I have never seen such a bad support chat! The company states that you have a 7/24 available support. Don't even think about having a message within the 48h of wait. I have been sent two message in the row to ask me to wait these 48h. I have received a item that was not the one listed in terms of colour, and felt like scammed as this was not the one I was expected to get. It can be real or whatever, that is not the issue here. The issue that it was not the one that was on the photos and not in the same colour as mentioned in the item listing description. Therefore I decided to return the item. VC received the item, and decided to flag it as conformed, and re-listed on my account. So now, I am responsible of item, on which is attached the same original wrong listing photo and description. Crazy enough, VC sent me a email suggested me to lowering the price as it seems that the item listed on my account is overpriced. Since this forced re-listing, I tried to contact the support chat to understand how and why it has been flagged conformed while I sent the item back for a particular reason with photos to support my reason. I was able to talk with one of them and the only thing that they told me to reply to my question is, it is conformed, and then decided to stop replying. INSANE ! Since then, no reply to my messages. I can't imagine people paying for really expensive items and having to deal with such poor customer support. You have only a chat support. NO phone number. Maybe an email that gives you the message about waiting 48h, honey never receive a reply back.

Friendly helpful replies by VC staff. Good authentic designer items in excellent condition at good prices. However wish didn’t have to pay import tax fees or high fees for buyer and seller.

Sold a new with tags dress from Selfridges. Bought for over 1k sold for £350. The buyer sent it to Vestiaire for authentication. I offered to provide a receipt and even explained that I work In fashion so I can contact the brand to get anything they need to help. They cancelled the sale because it’s not genuine? Sorry but who is authenticating these items?! I wouldn’t trust anything on the website if they can’t even tell a genuine item from a fake

Please bypass this site as far as selling and making money. They may or may not pay you until they are ready. My item was delivered on May 3rd. Today is May13th and I have not received payment yet. Think hard before you sell on this site. It’s almost impossible to reach the customer service team. I removed all of the items that I had for sale bacause when I make money I need it as soon as possible and don’t want to wait forever. Stay away from this site.

I NEVER ever write reviews but I am so furious. Terrible customer service and I do not advise anyone to sell through them. I have sold an item for $150+ and never received my payment. I am being ignored by customer service for over a week, tried contacting them and they just ended the chat for no reason. Trust me Poshmark, and Mercari are the best for selling. Never sell on there. Terrible, I wish I can put a 0-star review.

the authentication has really it’s purpose, though the item is genuine they will let you know that the item has difference in description of the seller e.g. (defect or damaged) which not mentioned or not showed to photo before purchasing the item. upon checking they are concern to the buyer if they still want to continue the order or will refund the money.

I’ve recently discovered Vestiaire Collective and love it. I’ve bought four things so far and I’m really pleased with all of them. They all arrived quickly and the buying process is so easy (almost too easy!!). Shipping costs are very reasonable too. I’m worried I’m becoming addicted ;o)

Received an item that has two issues: sizing and condition. The seller said was Italian 42, but turned out to be a French 42. When I wanted to return it, VC said that this is not a good enough reason? Should the onus be on the buyer to do the legwork for finding out a brand’s sizing standard or should the sellers be trusted to put the correct size? In addition to this, the seller stated that there were only marks inside, however when it arrived, the label had a marker line across it, as well as stains all over the front (including hard to remove make up stains). Again, VC says they will not let me return the item even if it’s not according to the seller’s description. Honestly, BUYERS BEWARE. Vestiaire Collective will probably just reply with a canned response because their customer service is a joke.

I had 2 bad experiences in 1 week.I am An italian private seller.I sold 11 items in the past with Vestiaire but the last 2 their behavoir was disgusting.I sold an Eisabetta Franchi puffer with al lapin collard,i send it to them and they cancelled my sale with the excuse that is mildly different amd a little worn .In my description it was also the fact that the collard is natural fur.They send me 2 photos from my description that don t show any defect,they claimed .They send it to me without repost it like their policy said.i received the coat without dustbag,they send it in a box without no water protection or my dustbag that i send it to them too.My coat i check it amd there is was no sign mark or anything else.Exactly like in my description.They don t give me a reason but i wrote with the buyer who accept the coat anyway and she told me that Vestiaire could not send a lapin fur in the uk.My question is?Why they made me lose time if they had a buyer from uk?and why they don t relist my item?the second sale it was an Elisabetta Franchi dress,was arrived at the buyer 3 days ago,Vestiaire doesn t send me the money,they don t respond at may emails or chat and they cancelled the dress from their site amd also from my sold items.My dreas disappeard,i have the proof where i send it also the mails from Vestiaire with the proof that my dress was sold with them but they took my money too,and my dustbag.and no response,chat unavailable and no money.They are non proffessional anymore like years ago._Fortunately i didn t sold my Louis Vuitton bag that i had also on my account for sale and i cancelled fhe sell because i don t trust them anymore.If they took my 100 euro from The dress and a coat dustbag i don t immagine if i sell my LV bag eith Vestiaire Collective 🥲🥲Don t sell with them there is a huge risk to lose your items and your money .i will make an online police compliament because i want my money and my dustbag back

Worst! Item I received does not match the description, it interrupted my travel plan and I don't have time to return it for what they called reexamination. Even their agent admitted the photos I provide didn't match the description, however I have to waste my time for their fault. Worst customer service, provided with wrong information.

Omg I sold 2 bags on here and I never received payment they have now deactivated my account to shut me up . One bag was Chanel the other Gucci. Why is this backstreet so called company still out there ?? How comes after so many complaints They still active ?? To hell with them

The VC Customer Service team is so unresponsive!! Not recommended at all. There is no reply from the seller and also no reply from the VC team when it comes to asking a question. Really disappointed!

So the seller who is using my picture without my permission is still using my picture, despite all the reassuring messages from Vestiaire that it is not allowed, according to their comment here, the measures they have been taking is "emailing the seller" how wonderful, because this is the 2nd time the seller is using the pictures and the seller will continue to use my pictures because obviously nothing is going to happen! Why on earth do I take pictures of my items when it is obviously a free for all and Vestiaire claims they do something about it but don't? Seller Vestimenta has repeatedly used one of my pictures, several sales, never taken down!
