“SCAAAMMMM!If I could take a star, I would. They charged my credit card for the purchase I did not make. They do not have any phone number or actual customer service agent to assist you. The only way to contact them is to send an email and then they do not reply to any email.The stole my money and do not give a refund.”

“i ordered two jumpers on 8th Feb and they arrived 25th March. I understand that the delay was probably due to the corona virus in China and I accept that. What Im not happy about is having to pay over £13 in customs fees just to get the items delivered. As the jumpers were a present and arrived too late I would normally return them, however I will have to pay the postage to return back to China so its cheaper to keep them. None of this was mentioned when i ordered the goods. Will never buy from this web site again”

“I signed up to Wish and got a gift, a watch which wasn't working. I contacted Wish for replacement and never got any reply. Moving on, bought two wood clamps for £4. In the picture they looked big but when I got them they were tiny about 8 cm long each. I was expecting something bigger heavy duty made of metal. Ok fine I thought maybe I didnt read properly the description. Still i kept it to use for minor glued wood clamping. But even so the clamps are of extremely low quality and wouldnt even do the job. So all in all I would never recommend Wish. Only buy there if you are prepared to be disappointed. Things are cheap because you will get cheap quality, things that you can use if u r luck just once. I Will rate them Zero. They dont deserve 1 rating”

“Site is a scam. They send a tracking number for something else going to someone else making it look like you received your order. When you fill out the contact support you get the same response over and order. Its computer generated. Stay away SCAM”

“Their support does not reply back when they start a process with you. They asked me for my ID card to verify my profile after I registered for the first time. I don't need to provide my ID with other e-com merchants and they were not able to answer my question so I did not use the service at all. I hope that Wish noticed that my account is deactivated or/and deleted and that they remove me completely from their records so I don't get prompted with anymore of their advertisement.”

“BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! Huge scam outfit. Constant orders (and charges against my credit card) made that I've never made and had never searched for! The Attorney General for my home state will be getting an email! They have been hacked several times or this is just their scam to claim they are hacked. BUYER BEWARE!!!”

“I tried to cancel two items and it had been only a few minutes.Since all items come from China. This should have been easy according to your rules. I will cancel my debit car if I’m not refunded in 48 hours.”

“Scam the way they sell Terrible first the item say it be up to 30 days to arrived them gone through PayPal them say my item be by 22 may this is 60 days not 30 then gone to cancel my order and as I touch refund the same way I pay it change to add to wish cash !!! Wow This is scam then I gone to try get my refund back to PayPal guess what ? No way they got my money and they go a total scam never recommend fact I will email to my clients datebase over 5000 people and let them know of my Experiance BE WARNED”

“someone hack my acct 3/18/2020 on wish.com i requested my money back thats not going well. i live in usa the order was ship to russia. i did not order anything then i see someone requested a refund 3/4/2020 for an order i didnt place refund was given but not in my account. buyers beware”

“I have never bought anything from WISH before, so when I stumbled over a flash deal I gave it a try. And what a bummer, and now I'm mad at WISH! I received the confirmation email that my order went trough, and that the payment is in order ... so far so good. The next day I got a second email stating that the order has been processed ready for shipment. That same day I received another email saying that two of the items was sent, but the one that actually caught my eye in the first place 'was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price, so we have refunded you'. So WISH just shipped me what they had, and never gave me the option of cancelling the order! And for that I give them the lowest score I possible. I can't trust these people, and will ofcause never buy from them ever again.”

“I waited forever for my product I ordered. I ordered 2 sweatshirts that each came in at different times, I could never get an update on them. These were support be birthday presents for my boyfriend. I ended up ordering from both wish and amazon, because wish took almost 3 months to deliver something that it took Amazon 5 days to. Don’t use wish. Not worth it.”
