible in the pictures (it was black, so flat photography did not show it), nor was it in the description. When I contacted help-desk that such a crucial characteristic should have been in the description and that I want to return it as the description was incomplete. There response was that "they are sorry to hear that I am not happy" but that they do not take it back as quality check team says "the item matches the description". Very standard response as the whole issue was that the description was not complete in my view. The solution they provided was that I can put it back on sale for a discount fee. Disappointing. And now I am negotiating already for 2 days on a dress that I bought. Indicated online as a EU size38, but when receiving it, it turned out to be a EU size 42 (also clearly in the label). Flagged it within 24hours and now already spend a few emails to get this solved; it is clearly a non-complaint item, as description did not match actual item, which should have been discovered by quality control. It was even put online by concierge service, meaning that they put the description themselves... the solution they suggested: I can put it back on sale for a lower fee. So they say online that they protect against non-complaince of items, but in reality they do not. Receiving an item with a different size than you bought, is not seen as non-complaint. Really disappointed twice.

Their warehouse lost my mink fur coat that I sold through their website and shipped to them on the same day. Despite the tracking showing it was accepted at their warehouse, their customer service kept saying it couldn’t be located and not to worry as it will found and scanned soon. have called multiple times and asked customer services to act on it ASAP as I was worried I will loose my expert seller badge, and each time yet another arrogant representative assured my that my seller status will not be affected!!!!!!!!! This is a ridiculous, ignorant and unacceptable level of customer service!!! My coat was shipped on the day of sale, and received the next day, 28th February!!!! I called EVERY day since then, spoke to various customer services representatives, chased it, asked for help, sounded my concern that I will loose my expert seller badge if it’s not scanned by warehouse on time etc. I was assured that I need to wait more and that my seller status WILL NOT be affected. After 20 phone calls, 1 week later and daily chasing, all the stress and cost of calls to me, : 1. Item is missing 2. Payment still not received 3. Customer services still being ignorant and arrogant about it saying not to worry 4. No specific reply with payment confirmation 5. I lost my expert seller badge which I was ASSURED I wasn’t going to loose This is the worst, most careless and most arrogant customer services I have ever received, with no care for customer and with absolute NO desire to help and resolve anything!!!!! This email will be forwarded to Head Office in Paris.

I’m sorry Vestiaire. Too much for me already. Once you have lost chanel watches for 12 000. It was delivered to you, but dissapeared. 2!!!months I wrote you, and I heard “we are trying to find” every day. Till I wrote here to truspilot. Next day after 2 months I have received money. Now I have sold Chanel jacket for 1500€ on 6th of february. AND AGAIN! I DIDNT RECEVIE MONEY!!! I have an answer all the time : We apologize, soon you will receive mail. MAIL?! I need my money for sold item month ago! Each time I need figth for my money. If you dont send me proof of payment TODAY I will make an oficcial letter to special authority with my layer. Please be careful when sending in a sold item, even though you include everything, and if they (Vestiare Collective) misplace or lose part of the shipment, basically you are called a liar and that you never included it, so remember to photograph your shipment box including everything you are sending. If you have sold 20+ items already (so I know what to do etc etc) and a potential buyer asks you the day before what is included in the sale, you are not going to forget to include a dustbag. And due to this the sale is void, even though I did include a dust bag, and whoever opened the box didn't see it or misplaced it, extremely poor customer service, so be very very careful.

Item 5655198. They told me I'd sold my coat from "ready to ship " which means it's in their warehouse. And that id be paid within a few days.However due to a fault in the system, they kept asking me to send it to them.Called them 29 times but sale was cancelled.Anyway coat was resold and I still havnt been paid.Yes,still being asked to send it , but they still have it themselves.Latest email told me that my expert status has been taken away,reduced to no status because I didn't send it.Cest la vie !

Horrible experience it was my first time buying I purchased a bag which almost seems too good to be to be true then four days later I received a message saying sorry they were late in sending the bag the next day they sent a message saying they couldn’t find the bag I’m still waiting for a refund this site basically takes your money for products it does not have his hands and you have to wait to see whether they send it or not and then wait for your refund it’s extremely inconvenient and unfair and then to compensate me they offered me a $15 coupon if I spent 150 more dollars are you kidding me I would spend two cents at this place after my experience

Pésima seguridad... Vendí unos pendientes de YSL vintage el 6 de diciembre, mandé los pendientes el 10 diciembre pues era festivos los días anteriores, llegaron a Vestíare el 18 de diciembre y el 22 de diciembre dicen qué anulan la venta pues no han llegado!!!! Se firmó la recepción el 18!! No sabían dónde estaban, luego qué estaban rotos los dos pendientess(qué estaban embalados en plástico de burbujas, más papel y dentro de una caja).... El caso es qué he mandado todos los comprobantes cómo 4 veces a personas distintas y un mes después sigo sin pendientes y sin pago de los mismos.... Las respuestas son robóticas o monosílabos y siento gran impotencia con la situación! Denuncien esta práctica, igual juntos conseguiremos algo..... 😡

A seller sold a different item then was listed. An hour after the order was placed I reached out to customer service to cancel and order a different item but they ignored me for four days. So did the seller. Once I finally talked to someone they said that there was nothing they could do, and that no one was to be held accountable for a seller selling me the wrong item. Now I have essentially been bullied into buying an item I do not and never wanted. Do not buy from this site, they do not have the customer’s best interest in mind.

I ordered a bag that came with 2 straps and it arrived with only 1. The bag was listed as being in excellent condition and arrived looking like someone had taken a butter knife to the front of the bag. I ordered a bag in the medium size and when it arrived it was quite clearly the small size.They should really have easier access the customer service and make their website easier to navigate to help resources.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE EVER!! PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS FROM THIS COMPANY HUNDREDS OF HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY I HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF THEM!! It's been going on a month and they still won't refund my money due to seller not sending item. All they offer is drone responses and emails. And according to all the other reviews I read this company needs to be reported to the better business bureau and be shut down!

I used to buy from vestiare collective until I faced my first problem. I bought a bag but the delivery company could not give me the parcel as the address was incorrect because a missprint of Vestiaire Collective and they returned it to Vestiare Collective. After 3 months still fighting with them to get my money back, basically 600€, quite a lot. Terrible Customer Service and no solution at this point. No bag and no money, I feel cheated. I wont recommend it to anyone. Save your money. Buy cheap, you pay dear

Try cancelling an order a few minutes after you make it. Not possible. I spent 45 minutes waiting for support. Support basically said "sorry, can't help". Emails are 72 hour response. Phone calls will be disconnected with a message that reads "we can't help". Their claim - you ordered from an individual seller. "you have to contact that seller." How? "You have to leave comments on the web page for the item you purchased. Maybe they will see it and maybe they will cancel the order." In simple terms, do not expect any customer support or help from them. Avoid this web site and look other places. They are information down only and do not invite or want customer feedback. If it takes writing on reviews.io to get feedback, than something is fundamentally wrong with this website.

I ordered an incredibly well-crafted BOGNER ski jacket from France---it's beautiful and instead of paying $2,300 retail, I got for $450. Incredibly, it arrived via DHL from France to Boston in 3 days---seriously. Thumbs Up, except for their customer service--- it's a complete joke.

Terrible non existent customer service. Bought a scarf for £381 & the seller went off grid. No scarf, no money back , no help from Vestiaire . I made numerous phone calls , they tell me to contact seller on comments!! Dreadful customer service . I bought scarf on 24th October, paid immediately, they took money immediately and after that nothing

BUYERS BEWARE - what a horrible experience with this company. They have the worst customer service. I haven't experienced anything this bad from a company. They are quick to take your money for a purchase and for my particular item it was listed as 'EXPRESS' to be shipped within 2 business days. It has been 12 business days and not one reply to an email - their customer service consultants all say the same thing, "your matter has been escalated" and nothing happens. It is appalling. The first and last time I will ever buy from this website. I am still waiting on an answer as to where my item is!

I Love everything about this company. I always receive a swift helpful response to sent emails. The 'Make an offer button' Is fab and i find the pricing fare. If you take into consideration that the site is used Worldwide and items are sent to France for inspection and verification, Then sent to the buyer, the delivery time is good. As I choose item with care, and trust Vestiaire, I'v never had to return an item. Love them!

I would not recommend this to anyone - the fees are exorbitant, the customer service terrible (I used to work in customer service for 5+ years, and I wouldn't know anyone who wrote such rude emails) and chances are you won't receive your garment for weeks. They will only cancel and refund your order if the seller doesn't send it for an entire month! They post discount codes to entice customers, but the codes don't work and then they refuse to honour them.

We bought a bag from Vestiaire for our client as we are a personal shopping small company, we source items for clients. before buying the bag we communicated with the seller through the comment section, the seller was responding immediately as soon we made the purchase he stopped writing back and he did not send the bag, we are under pressure from our client to get the bag as she is gifting it. we contacted Vestiare to ask to send the bag or inform us if the bag is not for sale anymore. All what Vestiare were doing is to tel us there is no refund or cancellation before 30 days from the purchse date. It does not make sense, the seller did not send the bag so he did not receive the money, neither any fees spent, so why Vestiaire keep the money for 30 days. We asked to call the seller, they said no we cannot as we can only email him, what is the point is emailing if he did not respond to the first email saying his bag was sold? horrible service, not recommended unless it is your last option. My advise
