“Ripping me off I cant find stuff I put in my cart I wanted to take sometings off but couldn't find it coustmer services not responded to me”

“First I never received an item I ordered and they wouldn't refund my money. I ordered 4 or 5 items and the order was placed and within minutes of placing my order, I received emails that the product was no longer available but to try a different merchant. Same product over and over from different merchants comes back with "Merchant no longer able to fulfill your order, refund on the way". So stupid of them to advertise products and not be able to fulfill the orders. I'm done with them.”

“Purchased a 24k gold necklace and after wearing it twice it tarnished. Local jeweller informed me that both necklaces I purchased are NOT real gold. Also I ordered 3 rings about the same time which never even arrived. Will NEVER order from this company again.”

“my orders haven't arrived, I can't log into my account, these people are an absolute scam. It is too bad they messed up a potentially good business model. They went through a lot of trouble to do a hit and run on their customers!! I am deleting anything to do with these criminals!!!”

“Geeze , I thought maybe my orders being delayed was because of the Corona virus. I'll have to go to my bank and turn in as fraudulent. When they pull the cash back itll it'll charge them 40.00 for each item....and I bought a bunch. TOO BAD A LEGIT COMPANY COULD BE A GREAT SUCCESS IF THEY WERE TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.”

“Expected to pay an additional 12.00 customs fee despite saying all fees etc are paid via seller. Get no response from Wish. Will be claiming for a full refund via PayPal.”

“ok people. yes wish is a huge pain in the butt.....unless you have the f0llowing info. you need 4 or 5 hours of free time. spend a few hours on the site putting stuff in your cart you would never buy along with stuff you actually want. then randomly remove items from cart. do this several times and you will notice 2 things happening... prices will begin to fluctuate very steeply=expensive items go down and vice versa you will begin to see the same item from the same merchants at different prices also you should never type the item you are looking for. search for something related and you will probably see what you want for a lower price be sure to tell wish when you get your item and start complaining the day it starts being late i have a total of 58 orders with wish so far and 41 were fully refunded and i did recieve and get to keep every item i ordered because when you tell them you got your order they know you are not trying to rip them off and that you are not a moron who does not pay attention. online shopping is not for lazy twits who are so spoiled they think the world is just chomping at the bit to make sure they get treated fairly. wake up you idiots”

“I made an account over a year ago, Wish thought to themselves to block my account due to not being used. Then to unblock my account they requested photo ID showing my photo and name. The support page says that it takes up to 3 business days for a response. I waited over two weeks. Anyway, I Figured that I was working with a robot and received no emails from them and they did not unblock my account. I do not recommend anyone to use this site, I think it is fake.”

“I ordered a product January 23rd and have yet to receive the item. How can it take over a month for an item to even be shipped out? I have ordered things from China, standard delivery, and have received it in like 7 days. I think they're trying to keep my money.”

“Half the items I order never arrived and some items take over a month after ordering to decide to ship. Waiting for a few more orders to see if they arrive then I'll delete the app and my account”

“They stole 139$ from me. When I asked some question, they refused to help claiming their system could not refund to Paypal. One of the support claimed I was refunded to my credit card (I do not own any credit card...). Then Wish.com blocked my account. When I asked countless of times, under what pretext they blocked my account, they kept sending me mails asking my to send them copies of my identity cards, credit cards, a number of personnal information, etc, without ever telling why they wanted that. And every time I try to contact support now, they answer in spanish or german, claiming they don't understand my question and they ask again about copies of my personnal identification, credit cards, etc. They get you with low prices, but then they steal from you.”

“i have been scammed by them multiple times. I will not be giving them any more chances. they kept pushing back my contacts until they were out of the refund window and say they cant do anything as a result. what!! They were the ones that told me to wait patiently! most recently my item was said to be delivered in record time. except it wasn't! now they are screwing me over by saying to wait, but i cant even cancel the order because it claims it's already arrived! i cant even get a refund and nobody will talk to me, just a bot.”
