Went into your store in Preston this morning, only wanted some dog dental chews for a pound, was told to wait in a long queue, only one lady serving, and one at the self service till, where you can only pay my card, doing nothing, ask her if she could take the pound , said no, ridiculous all them tills on a Saturday morning and no one on them, I wasn't going to wait in a long queue, just for one item, had to get to work, what's the point in having staff stood there doing nothing and getting paid and expecting customers with card to serve themselves, they are not self service tills, use to shop in your store alot, but not any more.

Ordered some adblue on a next day delivery and paid £8 for delivery. The items never turned up. Trying to get a refund is an absolute joke. The courier company wilkos booked have lost the parcel and now i have to wait for them to find it and then return it to wilkos before i can get a refund. It could take weeks.

DONT order online. Customer Service is a misnomer. Wasted days waiting in for deliveries or returns all down to a lack of customer service/discretion right at the beginning of my order. Hours wasted on the phone as well. Whilst the staff are polite they give the impression that whilst speaking nicely they are not interested in treating the customer as an individual and you can tell they are just ticking boxes. Why do you have to repeat yourself each time (security accepted). They should have notes and read them not expect you to repeat all the time. Whoever teaches the staff need major training themselves. Sorry to see a lot experienced like me but I have to admit I was in a way pleased to see I was not alone. Clearly all the negative reviews have made little difference. Dismal - no wonder we are in the mess we are as a country if this is illustrative of our workforce.

The Shrewsbury store is getting a joke! Never any stock and using COVID as an excuse. Well I can get what I need from other stores the same size easily, so sorry you can't keep using that excuse. Shrewsbury moved from a large two level site to a small corner of a shopping centre. It went down hill from there with a vastly reduced range and vastly reduced stock level. They are supposed to be moving to bigger premises, but I seriously doubt it. I can see wilko closing all of its stores and going online. Fitting in with UN Agendas and the Great Reset. Upside, staff are always nice, friendly and cheerful. Feel very sorry for them. To sum it up, a once thriving and always busy large store, has been destroyed over an ever decreasing period of time by clearly inadequate top management and customer loyalty has been lost and will never return. My days of even bothering to look in wilko for products has now come to an end. My time is too precious to waste. Do check out your local Home Bargains, whom are clearly switched on and extending their range with Wilko type items, including DIY, paint, etc. Now that's a retailer with brains!

Do not touch with a barge pole. Incapable of safely packing anything for delivery, items have rolled around, split and crushed packaging, and spilt allover other items, my house and driveway. Quite a few items just aren't even there! £123 order of household/gardening goods, if which barely any are salvageable and they are refusing a refund. Have got PayPal onto the case! Don't trust Wilko home delivery!!!!!

Shocking customer service by Paul the store manager in the penge south London branch. Refused to exchange a faulty item even though it ws a wilko branded product. I had no receipt but showed bank statement. He refused to accept it and wouldn't check his back office system for the receipt saying he didn't have access. He told me I had to call head office. Which I did, only to be told that he does have access and he should have sorted it out instore. Not only did he lie he walked away when I questioned him about my rights as a consumer.

Service in the Worksop branch is disgusting. The manager is rude, arrogant and has no customer service skills. If you want till service the staff make you wait and insist that only one till is open even they are hanging about watching 12 people in a queue. Everyone in the queue was complaining and said that Wilkos had gone downhill and the general feeling was that it wasn't a store they would be using in future. The manager is poor representative of Wilkos and me and several others wont be shopping there again. She raised her voice and treated customers like dirt.

Staff in customer services are extremely rude. They threaten you, shout at you, and extremely sarcastic. They are defensive and argumentative if you tell them you are going to leave a review about the poor experience you receive. They also refuse to refund you until they receive items back from the courier despite you raising a complaint about abuse from staff. Won't ever shop at a wilko ever again and will be letting people know of my experience this morning.

Dangerous exploding glass saucepan lid. Bought a Wilko saucepan yesterday, when I used it for cooking the glass lid exploded with force and shattered glass shards all over my kitchen. Took it back to shop and stressed that the product needed to be recalled urgently because there must be a serious fault, but duty manager told me that more than one needed to be returned before they could recall it. Are they waiting for someone to get injured first? Atrocious and dangerous attitude to a serious safety concern!

I'd never shop in wilko again absolutely disgusting behaviour from customer service they do not tell the truth and pass the book to the next person your not allowed to complain to a manager and JEROME who is the CEO will not have anything to do with customers at any cost so I'm led to believe by customer service

Staff at Watford store really unhelpful and couldn’t care less about customer service. Do not know their products and try to fob you off with incorrect information even the manager. Will not bother using this store again as they are not interested in customer care at all .

Shopping for many years in wilko.But trying taking tv wall bracket back, because does not fit the TV,so no good to me not.I was ture full saying wall plugs were missing.Would been happy with credit note but no.So lost all confidence in the shop wilkos.so be warned, honest is not all the best policy .

The shelves seem so empty - not just since the pandemic. Prior to that I noticed that whenever I went in to their stores (I use 3) they never had all of the products I wanted and they have got worse! After my last visit to a store yesterday, I won’t be bothering anymore, I’ll go elsewhere or go online. Shame.

Ordered several items on line and stated delivery would be by the 14th January, but still not received my items. Tried tracking but no information. Sent complaint to customer service but no reply. I feel let down by this company

I bought a set of grey net curtains and washed them per instructions on the label and put them up. If you like everything in the room covered in a grey dust on a hourly basis these are for you. I clean and within 10 minutes there is a fine covering of dust settling on my furniture. If you asthma or any breathing difficulties avoid these nets. They only stop producing dust if you keep them away from a window

Christmas Lights Order for Xmas 2021 Order placed on 5 Nov 2021 but still not delivered over two months later. Numerous communications with Wilko but still unresolved. Wilko are very slow to respond and they are detached. They look to blame other 3rd parties even though my order is with them. Very disappointing. Wilko seem to be struggling and customer service seems non-existent.

Would give it a no stars if possible . Shoddy service and left me without a present when I relied on them for it. No customer care support after . If you can order from.somewhere else I would recommend it . DO NOT TRUST WILKO TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS .

Left me without a Christmas tree, delivered a completely wrong item, took ages to get back to me and I mean almost a month. The incorrect item is still sat in my house, they are not resolving the issue and the first thing the Wilkinsons representative asked was what item was delivered instead, rather than being apologetic for the string of errors caused and wanting to resolve my problem, they have not even taken any action apart from ask me a question after weeks of waiting for them. Shocking and awful, I will not shop here again and I recommend nobody else does.

Customer service is non existent! I ordered a 7ft Christmas tree which arrived and looks nothing like the picture.. I have called to have it collected and after an hour wait with no answer decided to e-mail. E-mailed on 11th December and given a reference, chased after no reply on the 22nd but still no reply. One more e-mail to let them know they have 7 days to reply then will initiate a charge back on my credit card! Sort it out Wilko.. I'm not the only one!!
