“I ordered an electric bicycle pump. Seller cancelled order saying they only were selling 1. Seriously. Aside from this Wish isn't horrible however they just don't have any real price advantage over other online stores (Amazon, Ebay) so what's the point? Forget returns too.”

“Most items are junk! Ordered 4 USB sticks--none worked. Ordered solar panel and controller--they canceled the order and then said it would take 2+ weeks to get the charge to my card refunded. I still haven't seen it. Terrible products, sellers, and customer service.”

“After ordering, received an email your order will arrive within three months. However, received an email within two weeks that it was delivered. Nothing came to us. It's a fraud site”

“Why are there different prices for the same item but in different places? Also, you will find one price listed on the picture and when you get to the order page it's a whole lot higher. Finally, there is no way to contact customer service to ask them which price is the right price, because when you get to the final tally, you normally see the higher price listed. But in general, I've had good luck with the merchandise I've received from Wish. You have to be careful, though, about sizes, so make sure to read the reviews.”

“they again changed the delivery date of an item...today 14th March was the delivery date given and then today it got changed and the item isn't even in the UK yet....full refunds should be offered when they lie like this.”

“I ordered an Item....I received something I had not ordered and when trying to lest wish know via the really really bad online not-customer support chat joke thing on the web site....it refused to let me submit a response with pictures proving that they had sent the incorrect item........Don't use these people...they change delivery dates on orders on the day they are due....they are at best incompetent and at worst thieves.”

“Cant talk to no person just a none meaningless email no physical human at all my Dog left the last response an he got someone another dog all there product is junk knock off half ass pit together rejected items be careful don't order any bows if you're even in it for practice my 6 yr old Fisher price is better”

“wish.com is a scam site and if you order off the site your credit card details are given to fraudsters in china etc. All the positive reviews on here are from spammers trying to trick you into using their "discount" code so they get paid a commision if you do. Dont be fooled wish.com is a scam site.”

“Bought a product through wish. Received an item in the mail that was worth less than a quarter of the item I purchased. Filed a complaint and refund. Still no luck been back and forth with them 5 xs already. They keep marking my case as solved. I stopped recieving responses. Going through my bank for a refund. Last time I use wish. Customer service is terrible.”

“My January months refund didn't get yet. Customer support always send pre type answers.Ask your card company,it take 14days but wish never send any proof of refund.*Fraud people*”

“Wish stored my credit card details without my authority then used them to purchase some dreadful item in size XXL which they billed to my home address. When I contacted them to complain they claimed that I 'ordered it by accident'. The are flat out fraudulent.”

“Peter. Customers support services “SUCKS “ I was returning the 2 items that I received. They return refund only 1 item, other items in process. So I waited for a week and still no return refund yet. Contact customers support service again, They send me a return receipt label again. I was waiting for my return refund about a month still no refund yet, until now. I strongly recommend not making Business with “WISH “”

“I have a order I have been waiting for nearly two months the date on the order keep changing so I can't do anything.Im waiting for 9 order nothing is coming the dates on the other ordering keep changing also will I ever receive any of those item when I can't get refunds.”

“On Feb. 1, 2020, I ordered a rain jacket - received a confirmation on Feb. 2nd and my Mastercard was charged on Feb. 3rd. As promised it was delivered on Feb. 20. It was ill fitting and of poor quality. I've made repeated attempts (via e mail) to return it, but they require a photo to be attached to complete the return process. I don't have a cell phone - nor do I have a printer. Their phone number on my MasterCard statement is not in order. I want to return this item - I want a credit for $45.50 even more so.”
