“I wouldn't even rate them 1 star, no item delivered as stated, unable to speak to people to get answers, they pass the book for responsibility, would never use them again! Awful company!”

“wish is acting in fraudulent activities. I purchased an item, got a tracking number and tracking shows that it was delivered and left with an individual. I never received the package however and when I checked with the USPS, who confirmed that the tracking number and package didn't even have my name or my address on it. It had someone elses name and package. WISH either put the wrong delivery label on the package or tied the tracking number incorrectly to my purchase. USPS looked at a photo of the package and the scan point and confirmed that the package does not have my name on it. When I contacted WISH to resolve this, their response was just: Tracking shows that your item was delivered so there's nothing we can do. They repeated this within multiple emails even after I told them that yes, the item was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. They even tried to say that they're sorry they cannot do anything. I even told them that I confirmed with USPS that the package was never meant for me and I told WISH this multiple times, but WISH still ignores my case. They are horrible to deal with and I recommend everyone to never deal with WISH.”

“Ordered outfit for my dog. Their add says if you can wait two weeks, after you checkout you find out delivery is two months out. Outfit came today.... Looks nothing like what I ordered. And XXL is too small for my 16lb. Dog. RIP OFF!!”

“The people that own and run company should be put in jail. Easily take your $$. Have to pay $5 to talk to someone. No customer service whatsoever. Will never order from them again. Shipment never came and it’s been over a month.”

“I wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest. My package was supposed to come within 5-6 working days, nothing came so I messaged them asking when it would come. No reply. It’s been 5 weeks and it still hasn’t come, no word on when it will come and absolutely no apologies, etc. It’s horrendous. DO NOT USE WISH.”

“I ordered surgical mask from Wish and they arrived much earlier than I expected . I did five test on to make sure they were not fake they are the real thing. I am waiting on the gloves that I ordered. I will keep you updated.”

“I ordered my product on the 29 January 2020. It still hasn’t arrived by 5th April, I kept emailing but had no reply. I then got a reply on the 9 April to say it had been delayed because of Chinese New Year and would another 15- 28 days.: after that email it finely arrived on the 13 April with half of the product missing. I emailed them and got a response the next day to be told I hadn’t brought everything I thought I had because the product was in 2 parts and I had only ordered and payed for one part. But when I looked at my order I had definitely payed and ordered both bits. Luckily I payed with pay pal so I should get my money back. This company is a scam!”

“Comprei em janeiro, disseram que iria chegar dia 27 de Março depois disseram que iria chegar dia 11 de abril depois dia 28 do mesmo mês, mas em uma bela tarde do dia 16 de abril chegou uma carta do correio dizendo que eu tinha que buscar meus produtos nos Correios da avenida Protásio Alves ,vila Jardim, e a carta também dizia que tinha má data limite para retirada os produtos que era dia 2 de abril entendeu, acho que não sou eu que tenho que ir nos Correios para buscar nada, comprei os produtos para chegar em casa não na Protásio e antes que diga que a responsabilidade não é da empresa eu digo é sim voçes contrataram os Correios não eu.”

“I ordered two wall clocks 4 months ago, every delivery date I have been given has came and went with no delivery. I asked for a refund due to my items not being delivered and was told I could only get a refund after my items were delivered and were defective, I was also given a 6th delivery date May 20th 2020. I have ordered through Wish several times but after this I will never again. I advise everyone to use another company, Wish does not value customers, they only want your money.”

“2 weeks now. 1. item was "out of stock" still haven't received my refund. 2. The second item is still waiting to be processed. 3. Estimated delivery end of May, I'm not going to hold my breath!”

“Be warned if you buy online from wish your banking info will be leaked and scammers (Attraci.com) will deduct a large amount of money from your account. Reporting this to Wish will have no reply, no effect and no action. Do not support this criminal conglomerate.”

“This whole site is BS. They play with your money selling items you could get for the same price at any other retailer with longer wait to receive your item (which will give them time to do whatever with your money before actually buying the product). They will take your money right away but will only do a refund in 14 business days. 🤬I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WISH AGAIN!”

“I ordered an Item which duly arrived, alongside a so-called Gold watch that I had not ordered, the watch looked cheap I sought anyone would have ordered one. Anyway, I checked my bank balance and they had taken the money out for the watch. Constant e-mails and the reply was that I had ordered the watch, they did not even give me the option of sending it back for a refund. If I could give them minus stars I would, anyone want a cheap watch? it's still in the box.”

“If I could give this a zero I would! I placed one big order and a few smaller ones! I received daily updates on orders being, confirmed, processed, where they were, when shipment was expected! My credit card was charged for everything! Then suddenly they sent me a notice that my items were being refunded due to a problem with my payment! Now, they have completely wiped all my history! That's OK because I have screenshots of everything and am reporting them to the bbb! And, there is no customer service, no email, phone number is not a working number! We're talking $122! I would warn anyone not to do business with this company!”

“I ordered a webcam, their website said there were two left. They took my money, and I got tracking. What arrived was an envelope telling me the product is on backorder. Sending notes to their customer service is a joke, they do not read the note and send back responses that simply waste time, and start their 24 hour reply cycle over. These folks are pathetic.”
