“The deals are real but delivery is not necessarily going to be in your lifetime. I’ve attempted to buy a few items from wish and every one has been a minimum of 40 days later than the original delivery date. For example, I ordered an item that wound up taking between 46 and 63 days LONGER to arrive than originally advertised, (i.e., original due date range was between May 10 and May 27 - actual delivery was on July 11). Given the problems with the supply chains and such being affected by the pandemic I actually understand, IF this is not typical of this seller. Even so, neither the seller nor WISH.COM ever let me know when postponements occurred, (which apparently happened 5 or 6 times). I had to keep going back to my Order History and looking up the items to become informed about the new arrival dates. And when I did find out about the new dates there was never anything mentioned about a postponement. They just entered it in the "delivery by" section as though it was the original due date. I find that sneaky, childish, underhanded and dishonest. Not to mention that they use the new due date as the time when they will get you a refund. But when that date arrives and you go to the site and find yet another postponement has occurred then you never reach the date where wish will step in because once the new date has been inserted into the “delivery by” section, THAT becomes the date when they’ll step in. And on, and on, and on it goes! If they had kept me informed each time the date was delayed I would have given 5 stars on this section as at least their communication could be lauded. But no such luck.”

“I ordered $150 worth of products in March and still haven't gotten it. My delivery date keeps on changing so I can't get a refund. One product that did arrive has no English instructions and the app doesn't work. Customer support told me the solution is to plug it in..wtf. seriously. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE”

“Ordered an item in April. Never received it. Was told I had to wait till July 9th to ask for a full refund. Today is July 11th and now I'm told I have to wait till August! I will NEVER use Wish again and you shouldn't either.”

“AVOID AS A PLAGUE! Never received the item! So called Support are arrogant and utterly useless timewasters. They keep shifting delivery date by a month and say "Wait untils then to get a refund". However when the time approaches date is shifted again and you never get the refund option The website does NOT offer refund option anymore. Never got my money back!”

“I have been waiting for 4 months already ordered in march and according to wish delivery will now only be in october so sewen months for a jump rope and a pair of earrings. Keep it just give me my money back.”

“Before you buy first check other online shopping they might be cheaper than wish and you Get it earlier. With wish you may expect 2,3 months if you buying stuff for kids,pets no Worthy by the time you get won't fit”

“Nightmare experience. Covid-19 related safety products took 8 weeks to deliver when promised for 4 days. Customer Support doesn't read what you are saying. They won't accept a return and their computer just sends you round in circles. I have blocked them from my credit card. They are happy to lose all goodwill and get all these rubbish reviews for a transaction worth £12. There are far better ways to buy online.”

“Going on three months and still no order from Wish . This company should have been shut down a long time ago if it's even a company at all . These are pirates using our money to make themselves rich . They need to be shut down immediately.”

“Wish is the worst. They have terrible customer service; they are not the least helpful and not at all apologetic for their mistakes. The ads do not mention delivery time before your order is confirmed and dispatched and it's too late to cancel. This gets even worse when they don't even stick to the delivery time provided after order confirmation; instead keep postponing the date again and again and then some more. So basically I paid 18 AUD shipping fee for a 4 month delivery time because I thought it would get delivered much sooner for such a high shipping fee instead it's taking longer than free shipping or low cost shipping by any other company like Ali Express or Shein. I ordered winter jackets and boots and by the time I will receive my products, winter will be over in Sydney. The customer support was utterly useless, rude and unhelpful when I wanted to cancel my orders and asked for a refund. So save yourself some time,money and headache and never shop using Wish.”

“I havent received any of my orders. They have changed the order date 2x! I cannot complain or ask for a refund because “my order is still in transit”. It will be 4 months that I will be waiting for my order. There is no customer support. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!”

“If there was a minus then it would have been the lowest minus ever. False advertisement and a big scam. Ordered and paid for a box of 100 gloves and received only 2 individual after waiting for almost 2 months.”

“After 30 days if you haven't received your item you are entitled to get your money back. This happened to me it took about 2 months delivery I googled it found the 30 day thing , contacted PayPal and in 2 days I had my money back”

“If I could give zero stars I most certainly would I used to actually get my stuff from wish I only had a pair of socks not ever arrive so I felt safe to do multiple orders the majority of that stuff has not arrived we’re going on four months now! Today when I looked at my order history they’ve now moved everything to the end of August I have about 15 items with partial refunds some of them I was supposed to be able to get them today but now there’s not even an option for that they just say we refunded you they only refunded me the shipping fees not the money for the actual items that have never arrived I hate Wishnow zero customer service they don’t care they’re neverItems avoid them like the black plague”

“do not buy from this app/company. it's all from China and the shipping on items is around 4 to 5 months. I'm still waiting on my products and I don't see any customer service that actually works. This is one of those nightmares that you just kick yourself forever giving it a shot. SCAM.”

“Its funny everytime i post a bad review thet say sorry yet i have now been waiting over 3 months 4 somthing thats still in china its a joke people do urself a favour pay the extra 20 bucks and buy local they going broke they take ur money and sit on it to claim interest once they have that then they might give it back if ur lucky”
