“I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.”

“Items ordered are past delivery time. Wish just keeps adding more time and claiming " it's within the delivery window". They do that so you can't get a refund. I'll stick with Amazon in future.”

“SCAMMERS!!! They never send you the product. They send you FAKE tracking information of someone else's package. UPS looked into the matter with me and said they sent you tracking info of an item that was not yours. A possible hack of some sort. There was never a package. They are helping me file a case against them. The Customer service is also pathetic. They Keep sending you same generic message no matter what you say. Nobody is actually ready to listen to you which means they KNOW whats happening. Dont bother ordering!! I am reporting them to federal trade commission for fraud. I wonder how many people they have successfully scammed.”

“Ordered on may 7th. Delivery date keeps changing. It’s now June 13th and still says it’s in China. Won’t buy from them again!”

“I have bought a good bit of stuff from wish, but recently they really have been failing in their efficiency, now I'm not sure if its the vendors or the Wish platform itself, but since the pandemic ensued the service has seriously deteriorated. We are living in unprecedented times, and China has been seriously affected by the current issues, with that in mind the platform itself should step up to the mark and be more forthcoming and honest, we all understand the current issues just be more proactive.”

“They are bunch of thieves,i bought from them and they keep changing dates of delivery and when you send them messages you get no response from them. I’m waiting if I get my items I will delete their app and with everyone will get to know them n they will lose their company.”

“I purchased a top for £3.36, or so I thought, then £22, to Wish was swiped from my account seconds after when I checked my account, I only received a £7 refund, I also bought something advertised photographically as a hammock chair but only received the cushions for it, emails to Wish have been met with computer generated responses that do not address the issue adequately and they obviously are generic emails as they arrive less than a minute after sending mine, so there's evidence Wish don't bother to even read them. Most unsatisfactory so I have contacted the Fraud depot of my Bank to reclaim what is owed me. I'll never shop with Wish ever again. Its been a nightmare.”

WISH.COM HAS NO (CUSTOMER SUPPORT). WISH.COM HAS NO PHONE NUMBER. WISH.COM COMMUNICATES TO CUSTOMERS WITH A (VIRTUAL BOT). WISH.COM WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS. WISH.COM WILL ONLY PAY YOU BACK WITH (STORE CREDIT). YOU WILL (100%) REGRET EVER MAKING A PURCHASE ON.... (WISH.COM).”

“All items arrive late wish pushed dates weeks up. no refund or way to cancel items that are now two months of waiting. Everyhing you read about, bad reviews are correct. Better going on Amazon pay slightly more get it within days. I'm waiting for my last couple items to arrive. The items ordered while on quarantine to arrive and im closing my account with no future of purchasing any moe items. B U Y E R. B EWEAR read the reviews i didnt my bad.”

“I’ve been waiting on a small Order now for over 2 months. I will not ever use them again. Every time I check the tracking dates it has been changed. It will be 3 months shortly. Pay regular price and buy local.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!Wish I’d taken time to check them out. I ordered an iOS lightening to hdmi device and received a black face mask!Yes a black face mask!and it had come all the way from China in its own little package. UNBELIEVABLE!!! When I checked my order history it had been changed to the face mask from the lightening cable!Trying to contact them is a complete waste of time so I’ve been well and truely had. Will write this one off to experience but never again will I use this company.If an offer seems too good to be true it probably is too good to be true”

“So I made an order on 13 may and was to be delivered 11 June, to my surprise yesterday it was pushed to 26 June and today it's been pushed to 1st June, three weeks ahead. Actually at this point I don't care even if you push it until next year, all I feel pitty for myself for not reading the reviews before I made the order. I feel sorry for other customers who will fall victim's like me but that doesn't change a thing,as soon as I get the order I will uninstall the app and if there's any way I could block any ad from them popping up on my Facebook page I would do it. If I had a chance to give a negative 🌟 I would have done that by now. So disappointed!!!”

“Used to be ok but now they are absolute thieves! When the estimated order delivery date arrives, they put it back another month when the delivery does not reach me. They have done this 3 times now and there is ZERO customer support to try and get a refund - it’s all automated garbage! Don’t use this company, they are now just stealing money with no possible way of getting in touch for a refund.”
