“Order Huawei 512GB micro sd card. Took about a month. Arrived today. stuck it onto my PC using the USB. Look to be all good. Ran some read write forware. Came with error. OK then copy some file onto it about 10GB. stopped working. put Android pad . failed to show up. It is FAKE product. Wish.com is provided a platform for fake products to exported out of China. Now i am worried about how safe payment card on there site. If you do make a payment use your credit card . i would be much easy to get your money back, if at all. I wish i had read these review before buying it.”

“Customer service atrocious, I tried to cancel an order as soon as I put one on and got “We are unable to cancel any orders from this website. Since its shipped from China and delivery will take two months.“ try June 24th 2020 unbelievable”

“STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP Stop ordering from this company. A simple inquiry on an order can drive a person INSANE. I had a simple inquiry on an order and over 20 emails still not resolved A SIMPLE INQUIRY. Just beware there are major problems with both service and quality of items ALL BAD,”

“ORDERED A PAIR OF COPPER ARTHRITIC GLOVES. THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AS CLAIMED, AND WHEN IT FINALLY DID, THE SIZE WAS NOT WITH OR ON THE GLOVES. ON MY ORDER FORM IT STATED THE SIZE ORDERED WAS XL. THE PAIR OF GLOVES THAT CAME TO MY DOOR WERE SO SMALL, A CHILD 10-YEARS OLD COULD NOT FIT INTO TO THEM. TOO SMALL. WISH IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE BLOCKED FROM THE INTERNET. BY THE WAY, YOU CAN NOT GIVE A POOR RATING LESS THAN 1-STAR. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH AGAIN.”

“HOW IS GOT SCAMMED ON WISH.COM. I BOUGHT 2TB FLASH DRIVE ON JANUARY AND PROMISE TO BE DELIVERED IN 20 DAYS, WAITED FOR IT NOTHING UNTIL MARCH WHEN I RECEIVED A DROPPED PARCEL THIS MORNING AT MY DOOR AND OPENED THE PARCEL TO SEE 3GB AND NOT 2TG. AM NOT GONNA ADVICE ANYBODY TO BUY ON THIS PLATFORM BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. ATTACHED ARE THE IMAGES OF WHAT I RECEIVED”

“Waiting times are ridiculous. Don't fall for their limited time $1 deals, eventhough you order before the time runs, you will always receive a notification that the order was not processed on time, it's such a scam. There is no real customer service to contact and ask the questions you need to ask. Their idea of customer service us to provide you with very limited options to choose from so they never really deal with the issue at hand.”

“I bought an item that I believed was from UK. It turns out that it's from China and the order will take 2 months to arrive. Had I known I would not have bought the item. They should state what country it comes from and the estimated delivery date on the listing. Needless to say I won't be buying from Wish again.”

“I have ordered from Wish.com back on feb 6th 2020 and its now March 7th 2020 and I still have not received the item I had ordered I would not recommend ordering thru wish unless you are willing to wait for ever to receive it!”

“I shopped for three items: iPhone screen protector, weightlifting gloves and a baseball hat. After I selected the items and put them in the shopping cart, the prices on all three items were increased from what was shown in the browsing section, and then the prices on some items increased again when I put my credit card information in. In the U.S., this is unlawful; it is called "bait and switch." They wasted my time and lost a customer for good. If this is how they want to do business, they will fail. They are a very far cry from Amazon.”

“What a rip off organisation. I purchased a dog rain coat on the 11th February 2020 and waiting for nearly 3 weeks I started to make enquiries. I am now advised delivery will be between 15th April and 4th June 2020...WHAT A F$#%^&*G joke. Try to cancel order and get money back is impossible. Don't touch these guys with a Barge pole”

“FIRSTLY HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL £12.00 TO GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED. WHEN IT ARRIVED POWER PACK WAS MISSING. CONTACTED WISH ABOUT CUSTOMS CHARGE AND WAS TOLD SORRY THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM. AS TO THE POWER PACK TO RUN THE DEHUMIDIFIER I SENT THEM PICTURES AS REQUESTED AND WAS TOLD IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM AS MY OWN EXPENSE THEN I COULD. WON'T BE RETURNING AS IT'S COST ENOUGH ALREADY. STRAIGHT IN THE BIN.”

“I had items in basket. Found a 50% off wish coupon, March 2020. I hadn't made up my mind if I wanted to order or not because the items I had in cart was $8.59 with shipping of $19.95. As soon as I clicked on the coupon, it went right to Wish and they automatically used a credit card I had used before and charged the items to my card. I immediately contacted them and they claimed the items had already been processed, which was a lie because it had just happened. I have been emailing them back and forward and they claim the items have been processed. The reason they are lying about the order is so they can keep the $19.95 shipping charges. They are nothing more than a ripoff. If you use your a credit card, they will keep it in their system and use it faster than you can type "cancel this order". I am contacting the better business bureau. Be careful using their fake coupons. Once you click on them, it goes straight to Wishes site and Wishes goes straight to whatever credit card you used before and places charges on it rather you wanted to use it or not.”
