Ordered a T-Shirt for my son's birthday. Original shipping estimate was 4-6 weeks. They changed estimate twice--last estimate was 3-4 months! No updates, no warnings. Go to their website and they have a bot customer service and no human staffed to handle situations. Never again.

I keep getting notified that I ordered something when I didn't even order it , luckily they notified me of the (fake) purchase before shipping , but this has happened twice . I don't know how to stop it ..

This is a bait and switch scam who… This is a bait and switch scam who won't return your money. I ordered 4 items with very low shipping costs. They delivered nothing and instead of refunding my money, they put it into the magical currency called Wish Cash. Wish Cash can only be used with Wish.com. Now the shipping prices have gone up by a factor of 10-20 times the original offered shipping. I'm not kidding. I have sent no less than 10 emails (you can't call them...wait, you can call their customer support line at 800-266-0172, but the first thing you hear is that they don't offer customer support by phone and direct you back to the website) and they say they will not refund my money because it must now be used as their magical currency, Wish Cash. They placed my money in Wish cash instead of refunding to my card. I would never have asked that they put MY MONEY in their bank. What a crooked company. Stay away at all costs. The Better Business Bureau has refused to accredit Wish.com. The BBB has given Wish.com its lowest rating possible...an F! That should tell you all you need to know. Also, when you see positive reviews, they are likely sent by Wish.com employees or bots. Read them. Syntax, sentence structure are way off, and their praise offers generic sentiments and discount codes. Read the negative reviews to get the full story. trump says they are Fake reviews. So you know it's true.

I ordered some training bands to exercise at home - while the covid-19 is happening - I've just discovered they're coming from China! And will take at least 5 weeks. You couldn't make it up. I've tried to contact them but they only have bots and no real people. Never use Wish.com

I joined wish and they gave me a free gift. I thought no way is this going to come, however within 2 weeks I received my free gift (a shaving gown). So I thought I betters write a reviewswish.com because they delivered on what they said. I will use them again in the future.

My account was hacked and they are very slow to respond . Someone went into my account and bought items to ship to Romania 🇷🇴. If wish would’ve responded much sooner they could’ve reversed the shipping before it was even shipped out . You can’t even contact anyone by phone . Then the lady by email asked me if I was sure I did not make the purchase by accident . I don’t know anyone in Romania. The lady said she see two other purchases to Romania yes from the scam artist . Horribly customer service

Product is defective. Refund/return process is pending. Delivery is very slow. Prices, as suspected, are too low to be true. Buy local! You will be better served.

I ordered 3 pins that were advertised as being made by Far Fetched. When I got them they did not look like the picture so I ordered the exact same pin by Far Fetched from Amazon. It is beautiful. The pins from wish have rough edges, pitted metal and crappy pin on the back.WISH refunded me for 1 pin only! No refund on shipping which was most of my cost.So I got $1.77 refund of the $15.17 I paid for FAKE pins.

Hardly ever had a problem. I've gotten a lot of great deals on items for my home - kitchen glass containers, bedside organizers, earrings for my wife. The delivery times are long (3-4 weeks) but sometimes the items come early. If the quality is not up to the mark (which happened in very few cases), I was given a refund by the cs team. Would recommend to anyone looking to find good deals.

Honestly my experience with wish is actually pretty good! I've ordered fairy lights, and 2 phone cases; they've both arrived and in reasonable time. The quality of the phone cases were OK but considering the price, its worth it and the fairy lights were very good I still use them. I believe that they'll ship anything again or provide a refund if you don't receive your items and some people say you would get a refund for a return even if you don't return the item. Overall, I think this is a wonderful site as long as you buy simpler items.

TERRIBLE. Spent money on 4 products, 3 of which never arrived. Don’t waste your money on this garbage website. Products look appealing and are advertised pretty cheap, however, it’s all cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for with this website, if you get it at all.

There should be a 0 star rating specifically for this site. This is the absolute worst site I have even considered spending money on and I do not recommend anyone uses or even glances at this website. The prices are a scam and the shipping was more than my actual purchase. Took money instantly, PROMISED a refund in their customer service section and after my item “shipped” and I wanted to cancel, there was no option to, at all. What a completely idiotic site to even create. I would never go on this site ever again. Based out of China and Asia altogether. Not trustable at all. Please refrain from this horrible online site. I’d rather pay more and ACTUALLY GET MY PURCHASES.

very bad platform - don't buy from them - they will show you promotions but once your order - money is gone from your account then after 24 hours they will say, sorry we don't have that product then you have to wait 14 days to get back your money. stay away from the.

Placed an order with Wish this morning. The delivery date is May 30. There is no option on the site to cancel the order. I think this site is a scam. I'm going to report them to my state attorney general.

Scammers!!! Don’t waste your money and time! Ordered over 200$ items I never received. Promised full refund but still 153$ short. Refunded me only 5-10$ every time over a 3 months period then refused altogether to refund balance. They said their window for refunds is now closed. How can they now refuse to refund the full amount they have already promised just because they stalled it for over 3 months ? Even my credit card American Express said they cannot do anything because it’s been three months since date of purchase. Be warned !!!

Ordered an item, they shipped the wrong size. To be clear, their error, not mine. Because I was traveling when the parcel arrived, I only was able to open it after the normal 30 day return period. Because Wish.com made the error, requested that they support an exchange, We would even pay the return shipping. Nope. Too bad for you our mistake. Customer service hard to reach. The chat is a BOT. Email replies are templated. Phone number hard to find, and often unreachable. Nice products, but customer service is terrible. Heading to social media to warn others.

Was trying to get one of the limited quantity items so i put 26 bucks in wish cash and started trying. 1000 attempts late i got zero. Less than zero actually because after trying that much my money started disappearing from my wish wallet. Some of the refunds weren't working (each attempt was 2 dollars). The support team wasnt helpful and didnt even read emails i sent back (asking questions answered before or not getting that i dont know which of the 13 transactions messed up but i know one did) This is complete seperate from the attempts to scam that are prevalent on the site. Ordering things usually sold in pairs? (socks, gloves). make sure it is for 2. Changed the color or size or plug after clicking something? make sure the price didnt double. Check the listed size of everything since there is no requirement for accurate pictures Shirts are all fake pictures which, in reality, dont even come close to the material or detail or vibrancy depicted. You shipping date will change, it wont be close to accurate. 2 month delivery? come back tomorrow and it now says 3 with zero mention of the switch. If getting silicone molds, avoid pink ones the material it too low quality to retain its shape correctly/has wobbly jagged lines The good? if its nothing too complex their chatbot is actually useful. if your order was delayed and it asks you to wait another week or two click the more assistance choice. It wont connect you to someone else, it'll just give you your money back. Same when it notices you give a 1 star review. Pics and a description of the problem are required but you'll also get a refund via the bot.
