“I've bought shoes from Wish which were fine, a good price and the correct size, but clothes no way. Clothing sizes are always way different to Australian sizes. Order up a few sizes. As for quality in clothing, it's cheap. You only get what you pay for. Jewellery is never sterling silver either, be careful there. Postage is high too from many sellers.”

“So I ordered some face masks for £5 each which are supposed to come in May. We'll see. Then had a payment of £170 taken out and then re-credited in Wish currency. Discussing with bank as we speak. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!! OR DO SO AT YOUR PERIL!”

“Not able to contact sellers-intransparent system and restricted shipping options and long waiting times. The products from China are just made out of cheap material - they made me drive to some parcel shop far away from my town without me choosing to do so during the order.”

“I was at a friend's house and saw their nice led security lights. I complimented him on the nice lights and he said he bought it at Wish.com. He said only buy there (at half the normal price or lower), - IF you prepared to wait about 3 months for delivery. If not you can buy it at normal price from Amazon or Ebay and get it in 3 - 7 days. Obviously now with corona virus it will take even longer as China just came out of lockdown. (China was trying to survive the virus and not operating but Amazon was making a quick buck by employing double the amount of staff in USA and delivering like mad while the virus is spreading there - may God save America). Lots of love from South Africa”

“Wish.com are scam. They offer cheap prices or free stuff but they sell only 5% what is advertised on their website. The scam works by luring people into buying ridiculously cheap, non-existent stuff. The order gets cancelled and they buyer forgets about it. Few month later they make a fraudulent charges against the card or Paypal for non-existent orders, or sometimes they sell card details to Nigerian or Indian scammers. The scam happens 9-11 months after the original purchase so no one remembers the original transaction or what Wish.com is. Increasingly they started asking for personal ID documents such as a copy of driving license or passport to sell it to other scammers. Before you decide to give them any of your personal details phone your bank security line or give a call to ActionFruad and enquire about Wish.com I bought some cheap stuff from them, almost a year later I started getting charges on my credit card from Wish.com. When confronted them, they were saying the purchases were legit. I went to my bank and reported them to ActionFraud. They emailed me back saying that they found a mistake on their side and I was charged by they automatic system by mistake. They promissed to refund but asked me to withdraw my complaint from my bank as supposedly the bank was blocking the refund they were trying to issue. The emails were really bad something, see a sample below: "friend we work hard so you be happy, it is our automatic secratary computer who made mistake and we fix it. we return your money please stop complain to bank and police". I have never received any refund from them and my bank send me a new debit card but it wasted a lot of my time. BE AWARE!”

“Shipping time is very long, 3 to 4 months even b4 the covid-19 transport restrictions. I live in the Philippines. I dont know if delivery is better in other countries. Now with the covid-19 pandemic restrictions many of my orders are already in 3 months level of delivery. Some of my orders are no longer needed because the project where it is needed have been completed using items bought elsewhere. Some items I am receiving I have already forgotten that I ordered so I made a list of I bought 2 months ago just to track if all items I ordered & paid for will still arrive. My suggestion to Wish is to provide shipping options to buyers who are willing to pay extra for a faster package delivery. This different shipping speed option is already being offered by other international on-line shopping platform like Amazon. I hope Wish can catch-up on this aspect because Wish offers items at low price but for now I have stopped buying from Wish mainly because of toooo long shipping time, I will wait for all my orders to arrive first. Some I have already lost interest in. I hope they all arrive before Christmas of 2020 (lol), some I ordered as early as Jan 2020 and some cancelled by Wish when effect of pandemic spread wildly ....”

“my experience was horrible. if i could give 0 stars i would. i bought 5 sets of stick on wallpaper. i paid for it, and waited. i only received one. i contacted them to request the other 4 and they said to wait a few more weeks because they will come. they never came. i contacted them again, and they said since it has passed my return time, i cannot get my money back. very unhappy & will be reporting. a scam.”

“Ordered 15 items from wish and 3 days later canceled all my items. They made me upload my driver's license for security. I'm sure they will use it illegally. I now need to cancel my bank card, I do not trust this scamming company. 19 days till I get my refunds, I'll have to watch bank daily for charges. CRIMINALS!”

“BE AWARE! There is a scam going on with wish.com. Someone hacked into my account. My password didn't work, so I requested to reset it. I got an email in French. Red flag number one. But I changed my password. Once I placed my order, I noticed that my wish cash was missing and I got a pop up that asked me for a copy of my bank statement. Also another person's address was added to my account from Algeria.See the attachments. I deleted my account but now I'm out of the money because I've paid for items not received.”
